• Ardalan (10/5): A spacious heaven is fitted in a small lot. Extremely comfortable - The building and the yard are well designed. Very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool was very clean and comfortable.

• Cathy (9/5): I would definitely recommend it to others visiting Vancouver. - The location was perfect for us given our son was getting married at Queen Elizabeth Park. It was also easy to uber downtown and shopping was a block away. The space inside and out of the property was perfect for the 7 of us. The air conditioning was difficult to understand at first. Also if you are not used stairs it could be a problem.
• John (10/5): Excellent - Location - off Main street, loads of nice restaurants, pubs etc. nearby. Parking - one car space in driveway. but street parking available. While located out in suburbia, easy drive into town. Facilities - pool, hot tub, projector room, good wifi, good showers, loads of utilities, two kitchens, great outdoor space, a number of working TVs. Cleanliness - spotless, loads of towels etc. Beds very comfortable and clean. Quiet area. Host was more than helpful, very good communication, Local homemade guidebook very good and up to date. Easy check-in and out. Cannot fault this. Used 9 different places while in Canada on holidays, this was one of the best.

• Sue (10/5): Highly recommended - it exceeded our expectations in every way! - I highly recommend this property. Everything about it was exactly what we hoped for (a friend trip, 4 of us). Brad is communicative and responsive; providing detailed information about the property and wonderful restaurant recommendations. The location was outstanding - a 5 -minute walk to local restaurants and a quick drive to downtown. We had a car and it was a great location to drive to Suspension Bridge, etc. The back yard is a wonderful place to sit. A relaxing home to chill in and hang out at night after a day of sightseeing.

Clean, great layout, easy walk to shops and restaurants, very responsive host. - Perfectly located within easy walking distance to bakeries, coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We found what we needed so close to the property that we did not need to use a car. We walked miles every day and felt completely safe. We were able to park our rental car off the street in the driveway. This was great place for a get together with extended family. The home itself has a wonderful layout for giving everyone both together time with plenty of space (the main floor kitchen/dining/ living room) and separation time where each person could quietly do there own thing. We spent hours in the sunny comfortable yard, hot tub, and had a fire in the firepit in the evening. The pool was not finished when we stayed, but it looks like it will be very nice! Every room was clean and well appointed, including the kitchen where we found every tool and appliance we needed to cook a larger family meal when we didn't want to go out. The neighborhood was quiet at night, with kids and parents out walking and playing nearby during the day. Our host Brad made sure we were set up to access everything, responded quickly if we had a question, and otherwise left us alone -- so just the right amount of contact. I honestly can't think of a thing. It was not inexpensive -- but neither is Vancouver and this is a very nice home.
