• Jörg (6/5): Mittelmäßige Loft mit guter Verkehrsanbindung, - Die Lage war sehr gut. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Loft. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nebenstraße vorhanden. Im Loft waren die nötigsten Dinge, wie zB. Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Wir sind nachts angekommen und mussten bei Duunkelheit mehrere Schlüsselboxen ausprobieren um an unseren Schlüssel zu kommen. Das könnte man einfacher gestalten. Der Wäscheständer im Loft war voll und Koffer lagen unter dem Bett..Diese Dinge hätte man in einem Abstellraum unterbringen können. Der Herd war auch nicht richtig sauber.

• Joseph Sudheer (5/5): NOT suitable for families with children. - Host was prompt in responding. The elevator was full of Graffiti and awkward and scary texts. Not appropriate for families with children. The approach to fetch the key in the night was not convenient. It was dark and I had to use my mobile phone light to search for the Key Tresor. There were stuff (suitcases etc.,) under the beds, the cleaning stuff was in the bathroom.

• Mayas (1/5): ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - UNHYGIENIC, UNSAFE, AND DISHONEST HOST - DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS PLACE !! My experience was a total disaster from start to finish. The apartment was in an awful condition. Upon entering, we were hit by a foul, nauseating smell of mold and mildew coming from damp, dirty cleaning rags and towels left hanging inside. It was completely unhygienic and unsafe for my children to stay in for even five minutes. We had to leave immediately and book a hotel at the last minute. After being denied an early check-in (forcing us to change our entire travel schedule), we still had to wait for an hour just to get the keys. To find the place in such a disgusting state after all that waiting was an insult. The host had an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. When I tried to explain the issues, she literally hung up the phone in my face and claimed the place was "clean" because her staff said so - completely disregarding my word as a paying guest and the evidence I have seen. They are holding my full payment for a property I never even stayed in and even lied about the timing of my refund request, claiming it was late at night when I have screenshots proving it was sent way earlier.
• Kallenbach (1/5): - Die Wohnung war dreckig, der Schlüssel der in einer schlüsselbox hinterlegt wurde war in einer von 15 Boxen, alle nicht markiert, also musste man ausprobieren welche mit dem Code aufgeht. Die Schieber über den zahlenrädern waren alle offen und bei den aktuellen minus Graden zugefroren, so konnte man diese kaum drehen, sollte aufjedenfall geändert werden.

• Anna (3/5): Cena zdecydowanie zawyżona jak na te standardy. - Najbardziej podobała mi się lokalizacja Przede wszystkim czystość - tu jest katastrofa. Pajęczyny zwisające z sufitu i kurze wszędzie. Dodatkowo popsuty prysznic który zalewał całą łazienkę wodą, lampy z wystającymi kablami - także w łazience ale nie tylko. To jest niebezpieczne. Dodatkowo problem z ciepłą wodą - leci gorąca i lodowata naprzemiennie - trochę to irytujące. Porwane prześcieradła, prywatne rzeczy w mieszkaniu. Bardzo ciekawy jest także gigantyczny telewizor który ani tam nie pasuje - za każdym razem gdy wychodziłam z łazienki miałam wrażenie że się uderzę o niego, nie można było go przysunąć do ściany bo nie zamykały się wtedy drzwi do łazienki. Kuriozalny wymysł. Dodatkowo nie można było za bardzo go używać bo nie odbierał żadnych kanałów ani internetu. Sam budynek także ciekawy - widać że była to jakaś fabryka a winda wygląda jak z horroru - bałyśmy się tam wejść. W ogólnym rozrachunku - gdyby w Polsce ktoś wynajmował takie mieszkanie - na pewno byłby szybko zweryfikowany przez rynek. Czuliśmy się w Berlinie jak w kraju trzeciego świata - nigdzie klimy, problemy z płatnościami kartą itd. W Polsce to jest nie do pomyślenia.

• Bachiri (7/5): - Service war sehr freundlich. Die Lage hat mir auch gut gefallen. Waschmaschine war verfügbar. Umgebung sowie einheimischen waren sehr freundlich. Ausstattung war noch in Ordnung. Fernseher selber funktioniert aber es lässt nicht mit receiver verbinden. Also fernseher konnten wir nicht konsumieren.. Keine spülmaschine und die Preise waren nach meiner Meinung zu hoch könnte an das hauptsaison liegen und es wurde für 6 Personen beworben wobei der Wohnung für 6 Personen viel zu klein ist.

