• Caroline (9/5): Fabulous - Beautifully presented. Great location. En-suite in every room Could have had more amenities like an old fashioned moka express bialetti rather than the coffee pods. This is Italy ! Could have had a scissors.
• Terri (10/5): This location was great, it was clean, convenient to so many stores, restaurants, and within walking distance to a lot o - Love that the property was close to the Vatican. We had a grocery store within walking distance, tons of restaurants. Everyone had a bedroom with a bathroom, and enjoyed the patio outdoor outdoors. Nothing really. It worked great for our visitation to the Vatican.
• Guest (5/5): Failed to meet expectations, left disappointed. - Great location near the Vatican, spacious apartment, well stocked grocery store next door, there's a number of restaurants available at walking distance. We rented the whole apartment in August 2025 for two nights for a family of ten, which included two children of 6 and 4 years old. This "luxury" apartment is actually a fairly nice hostel, definitely not a luxury apartment. The front door is a sliding door, accessible with a key code, we didn't feel secure as the door could be easily forced open. The apartment is filled with expensive art for sale, not ideal for children as the art pieces could be easily broken. The bathrooms were not very clean, since they are normally shared between guests (each bedroom as a key code door, they also rent the rooms individually), they had a noticeable smell of urine, there are only a few bathroom towels available in each bedroom. The kitchen does not have any kitchen towels, or paper products. WiFI was terrible, so slow that wa unusable. The parking that was originally offered turned out to be a nightmare, they switched last minute and told us we couldn't park there, they instead told us to park at a nearby garage (for additional fees). This is the parking situation: the parking lot is shared between Moma and the nearby "Pam" store, the automatic parking gate lets you in, so that you can shop at Pam, but to get out you need a token that you can request if you spend more than 20 euros at Pam. If you don't have the token, and the property management (Varental) doesn't give you authorization to park (like they did to us, even though there were plenty of spaces available), your car is trapped and you can't get out. Park at the Pam side, and you can't leave your car overight, I am including a photo of the entry door, and one of the open parking spaces that were not made available to us. We picked this place mostly for the parking, and this was a big disappointment, it was difficult to manage the parking with a large group like ours, will not stay again.
• Bjork (9/5): Large spacious and comfortable - The apartment is in an excellent location and very near the Vatican. Lots of places to eat nearby. Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. Very clean. The step down from of the kitchen was deceiving. We had a few falls from our party and one wretched her back. Personally our group found the art dark and satanic in nature. Not a fan.

• Carlos (10/5): Comfortable and luxurious - Very comfortable and luxurious, we felt so accommodated with a private bathroom in each quarter. No living room space, but outside seating was a nice touch. Also couldn’t find any extra bedding/comforters. Overall great stay.
• Melissa (8/5): Comfortable stay - Excellent location, especially for visiting the Vatican and close to S. Pietro Station for getting about (though Uber was also handy). The apartment was clean, spacious, and had excellent air conditioning. It was easy to come and go as we pleased. We were met upon arrival and shown the main features and could communicate with the management team by WhatsApp at any time which was great! Beds and pillows wer comfortable, slept well throughout stay. Could use all 3 bathrooms at once with plenty of hot water. Terraced area was a lovely place to sit and relax. Nearby cafe was excellent and very handy supermarket a few metres away. There apartment was generally good but there were a few inconveniences. There were not a consistent number of glasses/cups for six people and though most things were provided, not everything was thought out for a short stay. We had washing liquid but no tea towel. There were some minor finishing issues such as a missing shower head in room C and general wear and tear but this did not detract from the stay which was comfortable.
• Gwendolyn (10/5): Large comfortable guesthouse near St Peter's basilica - Loved the location, close to St Peter's basilica and with a grocery store next door. Huge place with washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms had double bed with extra single and the other 2 bedrooms had a double bed. All had private baths and there were 2 more bathrooms in the common area. In our country it is unusual to have a dryer with a water tank so it took us a bit to understand we had to empty it periodically. The kitchen is big and has a large fridge/freezer and stovetop. There is no oven or dishwasher.
• Massimo (5/5): It was ok but will not return - The location is ideal if your goal is to be near the Vatican. Ideal for a large group, as you can share the amenities and be together. I didn't like that for one week, there were no additional towels provided, and we had to have only one toilet roll. When asked for a fresh towel, we were informed that they would charge extra and that if we needed additional toilet paper, we would have to go to the supermarket and purchase our own. Unacceptable when considering that we paid almost €6,000 for the week.
• Pascale (10/5): Amazing! Will be the first choice if our travels include a stay in Rome!! - Absolutely beautiful. Perfect location in the heart of Rome. Close to metro so you could travel anywhere. Extremely responsive staff. Always got quick responses to every question. Immediate action for a few minor issues we had!! Owner of the unit even stopped by to see how we were doing and gave us an excellent recommendation on where to eat that night. Amazing art surrounded us. A truly beautiful stay. Everything was wonderful, just didn’t really appreciate all the add-on fees. Parking is available but requires an additional charge. We also had to pay to store our luggage after check-out time. Check-out was 10a, but we needed to leave our luggage a bit longer to accommodate travel plans. (Will say though, we asked for additional time to remain parked and permission was immediately granted)
• Ramesh (9/5): Great place for a large family!! - Large place.Five rooms and even more washrooms, and a great kitchen and dining space. Pam’s Grocery next door and everything close by including the Vatican!! The staff are super helpful and responsive.

• John (10/5): We LOVED this place! It was the perfect size and setup for the 9 of us. - Perfect location near the Vatican. Clean space with fascinating, albeit unusual, decorations. The property was HUGE, plenty big for our large party of 9. Wifi used extenders that didn't work well; almost no service in the kitchen.

It is very close to Vatican and very close to everything which was very convenient to all of us.The rooms has its own bathroom . I should say was perfect place for us as a family because we had a bonding experience.Kitchen has a complete things we need so was really perfect. Location is super!!! 5 mins walk from Vatican. We loved every minute of stay. WiFi in the kitchen, but it is minor.
