• Eryk (8/5): - Czysto, schludnie. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament. Niczego nie brakowało. Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko centrum. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Późnym wieczorem i wczesnym rankiem było dość głośno. Ściany są na tyle cienkie że hałas z ulicy jest słyszalny w środku. Musieliśmy skorzystać ze stoperów.

The centre of town was just around the corner and the apartment has everything we needed as we tend to spend our trip exploring! Only small thing, was the noise in the area! Very loud either above us or in the neighbourhood at night
• CBL_1987 (8/5): La diferencia está en los detalles - Cómodo y acojedor. Buenas. Como está siendo de constumbre en casi todos los alojamientos, la hora del check in y del check out, está descompensada. Entras a las 16:00 y te vas a las 12:00. No es exclusivo de este alojamiento, pero cada vez más se quiere rentabilizar las reservas. En cuanto a detalles de buen anfitrión, no había gel de baño, ni champú. Tampoco una botella de agua (Málaga) y habiendo cafetera, ni un par de tristes cápsulas. Detalles que en mi opinión no cuestan mucho y sí ayudan mucho al visitante a estar más a gusto. A parte de esto, hay un par de mejoras en el baño que se deberían revisar, una es la tapa del váter, está rota, por lo que se mueve al sentarte. Y la presión del agua de la ducha es baja.

• Rhianna (5/5): Passabile - Struttura vicino al centro, letto comodo e una luce bella calda regolabile al lato del letto. Aveva lo stretto necessario per un paio di notti a malaga. Abbiamo notato di formiche dentro casa. Assenza di condimenti primari come sale, olio e aceto. Ci stava un cantiere fuori dalla casa, sarebbe stato utile saperlo prima. Non adatto per una lunga sosta.

• Lenka (9/5): - Ubytování bylo malé, ale naprosto pro dva dostačující. Kuchyňka vybavená základním nádobím. Postel velmi pohodlná. Ubytování je kousek od historického centra takže super! Ulice před domem je rozkopaná, ale začínají s pracemi vždy až po osmé ráno takže nám to vůbec nevadilo. Možná vlastně výhoda alespoň tam nejezdili auta jinak by tam byl asi šrumec. Zdi nejsou moc silné. Jediné co bych malinko vytkla byla zima v koupelně, není tam topení a neškodilo by setřít podlahu. Sice bylo v bytě čisto, ale nejspíš jen zametou. Ponožky to odnesly :-) I přesto bychom příště klidně bydleli zase tady.
• Maria Jesus (1/5): ZONA MUY INSEGURA Y ANFITRION INEXISTENTE - No reservéis aquí si no queréis arriesgaros a dormir en la calle. Llegué un sábado y el código de acceso que me facilitaron no funcionaba. Intenté contactar con el alojamiento por tres vías distintas (dos teléfonos de emergencia y el chat de la app) y nadie respondió, vamos, los telefonos tenían llamadas restringidas, dejándome totalmente desamparada Lo peor no fue solo la falta de acceso, sino la ubicación: aunque está cerca del centro, el entorno es extremadamente inseguro, sucio y da mucho miedo. Verme tirada en esa zona sin ninguna asistencia por parte del anfitrión fue una experiencia angustiosa. Además, se negaron rotundamente a devolverme el dinero a pesar de no haberme dado servicio; ha tenido que intervenir Booking directamente para gestionarlo y aún estoy esperando. Gestión nula, atención inexistente y ubicación poco recomendable por seguridad.

• Claudia (7/5): Posizione centro molto buona - Posizione comodissima per raggiungere il centro a piedi in pochi minuti. Appartamento semplice, pulito. Nella norma.

• Sophie (10/5): Great location and property… shame about the construction work - Fab location… 15 min walk to most places Owner quick to respond. Clean with a couple of loo rolls and coffee / tea bags pods to keeps us going the first day Unfortunately there is construction work immediately outside the property. We were woken early with drilling and general construction work noise which is not ideal . This work started at beginning of September and is due to November 2026 We hadn’t been informed about this and despite the great location we wouldn’t have booked it . Saying that the location is quiet outside working hours. The access is difficult due to the ongoing work .

• Nikolė (7/5): - There were ants in the apartments- cannot leave any food on the table or dishes. The apartment is a bit used and does not look as brand new like in the photos. The shower is rusty, there were also black dirt spots on the bathroom walls. There were also no normal seperate blankets- only one thin coverlet to share. There were no instructions how to open the outside door- we received two keys and though the second key is from the outside door in the common area. Turns out it opens with a button which is located random near other doors.

• Claus (7/5): Erwartungen nur zum Teil erfüllt. - Das Bett und die Dusche waren sehr gut. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Die Kaffeemaschine war sehr speziell. Man musste erst im Internet das Modell herausfinden, um sie bedienen zu können. Die Handtücher rochen sehr muffig. Anscheinend nicht heiß genug gewaschen. Es fehlte u.a. Salz, Pfeffer und Spülmittel in der Küche. Sehr staubig unter dem Bett.

• Helena (6/5): - Emplacement idéal Appartement bien équipé Un peu déçue au niveau des attentions en guise d'accueil: 1 seul sachet de thé/café pour un séjour de 4 jours, on nous donne vraiment le strict necessaire notamment au niveau du papier toilette, gel douche etc... Impossible de remonter le volet il etait coincé.

