• Erin (6/5): Clean & well-located but don't expect a great sleep. - Location was good, easy walking access to the city. Loved the Woolies downstairs and playgrounds down the road. Apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained. Having a full kitchen was handy, and appreciated plenty of toilet paper and basics such as cooking oil. Key collection from the shop downstairs was very straightforward. It was also helpful to have two beds rather than a couch to allow more guests. Air con was great in the heat. Shower was really lovely. Lots of storage space. The blinds didn’t cover the windows, letting in a LOT of light. Bring an eye mask. Noise travels easily through the walls so earplugs are also a good idea. Complimentary coffee and biscuits felt like an afterthought (half empty jar of bad instant coffee and one broken biscuit). Only one fob was provided, which made it difficult for three adults to split up. Lift wait times could be long during busy periods, and overnight parking is quite far away. Also worth noting: views of the NYE fireworks are now blocked by a new building.

• Lilla (7/5): - The location is really nice and the view from the apartment is amazing. There’s also a woolies very close by which was helpful. There were some issues with the facilities but they were fixed after the hosts were informed.
• Ceilidh (10/5): Amazing stay, all the conveniences with gorgeous views, a little vertigo inducing. - We had everything we needed and could want, the view was amazing, especially once some blinds in the bedroom doorway were down, reducing our vertigo. There was only one crushed cookie at the bottom of the cookie jar.
• Hayley (10/5): Lovely and comfortable. - Gorgeous and comfortable, only a short walk to the tram line which takes you directly to the CBD. Conveniently close to the convention centre. Would recommend for any trip and will be staying again.
• Cathy (9/5): Easy stay. - Space for the whole family. Nice and clean. Seeing the hot air balloons float up in the morning was absolutely beautiful. Really nice suprise. No milk for coffee.

• Naveen (10/5): Extremely comfortable stay - We have truly had a wonderful time here, and our stay has been extremely comfortable. Our host Ivy's generosity in providing all the essentials in the apartment has been greatly appreciated. Ivy has promptly responded to my queries and her instructions to access the keys were easy to follow. There's nothing to dislike about the apartment. It is conveniently located, with a Woolies on the ground level and less than a 10-minute walk to the riverside. The nearest tram stop is just a 7-minute walk away, and depending on the route, you might need to walk 15 minutes from the tram stop to reach the apartment.

• Winsloe (8/5): Loved it - great views - Due to airport delays we couldn’t get to the property until after midnight. Ivy was easy to contact and kept us informed on an alternative way to access the keys. Was a bit noisier than expected and access to the pool would have been good.
• Stephanie (7/5): Would stay again - Nice apartment. Had all the necessities. Clean. Friendly host. Easy to pick up/drop off the keys. Great having supermarket and small cafe below. Affordable. Blinds don’t fit the windows, a lot of light in the early mornings - not ideal with kids.

• Pam (9/5): Definitely would stay here again - Fab location. Very easy check in. Clever use of 1 bedroom apartment by putting two single beds instead of a couch to make it suitable for a family to stay. We stayed with our 5 yr old and the apartment was well suited for- having no balcony when up on 19th floor. Very little to not like - but briefly had problems with the washing machine as it had a small object left on it from previous use and this stopped it spinning. Once I discovered and removed the item it worked fine. I also noticed when checking for any lost items under the bed - that it hadn’t been cleaned underneath for some time - quite dusty and a pair of socks were under there. In saying this the apartment overall was very clean and comfortable.

• Ashun (6/5): Location was so perfect. Was a great place to visit - Location of the property was excellent. Finding the key to get in the apartment was slightly challenging for us. Having supermarket downstairs was so helpful. Very small space. No space to sit other then the beds. Good for a couple but not good when you have kids. Clean and tidy. Hosts were helpful but maybe it needs to show a better picture of the main area as there isnt one. There is table and chairs but no couch to sit on.

• Peter (8/5): Quiet comfortable stay. Value for money. - The location was great. The unit was clean and quiet. The hosts gave great instructions on how to collect the keys to the apartment and how to get into the building and unit. The window in the bedroom didn't open, it was quite warm in there. It wasn't clear if the washing machine and dryer could be used as the instructions said to turn on the fan to use the dryer but both switches outside the laundry cupboard seemed not to do anything. It was only a minor concern for one of our group who was travelling overseas the next day so we found her a nearby laundromat as we didn't want to disturb the hosts with the question at the early hour. It was a little odd not having a lounge to use for the group but there isn't room.

Set up was great but very stained carpet was a bit gross The shower made a huge mess on the bathroom floor as water leaked out of the alcove. Would have appreciated a broom and dust pan to clean up with and a couple of extra towels.
• Rhonwen (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and prepared with everything we could need. Amazing views over the Arts Precinct and Botanic Gardens. Easy access to Southbank, the CBD and trams. Very handy for a family having a Woolworths on the Ground Floor. An extra key would have been handy for a family with 2 adults as necessary to get in the building and also up in the elevator on top of unlocking the apartment door.
• Suresh (9/5): Superb - The location and the view of the city from the apartment are excellent. Tram 58 stop is close to it. The CBD area is only 1km from the place. There is a supermarket right at the entrance of the building.
