rogerio (8/5): Poderia ter sido melhor - As acomodações são belíssimas, limpas, charmosas .. o hotel é realmente um espetáculo. o staff muito atencioso com as crianças, apesar de não ser um hotel específico para crianças O nosso quarto não tinha nenhuma acústica. Sexta às 6 da manhã fomos acordados por uma missa na rua e a noite não conseguimos dormir porque tinha um karaokê no bar da frente que parecia estar dentro do nosso quarto. Além dos passantes que faziam barulho e se escutava TUDO de dentro do quarto. Pelo valor pago, tínhamos expectativa de um conforto absoluto. Uma pousada nesse nível não pode oferecer aos hóspedes esse tipo de experiência.

And then there's the location of the hotel within the little town (Paraty) which is bang on central. Their WhatsApp communication ahead of our arrival could do with some improvement.

A comida é um destaque: do café da manhã ao jantar, cada refeição é bem preparada e saborosa. No último dia, não podendo tomar café da manhã no horário normal e a equipe preparou uma caixa com uma seleção de itens para nossa viagem, demonstrando zelo e atenção com os hóspedes. A estrutura é muito boa, com quartos espaçosos e bem equipados, oferecendo todo o conforto necessário. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. Uma experiência muito boa que vale a pena repetir. Não há nada que eu não tenha gostado.

ANANIAS (7/5): Tudo perfeito mas se puderem evitem os apartamentos ao lado da piscina ... acho que já poupa bastante de eventuais irrit - Atendimento e acomodações impecáveis ! Hotelaria de alto padrão com certeza de satisfação a quem quer que seja Infelizmente fui alocado no apartamento 4 de frente ao bar da piscina e fui acordado por gritos de outros hóspedes fazendo algazarra e baderna após as 22:00. Apesar de ter solicitado intervenção da recepção os hóspedes não respeitaram o pedido e continuaram a incomodar resultado em uma noite insone e muita irritação e transtorno ! Tive que sair do quarto e pedir intervenção dos seguranças por fim mas até aí com cortisol e adrenalina no teto não tinha mais como salvar aquela noite...

Juan (10/5): Relaxing stay with great pool and food - Great Pool area Fantastic food (highly recommended) Very relaxing atmosphere We stayed for 6 days with the family (2 adults + one 5 year old) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They were also very accomodating to the needs of our little one which was very much appreciated by us. Not a complaint per se, but its worth pre-booking any day trips (boat ride, Fazenda, restaurant, babysitting) before you arrive to get everything organised before check-in, as it might be difficult to arrange when Paraty gets busy.