• Luis (6/5): Not such a pleasant stay due to the noise! - The location -It is a 3 minute walk to Plaza La Merced and from there you can reach all the main sights. It looks just like in the pictures and it was very clean! Everything worked well, including A/C. They were doing heavy construction works in the street where the studio is located and it wasnt relaxing. We came to a common solution with the host :) No Wifi upon arrival, needed to contact host. Its described as appartement but its actually a studio. Some coffee pods would be nice. Soap in the bathroom was all deluted with water. The area and the building where it sits doesnt reflect the price of the property
• Neil (7/5): Conveniently located - Convenient location for centre sights, bars, restaurants. Communication was good. Easy to access on arrival. Slight concerns about use of the area opposite. Not particularly bothered by the street noise (it is a city!) Described as apartment but really a studio. Extra blanket for cool nights would be an idea. And a couple of coffee pods!
• Aleksandra (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great, just several minutes from restaurants and city centar. Also, there is storage for baggage and that is additional value for this apartment. I have feeling that bedding was not complete changed, and when I should even think about it, that is cleanliness issue. That is main objection and generally spoiled impression of apartment and generally stay there. Overall, price is overrated.
• Vera (5/5): The price does not match the state of the apartment and the area it’s located. - Central location (few minutes by foot to the center) and good communication with the host. We had some issues with the cleanliness of the apartment (hair on bed and stained towels) and the host tried to solve the issue quickly. The apartment is located in a „rough“ neighborhood. The street was full of trash and urine smell, we did not feel 100% safe. I wouldn’t recommend staying there alone as a woman or as a group of women. It was loud at night, there were people talking loudly under the window. The hallway was pretty dirty. There were no pods neither for the dishwasher nor for the coffee machine. The blinds were hard to open.
• Alison (6/5): Great location a few niggles with the property - Property in a great location to get to make your way round Malaga which is a wonderful place to visit. Property is small studio flat but clean and cosy. Juliette balcony only. Good shower plenty of hot water. Pleasantly furnished The instructions to access the flat weren’t correct and we had to ring up and someone helped us in. no banjo a on the main entrance door. The main metal door has a knack to opening it fine once you know how. Renovations going on next door so very noisy ( not the hosts fault ). Would have expected at least 1 loo roll to be provided as that’s fairly standard but there wasn’t any at all. Was left with a soiled bath towel and advised host who said would raise with cleaners but didn’t provide a replacement one so we shared. The crockery a little lacking if you did actually want to eat in. A couple of tumblers but no wine glasses. No tea towel. Bedside lamp not working Microwave on top of fridge freezer ok if your 6ft but not great if your shorter. No coffee maker as per photos Not the end of the world but a few niggles individually minor but collectively could start to detract if not addressed for future guests.

• Kathleen (8/5): Very good - Good location, a few minutes walk from the busiest part of town. The general look and feel of the place. Hair dryer + iron & board. Efficient communication & easy check-in with a code for the key box. The bathroom could have been cleaner. We bought eggs for breakfast but only realised there was no salt or pepper later. Would have been nice to not have to buy for one or two uses during a short stay.
• Chengchun (7/5): Good location but lacks the basic facilities that a B&B should have. - Close to attractions, restaurants Neither shower gel, shampoo nor hand wash liquid has been provided. You can hear people chatting on the street and you have to take your rubbish away which is very unusual.
• Denys (9/5): Superb - The place is perfect to stay in Malaga for tousist. There is the storage for baggage when you need to check-out. There are no dishwasher capsules, oil, tea, salt and pepper. For six nights we have only two towels for each other There was only a tiny vial of shower gel and no shampoo

• Vincke (9/5): Very nice - Good communication with the host. Clean and practical studio. I missed an oven but that's not a big problem. The location was perfect, close to everything and even just 2 minute walk to supermercado maskom. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Maybe some more towels. We did have a washing machine, but if you have to use a towel everyday, there is no time to let it dry.
• Enriika (10/5): Nice stay for couples - Very cute and comfy apartement in a boho location. We liked it! It would be extra nice if in the kitchen would be some basic things like coffee, tea, salt, oil. And shampoo, shower gel in the bathroom. But of course it is fine without them as well.
• Annamaisha (9/5): Nice little getaway in the heart of Malaga - The location and decor of the apartment were great, as was the contact with the owner - Very friendly and replied super fast. Super close to the city center, comfortable, silent enough to sleep at night. A lot of corner shops and convenience stores close by The bathroom was rather humid, especially after showering the drain would smell a little. Nothing too bad tho, probably an issue with the water pipes of the buildings, the place and the bathroom were very clean!

• Kılıç (8/5): Very good - First of all host was very nice and helpful. Room was exactly as it seemed in photos. Location was great due to its closeness to the center. All in all, since we have been doing a lot sightseeing instead of staying in the property all time, our experience was good enough. Bathroom equipment was poor, such as lavabo was broken, toiletries was not adequate and water was not coming strong in shower.
• Sigrid (9/5): Nice apartement near center - Excellent location in a quiet street near Plaza de la Merced in the center of town. Good bed. Large window. Airconditioning, well equipped kitchen. Elevator. The bathroom is funstional nut a little small.
• Hui-yu (8/5): Very good - The location is quite and near the square. There is no shower gel and shampoo. Also the air conditioner is broken with the smell.
