• Falk (8/5): - Sehr nette Gastgeber. Man wurde herzlich willkommengeheißen. Die Lage ist wunderbar nahe des Sees, sehr schön ruhig und für einen morgentlichen Spaziergang bis zum See war es herrlich. Ansonsten sehr sauber und das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist für die Unterkunft gut!

• Ute (6/5): Eine Enttäuschung. Ich fühlte mich wenig gastfreundlich behandelt. - Die Lage und das Gelände gefielen mir gut. Da es außerhalb der Saison war, gab es sehr wenige Gäste (zwei meines Eindrucks nach). Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war sehr ansprechend. Dass der Empfang trotz WLans hier nicht funktionierte, störte mich nicht (im Gegenteil). Ich konnte ja vor das Gebäude treten. Dort war er in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und (glücklicherweise) wärmend. Auch hatte ich den Eindruck, hier in einer guten Begegnungsstätte eingekehrt zu sein. Das Check-In und die Beantwortung meiner anschließenden Fragen (weil Einiges unklar war) klappte noch gut. Eine Rückmeldung war, dass die Heizung in den Zimmer nicht funktioniere. Daraufhin erfuhr ich, dass die Anlage ab 18 Uhr arbeiten würde. Doch 18 Uhr blieb die Heizung kühl, und plötzlich konnte ich telefonisch keinen mehr erreichen. Das war äußerst ärgerlich, da ich kompromissbereit bin und keinen Ansprechpartner mehr hatte. Den Gastgeber sah ich kurz zuvor noch; doch da war mir die Heizsituation noch nicht offenbar. Auch am nächsten Tag erreichte ich niemanden mehr und erhielt auch keinerlei Rückmeldung. Auch wirkten manche Dinge etwas vernachlässigt: Fliegengitter abgekippt, Heizkörper nicht richtig verankert.
