• sina (10/5): Unter der Florenz Gewölbe Decke - Außergewöhnliche Atmosphäre sehr sauber. Am Anfang etwas Labyrinthartig 3 mal Rechts einmal Links oder so in etwa. Nach 3 Tagen aber geht's etwas flüssiger;-) Klimaanlage ist sehr speziell. Manchmal produziert etwas Kondenswasser! Boden wird Nass.
• Alwin (10/5): Exceptional - An amazing apartment. In the heart of Florence, walking distance to amazing landmarks, museums and top rated restaurants. Host was so very helpful. We were greeted by Marco who was welcoming and walked us through the property. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and so much character. Highly recommended!! When we come back to Florence, we won't hesitate to stay here again.

• Gillian (9/5): An apartment in an excellent location which enhanced our delightful week's stay in Florence. - The location of this property is EXCELLENT. It is situated along the Arno and only a few hundred yards from the Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio; so delightful to take an evening walk along to enjoy these wonderful locations and soak up the atmosphere. Restaurants and shops were close by too. Really fabulous! The Bus stops for City buses and also Citysightseeing Buses were very close by, as was a well stocked supermarket in the street behind. The apartment was extremely clean and well looked after. The free WIFI was very good. The bed was a joy to retire to every evening after a busy, hot day. There was a lot of cupboard/ hanging space for clothes. The fridge in the kitchen was an absolute necessity to store and cool water etc during our stay. Although we did not use them, the apartment had a dishwasher and washing machine. There was also an easily accessible fire extinguisher. Hot water was always available whenever we required it for showers etc, and the air-conditioning was WONDERFUL! ( There was also a large fan.) The traditional ceiling was a really delightful feature. Staying in this Benci Apartment enhanced our wonderful stay in Florence and made it so easy for us to explore this beautiful city. Thank you to our host for making himself so accessible if we required help or support ; and thank you for the 'WELCOME' bottle of wine. Although the shower room was lovely and the shower was very good, the actual toilet was set in quite a cramped space. A larger or less able person might find it tricky to access it comfortably. The addition of a Fire Escape Route would be a useful addition. The apartment looked onto a small central courtyard but this actually helped the apartment remain cooler during the intense heat outside.
• Gio (9/5): Peaceful, spacious, and in prime location - · I had a great stay at Marco’s apartment in Florence. It was exactly what I needed—spacious, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Not right in the middle of the tourist chaos, so it was peaceful at night, but still close enough to walk everywhere easily. Being right along the water added a nice touch, and the bottle of wine waiting for me on arrival was a thoughtful and much-appreciated welcome. Anytime I needed something, getting in touch with Marco was super easy—he was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. The bathroom layout was a bit tight, and the shower was on the smaller side—just a little hard to move around in. But overall, that was a minor thing compared to everything else the apartment offered.
• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - The location was close to all attractions but far enough away from the purely touristy areas. We could go anywhere within a walk. There were excellent food choices no farther then 5 mins away. The style of the apartment was fantastic and made us feel at home. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Firenze.
• Bernal (7/5): This is a great apartment in a central location near all of the key cultural sites. The room is pict - The host was available upon our arrival and made sure that we knew how to access the apartment. The host was responsive and the location was excellent. The listing indicated that there was air conditioning in the apartment. This information was inaccurate. When we arrived, the room was hot and stuffy. When we tried to sleep at night there was no air circulating in the room which made it uncomfortable. When I reached out to the host they mentioned I should open the windows to allow air to enter. However, since the unit faces a courtyard there was no breeze entering from outside. This also allowed mosquitoes to enter the room which added to the discomfort. The host did rectify the situation by providing a fan the next day. This made it much more comfortable. I would advise for the host to be more upfront about the lack of air conditioning and provide a fan upon arrival.

• Ramya (10/5): Well equipped studio apartment near Uffizi - Unique studio apartment with interesting ceilings. The hosts were very good and the apartment had all essential necessities taken care of. The temperature was controlled. Very central location near Uffizi. It is also close to lots of good restaurants and faces the river and next to a bridge. Very convenient. It is one of the most unique stays we have seen so far and complements the city of Florence well. We had a lift for luggage from the main lobby, but we had to move down a small flight of stairs with no lift for luggage. Other than that the apartment lacks a view but it is compensated by its wonderful location. The bathroom was small and cramped.,
