• Aliaksandra (9/5): - Великолепно, когда у каждого свой санузел!!!! Прекрасный обеденный стол. Охлаждались вентиляторами, не критично, дуют они знатно! Удобно входить, с улицы сразу в квартиру, но было малость не по себе, мало ли, кто там еще решит за нами заскочить))) Посуды много, плита шикарная! Спертый запах, окна открывать не хотелось часто, из-за первого этажа, была на фото рожковая кофемашина, но увы ее не было! У тостера сломана ручка!
• Francesco (8/5): Marathon in Madrid. - Die Lage war sehr gut Anstelle eine Sofabettes würde ich im dritten Zimmer ein normales Bett hinstellen. Das Verbrauchsmaterial, wie WC-Papier, Abwaschmittel, etc., war knapp bemessen
• Aliia (8/5): Stylish apartments with their own nuances - Stylish apartments, great for a group, but we were with 3 children 😂. It feels like this used to be a cafe. Three rooms, each with its own nuances. The basement room has window, with daylight only coming through a floor-to-ceiling window. Another room is behind glass on the first floor, and the third has a door but no curtains. When the neighbors chat, you can hear everything, and their constant switching of lights is also noticeable. Access to the house is only via an app. Our Wi-Fi stopped working, and it was hard to figure out, the communication in the app only worked one-way. It's good we noticed it in the morning , not at night. It took half a day to fix the problem. The audibility is the same as in many cardboard houses. You know when the garbage truck passes and what the neighbors are talking about, and if someone is sleeping in the room below, they can hear everything too. no communication via app, no curtains in one room, Water drains poorly in the glass-fronted and basement rooms/bathrooms

• Turmares (10/5): Excelente apartamento en un sitio muy bien ubicado. - Excelente apartamento, muy limpio todo y con todo lleno de detalles y decorado con muy buen gusto. Muy bien ubicado, con excelentes conexiones y en un buen barrio lleno de supermercados, tiendas, etc. cerca. En la habitación interior que da a un patio de luces interior, que debería tener cortinas. Aún así, es un apartamento muy silencioso y se descansa muy bien. El detalle de las cortinas sería para ser perfecto y darle un 12 sobre 10.
• Lopez (10/5): - Awesome spot, spacious and inviting. Easy to access (directly from the street). Each bedroom had its on toilet/shower. Being on the ground floor, people walking past on the street could look into the windows if left open. One of the bedroom didn’t have blinds (not a big deal as the window lead out into a dead space). But when the neighbours lights were turned on, light would flood into the bedroom! Could use with some blinds.

• Nikol (5/5): - Dobré umístění blízko stanic městské dopravy, zajímavý design, spousta rostlin. Ocenili jsme odvlhčovač vzduchu (rostliny jsou automaticky zavlažované, takže se v bytě dělá vlhko) a tři koupelny. Hluk z ulice/vedlejších bytů - pokud spíte na gauči v suterénu, připravte se, že se to dost rozléhá. Proces registrace všech účastníků zájezdu do aplikace je poměrně zdlouhavý a záloha 200 eur je poněkud neobvyklá. Hlavně jsme ale vůbec nepochopili to, že si sami nemůžeme ovládat klimatizaci. V aplikaci od ubytování se píše, že ovladač je v obýváku, realita je ale taková, že je někde zamčený a host si sám klimatizaci ovládat nemůže. Přijeli jsme nastydlí a opravdu jsme nestáli o to, aby neustále foukal studený vzduch. Řešila jsem to zdlouhavě na telefonu s podporou, druhý den přišel majitel/správce, který nám ovladač odmítl dát, ale aspoň na naši žádost klimatizaci vypnul. Mluvil pouze španělsky, takže domluva také nebyla snadná. I když bylo v Madridu zrovna vedro, apartmán je umístěný tak, že do něj vůbec nesvítí, takže jsme se bez klimatizace naštěstí obešli.
• Liam (8/5): We enjoyed the stay. I would book again. I don’t like the €200 security deposit but I can understand why they do it. Do - It is a beautiful apartment. Very well located. A choice of 3 metro Stations, bus stops nearby and grocery stores nearby. I’d book it again. There were no curtains in our son’s room so light from neighbours apartments did disturb him. You can get a bit of noise from the bar outside but nothing major or prolonged. Ironically you will get a call if your TV is too loud!

• Emile (9/5): - The apartment was beautifully decorated, modern, and very comfortable. We really appreciated that each of the three rooms had its own bathroom, which made our stay much easier. Everything was well equipped with recent appliances and furnishings, which gave the place a fresh and convenient feel. The only downside was the little bit of noise. At night, it could get a bit loud from people outside on the street, and sometimes we could also hear the neighbours.

• Francesco Maria (10/5): Bellissimo appartamento, da favola - È stato tutto perfetto. La casa è bellissima e in una bella posizione. Molto pulita e molto grande: è stata perfetta. L'unica cosa è che l'aria condizionata non potevamo organizzarla noi ma la gestiva il proprietario, che non era lì, dunque i primi giorni era un po' freddino (nonostante fosse metà agosto), ma poi ci siamo abituati ed è stato tutto ok.
• Selena (5/5): No heating in the middle of October - Spacious apartment, nice living room. Really clean. No heating, in mid October, at 6 degrees at night, got pneumonia after. The owner said the heating would be turned on later... The entrance to the apartment is directly from the street. It rained heavily, so cold and humidity in the house. One room is actually in the basement, no natural light in that room, just a window from the living room..