• Рана (7/5): Взагалом не погано, але треба виправити поломку в душі і розетку від пральної машинки. - Було все щоб відчувати себе як вдома. Стан душу та розетка від пральної машинки були несправні. В підʼїзді дуже накурено і неприємний запах сигарет. І до помешкання було не просто добратися. Інструкція не зрозуміла.
• Ema (7/5): Spĺňa očakávania vzhľadom k cene - Pomer cena - kvalita je úžasný. Za túto cenu v meste nič lepšie nezoženiete. Je však potrebné si upraviť očakávania vzhľadom k cene. Parkovanie je v tejto časti mesta zadarmo, je však problém nájsť voľné miesto. V blízkosti sa nachádzajú supermarkety kde je možné zakúpiť potraviny za fajn ceny, napr. Lidl. Čistota nebola na 100% úrovni a postele neskutočne vŕzgali. Plachty boli plné hrčiek. Spojmi to realisticky trvá do centra 40 minút až hodinu. Dajú sa však vystihnúť taxíky za príjemnú cenu.
• Kristijan (5/5): - It’s good value for money. It’s a bit far from city center but bus stops right in front of the aparment and takes you to the metro station. Its takes about 30/40 minutes to get to city center with public transpost. It could be a little bit more cleaner. Every time you take shower, there will be a little flood in the bathroom beacause of the shower. I was told that I will get check in instructions 3 days before my arrival. Since I didn’t get the instructions 3 days before, I texted them 2 days before my arrival and I didn’t get any response from the owner in the next 30h so that was a little bit frustrating. I finally got the instructions on the day I came to Berlin.

• Daniela (3/5): - Wir waren mit der Lage zufrieden. Es war etwas außerhalb aber Bus direkt vor der Tür und S-Bahn 10-15 min Fussweg. Kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nebenstraße. Es war eine ruhige Gegend. Tankstelle und Netto 10 min. Fussweg. Die Unterkunft hat für uns 5 Personen ausgereicht und war nett hergerichtet (gedeckter Tisch). Es war zwar klein, aber für unseren Zweck (schlafen, Bad, Frühstück) hat es ausgereicht. Die Aussicht war auch schön. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr freundlich. Wir sind wirklich keine anspruchsvollen, pingelige Menschen aber so eine schlecht gereinigte Wohnung habe ich noch nie vorgefunden! Die vollen Wäscheständer waren jetzt für uns weniger das Problem, irgendwo muss dort wohl die Wäsche getrocknet werden. Betten waren gemacht aber der Boden war schmutzig und die Küche war auch so verschmutzt. Im Bad haben wir nach dem Duschen (am ersten Morgen!) den Boden trocken gewischt und der Lappen war danach so verschmutzt, da kann am Vortag nicht wirklich der Boden sauber gemacht worden sein! Richtig ecklig wurde es, als wir Bettwanzen-Fallen entdeckt haben. Wir hoffen, dass diese einfach prophylaktisch vor Ort waren und nicht für eine akute Bekämpfung! In dem Fall hätten wir gerne eine Info gehabt um entscheiden zu können, ob wir dennoch in die Unterkunft möchten.
• Elita (9/5): - I really liked it — it was a very nice and cozy place, and the bus stopped right on the street. 🚏✨ The only thing I didn’t like was that the apartment was cleaned very superficially, and there was dust.
• Masiel (3/5): Unfortunate - There was parking near the property, and was spacious. The listing said that check in was at 3:00pm. We arrived at 5:00pm and there was still someone cleaning the room. We had to wait an hour and a half for the cleaner to finish. When we contacted the owner she did not reply. Had issues with the shower, which caused us to have to leave and the owner did give a refund.

• Donncha (4/5): Needs a deep clean. - Supermarkets and bus stop extremely close to apartment. The couch was comfy. Affordable. Building felt safe, although it was definitely worn The cleaning was extremely poor; food left in the fridge, wet clothes in the washing machine and damp laundry hanging up over the beds, stains on the cupboard and floor, cups and plates dirty, the oven was absolutely filthy, essentially unusable due to grime and staining. Serious work needs to be done to keep the apartment clean, if the apartment was kept clean, my rating would be much higher.

The apartment itself is mostly ok, but the wi-fi was not working. Hosts were completely unresponsive — until they needed to do something in the appartment.
