• Guest (5/5): Non ci tornerei - Unica cosa positiva camera di buon gusto e pulita, è stato un peccato non aver avuto una buona accoglienza nonostante avessimo comunicato l orario del check in, l appartamento si trova al 5 piano di un palazzo mal messo e con un ascensore molto discutibile infatti mai utilizzato per timore della sua funzionalità. La tassa di soggiorno è extra così come viene fatto pagare 5€ a persona per lasciare i bagagli in un corridoio in cui hanno accesso altre persone. La iacuzzi molto bella ma a riempirsi è veramente lenta ci vuole circa un ora e più. Pessima la posizione, comoda perché vicino alla stazione ma caotica e in una zona non troppo ben frequentata, la sera eravamo abbastanza preoccupati a uscire.

• Lily (10/5): Great stay - very clean and modern, nice place , the check in / check out doesn’t have a person except 2 whatsapp messages which i find a bit sad. But awesome stay, the jacuzzi in the room was awesome and very clean! great room
• Gianluca (10/5): 2 giorni TOP - Posizione buona, in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro e per chi non vuole camminare ci sono i mezzi lì vicino. La stanza pulita e profumata, bevande frigobar gentilmente offerte, la vasca idromassaggio molto comoda, spaziosa e perfetta per un po' di relax dopo 35 km a piedi. Ho fatto una richiesta per 2 sorprese e sono state realizzate senza problemi. Torneremo sicuramente Nessun problema da segnalare, l'ascensore è un po' stretto ma essendo un palazzo vecchio ci sta, un po' rumoroso sotto durante la notte e al mattino ma essendo una strada molto trafficata e vicino alla stazione è normale, la colazione al bar sotto da rivedere più che altro per la "gentilezza" del personale che comunque non ha niente a che fare con la struttura e i proprietari.

La chambre était propre et le rapport qualité prix est très convenable Le quartier dans lequel la chambre est située n’est pas très safe. Les équipements de la chambre ne sont pas de qualité (porte de la chambre coulissante ressemblant à une porte de salle de bain, literie, serviette)

• Piotr (10/5): Kontakt z właścicielem fantastyczny, apartment super, dobra lokalizacja, polecam. - Śniadanie typu włoskiego, kawa i coś słodkiego. Sama lokalizacja jest super, dobry punkt wypadowy na zwiedzanie samego miasta czy Pompeii. Okolica natomiast trochę brudna, ale taki urok tego miasta.

• Jesuel (9/5): - La ubicación es comoda, aunque la ciudad es un poco sucia no hay problemas en llegar tarde o de noche, el barrio es tranquilo y cercano a la estación central, enfrente queda la Circumvesuviana que sirve si quieres trasladarte a otra ciudad de la costa como Sorrento o a visitar Pompei el servicio de limpieza.
• Leigh (8/5): Great for 1 night in Naples - Clean, nice decor, everything we needed. Nice view over the rooftops. The street it’s on is very busy and very dirty. I would feel save walking by myself in the dark as there were lots of men around. The lift is quite old and a bit small and scary.

• Nathalie (9/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - Très bon emplacement, chambre très propre. Matelas à mémoire de forme. Bonne insonorisation ! Dommage que le ménage ne soit pas fait chaque jour. Petit déjeuner au bar : peu aimable, juste un café et un gâteau.
• Ewald (8/5): Ein kleines Juwel mit ein paar Fehlern - Die Wohneinheit im 5. Stock und der Hauseingang sind elektronisch abgesichert und betretbar, in Anbetracht der etwas "raueren" Umgebung ein großes Plus. Das Apartment ist hell und freundlich, es ist eine fantastische, ganz leise Klimaanlage eingebaut, ein großer Getränkekühlschrank ist vorhanden. Die nächtliche Ruhe war überraschend. Der Sanitärblock bietet zwar alles, ist aber zu klein. Man kann sich kaum bewegen. Ebenso der Lift. Platzangst sollte man nicht haben. Die Matratzen und Pölster sind sehr hart (würde ich aber als persönliches Empfinden einstufen). Der Stauraum ist etwas eingeschränkt.

Si tu idea es visitar Nápoles y hacer base para la costa Amalfitana es excelente opción. Parece extraño como se entra. Pero por dentro es tal cual como se muestra. Incluso mejor. Todo muy cerca.

Владелец заранее прислал очень понятные инструкции по заезду и выезду. Всегда был на связи. Очень приятный комплимент в виде бутылки игристого, воды и колы. Спасибо большое. Определенно рекомендую! Место, где расположен отель не безопасное для вечерних прогулок.

• Sasha Yamilet (8/5): Está bien - Las vistas desde el balcón, la localización y la facilidad para entrar. La habitación en general se veía muy bien, la cama era cómoda, para una noche está bien. Me gustó que había shampoo, jabón, cepillo y pasta de dientes que casi nunca hay en ningún sitio. El sofá tenía manchas, los cojines de la cama también, la alfombra del baño y una de las toallas estaban manchadas.

Réception de qualité. Erreur que j’ai faite à été de na pas suivre les indications et recommandations fournies avec précision par propriétaire. J’ai de nombreuses années derrière moi et les pratiques se font, de nos jours, par whatsapp.

The building itself was awful but once inside the apartment it was much better. The lighting (3 options) all very bright with no way to dim down to relax. Thought as we had booked ‘deluxe’ room that the jacuzzi bath as advertised was in that room but it wasn’t - a bit misleading on the booking site

Le mini bar dans la chambre est agréable La douche est très petite et s’évacue mal. Le supplément à 15€ pour avoir les pétales et les lettres sur le lit ne vaut pas vraiment le coup c’est dommage, on a pas eu les lettres seulement quelques pétales artificielles… Le petit déjeuner est un peu léger.. Il se trouve hors de l’hôtel au bar à côté et au choix un café/thé et croissant/baba. Le jacuzzi fait des remous et pas de bulles. Ça reste un super logement

Nice little breakfast (tokens for coffee & pastry at downstairs cafe) -note including some instructions about how this works, where it is, what you can get, would be very helpful for guests. The hotel room doors locking system is not overly secure (but does still lock) The shared lobby with sensor lighting bleeds into the room -needs door seals.
• Trevor (9/5): Travelled to Napoli for a birthday and to get a flavour of the city. We will be back. - Location was perfect for accessing Napoli public transport systems. Breakfast was in cafe to the right of the street door. The spa bath was excellent. Entry instructions were clear. The lift was welcome (property is on 5th floor) but cabin is very small. My wife was uncomfortable in such a small lift.

• Jamie (10/5): - The location close to the Circumvesuviana Train Station was excellent after a busy day exploring Vesuvius and Pompei. The communication between the host Salvatore was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the hot tub in the room a fantastic addition. Excellent value for money and enjoyed the breakfast at the patisserie downstairs. No negatives comments to add.

A apartament sam w sobie czysty, i zadbany, wszystkie udogodnienia których potrzebowaliśmy były na miejscu. Napewno będę polecał to miejsce

Wir konnten vor dem Check in unsere Koffer kostenfrei im Gang stehen lassen, was wirklich super war. Wir haben mit Salvatore alles über WhatsApp sehr unkompliziert abklären können.
