• Marko (2/5): Mangelhaftes Warmwasser - teils einschüchterndes Vorgehen des Personals - Vielfältiges Frühstück, freundliches Frühstückspersonal. Schöne Aussicht. Der Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Duschkabine steht frei im Zimmer. Nur lauwarmes Duschen. Selbst nach mehr als 7 Minuten kam aus Dusche und Wasserhahn lediglich lauwarmes Wasser. Auf meine Beschwerde reagierte die Rezeption zunächst mit offenem Misstrauen – die Mitarbeiterin forderte mich auf, erneut mit ihr auf das Zimmer zu gehen, um die Situation selbst zu überprüfen. Dabei entstand eine Diskussion darüber, das Wasser sei „doch warm“. Offenbar unterscheiden sich dort die Vorstellungen davon, was als warmes Wasser gilt. Man will wohl Kosten sparen. Obwohl mir anschließend ein neues Zimmer zugesagt wurde, wollten später zusätzlich noch drei Männer – offenbar Vorgesetzte – die Situation erneut auf meinem Zimmer kontrollieren. Dieses Vorgehen empfand ich als einschüchternd, unprofessionell und wenig gästeorientiert. Kein Vertrauen in die eigene Mitarbeiterin, noch in die Gäste. Besonders kritisch sehe ich den Umgang mit dem Thema Warmwasser vor dem Hintergrund der geltenden Anforderungen an die Trinkwasserhygiene und Legionellenprävention. Nach den anerkannten technischen Regeln sollen Warmwassersysteme Temperaturen erreichen, die eine Vermehrung von Legionellen verhindern. Wenn nach mehreren Minuten lediglich lauwarmes Wasser verfügbar ist, wirft das berechtigte Fragen hinsichtlich Hygiene und Gesundheitsvorsorge auf. Am nächsten Morgen war zwar wärmeres Wasser vorhanden, die Temperatur wirkte jedoch weiterhin eher niedrig – das Wasser war problemlos, obwohl voll Heiß-aufgedreht, über längere Zeit mit der Hand erträglich. Insgesamt habe ich sowohl den technischen Zustand als auch den Umgang mit meiner Beschwerde als wenig professionell erlebt. Ein Hotel, welches man meiden sollte. Das Frühstückspersonal war hingegen sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Für den Preis hat es ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wenn es sich ergibt, dann buche ich dieses Hotel gerne wieder.

Seh gute Lage. mit guter Anbindung in allen Richtungen Köln. Das Frühstück war das schlechtes, das ich je hatte. Zu wenig und die Auswahl sehr gering. Der Saal zu klein und roch leicht nach WC. Es erfüllt nicht EU-Norm.

• Makhawadee (9/5): We have a good stay here. - It located on the opposite site of central train station. Very easy to travel if need catch train to airport. Staffs are very nice and helpful. We booked room for 4 people 2 adults and 2 children afraid that it will not be enough room on bed but staffs open two connecting room for us without extra charge which is very nice. Breakfast buffet is huge with hot and cold items. There is biryani rice, ham, cheese, boil eggs, sausage, coffee and tea station. There are fitness and sauna which we did not have time to use. Outside of hotel there are lot of taxi line and people smoking but I expect that because of it is near the main train station. However, it does not feel unsafe.

If you don't need, e.g. a sauna, it's still a nice hotel. AC is just ventilation, not a real AC.

Reception thst they would come and and sort it out. They never came to sort it out. I had to buy I internet access from a local telecommunications.provider.

• Ajit (7/5): It was a pleasant stay but could have been great with some more improvements. - Excellent location and good staff, size of the room was excellent. It’s clean but needs to be upgraded and refurbished as it looks dated, reception entrances area needs to look more professional and fresh than dated old property. Restaurant in the reception lobby also needs much fresher and updated clean look. Breakfast is very limited and food quality is not very high. Breakfast items are cold and don’t look freshly made, for example parathas, pakoras and biryani very cold at any given time. Salads should have better options than just cucumber and tomato slices. Carpets in the hotel look old and not very clean. Rooms cleaning needs better attention to details.

• Ugur (1/5): Disaster - Nothing We experienced disappointed moments in this Indian Hotel. While we were sleeping, staff knock the door like FBI at 7am. He came into room and start shouting about smoking in the room. We tried to explain that no one smoked in the room and we were sleeping. He continued to shout disrespectfully, entered the room even though we were in our pajamas, and threatened to call the police. We would never recommend this disrespectful people's hotel. PS: a strong scent of spices greets you the moment you enter the reception.

• Hanna (6/5): - Die mobilen Daten konnten im Hotel nicht genutzt werden...zu dicke Wände? Das hat sehr genervt. Das WLAN sollte leichter zugänglich sein.
• Lena (8/5): Sehr angenehm. Gute Lage, großes Zimmer super freundliches Personal - Das Personal war super Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Als wir um 12 Uhr am Hotel ankamen um zu fragen, ob wir unsere Koffer da lassen können, weil man erst um 14 Uhr einchecken konnte. War unser Zimmer schon fertig und wir durften es zwei Stunden früher beziehen. Die Lage, direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist Optimal. Die Zimmer waren sehr Groß und waren unter anderem mit einem Sessel, einem Schreibtisch einem Kleiderschrank und sogar einem Bügeleisen und -Brett ausgestattet. Auf dem Bett liegen zwei Kissen, eins größer und etwas härter, eins kleiner und weicher. Das Bett war sehr Bequem und Groß. Im Kleiderschrank befindet sich auch ein Safe, der bei uns entweder nicht funktioniert hat oder wir haben es nur nicht geschafft ihn zu benutzen. Der Teppich, die Fenster, das Bad, die Dusche und alles andere war ordentlich sauber und hat auch keinen Kalk oder anderes aufgewiesen. Für die Heißen Sommertage gibt es auch eine Klimaanlage, von der wir aber nicht wussten, wie man sie Ausstellt. Zusammengefasst ist das Hotel eine Empfehlung. Wir waren dort für eine Nacht wegen einem Konzert und wollten nicht Unmengen a Geld für ein Hotel bezahlen. Für das was wir jetzt bezahl haben hätte man auch in einer schäbigen Jugendherberge schlafen können und den gleichen Preis gezahlt. Also für den kleinen Preis den man zahlt bekommt man echt einiges geboten. Die Einrichtung ist etwas altmodischer, aber nicht heruntergekommen und auch nicht hässlich. Die Dusche befindet sich nicht im Badezimmer, sondern steht im Zimmer, ist aber mit Milchglas beklebt.
