• Pavel (10/5): - 10/10 – Excellent stay, highly recommended We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The communication with the host was excellent — responses on WhatsApp were almost immediate and everything was very easy to arrange. Key handover was smooth and completely hassle-free. The apartment itself is large, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped. It has everything you might need, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Moreover, the apartment is on the second floor (unlike most other options, that were on the ground floor). Yet,elevator is present - which was a bigh plus for our family. We especially appreciated the two separate bathrooms, which is a big advantage when traveling as a family. The large dining table and comfortable sofa were great — after putting the kids to sleep, my wife and I could still sit together, talk, and relax. The internet was fast and reliable, and the location is very convenient with everything close by. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and we would happily come back again.

• Iryna (9/5): - Все чисто аккуратно, комфортно для проживания, хозяин побеспокоился о принадлежностях для ванной и кухни. Нам любезно позволили выехать позже, ко времени вылета, и вызвали такси. Все время хозяин был на связи, любой вопрос решался очень быстро и положительно, нам были предоставлены шезлонги в нужном количестве и зонты. Все супер, спасибо😉👍

• Edelman (9/5): Отличные апартаменты - Центр города .Все в шаговой доступности,море,магазины,центральный рынок. Не жарко ночью,спали без кондиционера.Относительно тихо-на самой улице нет ресторанов ! В апартаментах свежий ремонт и есть все необходимое и даже раскладные пляжные кресла и зонтики! Не критичные,но с моря идёшь в гору с небольшим уклоном.И утром на улице тусуются некие персонажи в очереди на бесплатные завтраки в находящуюся на соседней улице-социальную столовую,но персонажи безобидные и не приставучие. И последняя проблема- тяжело вызвать такси по адресу из-за узких улиц и не желания местных таксистов туда ехать.

• Leena (8/5): Very good - This 2nd floor apartment was fresh, clean and well-equipped. Even though it was located in the old town, it was quiet there. The beds were comfortable even though the bed in the 2nd bedroom was quite narrow for 2 teenagers. Mery was very helpful and she replied fast. We had some problems with warm water running out, but she gave us instructions on how to adjust the boiler after which the showers were ok. There was nowhere to place shampoo and soap bottles in the shower so they had to be kept on the floor. TV was small and we didn't know how to make it work. More power sockets next to beds would have been nice. Bedroom and kitchen windows faced a brick wall.

• Louise (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the heart of the wonderful Alicante old town - The apartment was very well furnished and had everything that we needed. Comfortable beds, lovely dining table and chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything that we needed to cook a meal. They even had kitchen roll, a tea-towel, washing up liquid dishwasher tablets and laundry capsules. I really like the washing lines outside the bedroom windows. There really wasn’t anything missing from a very functional kitchen. Both bathrooms were well fitted and the showers were great. It was nice that they gave us soap and shampoo and toilet paper. Reviewers have mentioned that it’s quite noisy, but there are proper metal shutters in all the rooms that make it dark and keep out the heat and the noise so we didn’t find it noisy. I can’t think of anything negative to say about the property and would certainly recommend it as a great accommodation for a holiday in Alicante. Thank you to our host for providing such great quality accommodation 😀 I can’t think of anything negative - there is even a wonderful coffee house round the corner serving the best coffee ever.

It is located in the heart of old city of Alicante - 10 min to Postiguet beach. I would love to stay again and I will definitely recommend to my friends
• Bartlomiej (10/5): A great as-home stay in the Charlot Center Apartment II in Alicante - The Charlot Center Apartment II is located almost in the center of Alicante's Old Town. So in a few minutes, you get to the famous Alicante promenade, the marina, or the beautiful Playa de Poustiget. There are a lot of restaurants around, so you are surrounded by top food places. The apartment is big, clean, very comfortable, and stays cool even on the hottest days. It also has air conditioning if you feel you need it. There is everything at your disposal that you have at home. A Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a hair dryer, an ironing board and an iron, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and plenty of space to rest after a hiking tour around the city. When you enter the apartment, you get a bottle of very nice Spanish wine. Also, the windows have blinds that can be closed, so you can sleep all night and even during the day if you want to. The staircase has an elevator so you do not have to carry your luggage. I can recommend Charlot Center Apartment II to everyone who wants to spend a great time in Alicante and feel at home. There are no issues in this appartment. Everything seems to be as best as it can to host guests for a short or a long term stay. You will be happy to stay there if you plan to spend your vacation in Alicante.
