• Aleksandr (2/5): I do not recommend staying here. - The apartment is located in a beautiful old historical building, which looks very nice from the outside and has an impressive main staircase. It was a bad smell in the WC. The entrance door handle was broken, as well as the shoehorn. Some of the light bulbs were missing or not working. The batteries in the TV remote control and the wall clock were dead, so it was not possible to turn the TV on. The kitchen dishes were very dirty and oily, as if they had not been properly washed after the previous guests. There was a lot of rubbish and dust under the kitchen cabinets, including onion peels, a champagne cork, and old spaghetti. I even found matches inside the washing machine, which makes no sense. The main issue — and a potentially dangerous one — is the floor heating in the shower and toilet area. There seems to be an electrical fault causing a leakage to the ground. When standing on the floor in the shower/toilet room and washing your hands in the sink, touching the water, you receive an electric shock to your fingers. This issue will be reported to Booking.com.

• Edite (5/5): Normal for one night . - 1.The location is great, everywhere you can go by walk. 2.Very comfy beds. 3.Beautiful old windows and large windowsills. 1. Key didnt work normally- both doors were hard to open. 2. No glasses in the kitchen. 3. No light in kitchen zone. 4. Broken electric kettle. 5. Broken wooden railings for the stairs and on the second floor. 6. Bad smell in wc.

Pas de verres, rien pour faire le café. Bouilloire électrique inutilisable. Casserole et poêle crasseuses. Installation électrique douteuse. Pas de lumière dans la mezzanine. Aucune réactivité suite à nos remarques. Cerise sur le gâteau : apparemment au dessus d'une boîte de nuit, musique jusqu'à 7h du matin ! Sale, mal odorant, bruyant, mal équipé.
• Maris (5/5): - Location Im not an active feedback provider, but this time, i thought I must address some. At least for concert day, this apartment is overpriced. The apartment has a kitchen in the same room where you sleep and live. There is no extractor hood or any kind of ventilation in the kitchen area, except you can open the window. Therefore, the whole apartment smells quite bad, and in the kitchen area, everything that you touch sticks and feels dirty. The electric kettle is with a burned hole - even can not fill the water. The apartment needs some attention from the owner and fixing some things. Luckily, I had a screwdriver with me, and I fixed the shower.

• Maarja (9/5): Good location - Location, smooth check-in Smoke smell in the hallway (ofc the room was fine), cleanliness could have been better (cups, glasses, bathroom). 5 am there was a music playing in the house
• Ville (1/5): Never again - Location The name of these apts "Luxury Suites Mere" suggests, that the rooms are luxurious. The truth is nothing like that; necessities missing: no microwave oven, no oven, no hair blow dryer. The bathroom has severe plumming problems, sewer dench is simply discusting there. And the most horrible feature: the strip club "No Nuns" is next door: they bang their music till 08 AM so sleepless nights were spent at room 16a. Never again this apt and absolutely not recommended to anyone!
