• Patrycja Tarnawska (7/5): Obiekt spełnił moje oczekiwania i mogę go polecić. - Dogodna lokalizacja, niedaleko centrum i plaży (ok. 25–35 minut spacerem). Bardzo klimatyczny korytarz wypełniony obrazami. Czyste i całkiem wygodne pokoje. Regularnie sprzątane łazienki. Spokojna atmosfera mimo dużego obiektu. Pomocna obsługa w razie problemów. Wi-Fi działało przeciętnie, sygnał mógłby być lepszy. System otwierania drzwi kodem elektronicznym był nieco uciążliwy, ponieważ po otwarciu drzwi od zewnątrz nie można było ich swobodnie zamknąć ponownie bez ponownego odblokowania — trzeba było jeszcze raz wpisać kod, aby móc je zamknąć przed wyjściem.

Art house lo recomendaría para cualquier persona que quiera pasar unos días en Alicante porque tienes comodidades en cuanto al tema de comidas y además respecto al tema de la ubicación está bastante bien situado ya que no es el centro de la ciudad pero sí que tienes cerca zonas importantes de la ciudad No destacó nada, en general me gustó todo.

Lack of staff, communication only in Spanish via WhatsApp. (might be problem for those who don't speak the language). Also the check in is done via link shared through WhatsApp which could easily be a scam. Difficult to trust in today's world.

Purtroppo il numero per contattare la struttura che c'è su Booking non é reale, ho provato a contattarli settimane prima per organizzare il check in ma senza nessuna risposta. Ho aperto un reclamo su Booking ma senza risposta. Alla fine ho trovato il numero su Internet e lo staff è stato presente e disponibile ma pensavo inizialmente che la struttura fosse inesistente visto che nessuno mi rispondeva.

On Sunday, 10 May, at around 11:00 in the morning, she was loudly slamming doors and shouting in the corridor, which came across as aggressive and very unprofessional. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made it difficult to relax. Staff should be more respectful of guests, especially around occupied rooms.

• Andreja (4/5): Good for one night ;( - Registration and check-in to the hotel and room went smoothly. Interesting interior. Maybe some will find more positive points but it was just not for me. I didnt like that I have to make chack in throught Whats upp. The location was bit scary. Me and my daughetr walk from main train station to the hotel and i dont know if i would do it again. The biggiest negative thing were the windows. they weren't sealed. it was like they were open all the time. So we were listening noise till 1am and same fireworks and drunk people. If you still want to stay here take ear plugs.

Two middle-aged guys next to our room tried to hit on us (21 year old girls) and when we didn’t answer they spat on us. This is not the hostel’s fault, but because there were no employers, we couldn’t tell anyone.

Nos hemos sorprendido hasta con una tele grande. Va todo con código en las puertas lo cual hace más accesible la entrada y salida.

• Kumru Selenge (8/5): - It’s good for the price. It’s not perfect but okay for couple of days. The bathrooms are cleaned very well only some uncivilized guests don’t even bother to flush! But other than that the property is clean and nice. One thing I really dont like is the heavy weird smell of my room. Even though I kept the window open it won’t go away. I don’t know what that smell was but I think they should change it.

• Sonia (7/5): Bien - El personal del hostal es muy amable, concretamente la chica que nos atendió. Todo estaba muy limpio y la ubicación del hostal no está muy lejos del centro. El hostal no tiene servicio para dejar las maletas, lo cual es un poco incómodo. Las camas son cómodas pero el colchón de hunde un poco. Y esto no es culpa del hostal, pero por la noche había gente dando voces pasadas las 22h, y uno de los baños estaba sucio por el mal uso de otros huéspedes.
