• Sarah (1/5): AVOID - The only part we enjoyed was leaving We were sent threatening messages from the owner. There were ants all over the kitchen, WiFi cable chewed through by rats, and it took over 72 hours to fix only after contacting booking.com as the owner was no help whatsoever. We also wasted 2 mornings waiting for the repair guy who did not show the first time. We were asked to provide and sign documents 4 separate times, one of which they turned up unannounced to the apartment, forcing us to sign documents in a language we can not read and making threats to call police if we did not sign his unreadable document. Unprofessional owner that provided a horrible experience and made the entire stay very uncomfortable and totally unenjoyable.
• Denise (8/5): Lovely apartment and location. Would go back. - Ideally located between the beach and the Yumbo centre. Lovely apartment and very clean. The pool area had lots of sun beds and pool bar which had nice food. You have to go through reception to get to the apartment after 23:30 as the gates are padlocked. It’s good for security but you have a key for the gates so it was a bit of a pain.
• Isleifur (8/5): This was a wery good sray👏👍🤗 - Location; short distance to all services, to Mulligan 🤗 and to the beach, Kitchen facilities and equipment, the shower and the TV, all in all very good. It was wonderful to have a washing machine🤗 Cat catching a mouse on the stairs. The mattress in the second bed could be better. It would have suited us better to have a single bed in the second room.
• Phil (8/5): Happy Holiday in a Happy Home - This roomy 2 bedroom partment was located close to many supermarkets, shops and eateries within a quiet area with many facilities. All household appliances are included making the stay there homely. All areas were well maintained and cleaned with minimal, tasteful decor and 24/7 Security Staff kept things relaxed and safe. A pool and bar area on the site is available in a relaxed setting. Neighbouring apartment dwellers were friendly and respectful. Check-out was long before taxi pick-up, although the apartment owners extended this as long as was viable and the on site bar area helpfully allowed us to stow luggage until our taxi arrived. Use of the washing machine was not available as a part was being ordered for the duration of our stay, but we hand-washed so this didn't inconvenience us really, and the apartment owner offered to reimburse us if any costs were incurred.
• Keith (6/5): Although our second visit we did not enjoy the noisy nights and could not sit round the pool. - Nice bathroom and shower. Two spacious bedrooms. No air conditioning, had to leave windows open all the time and consequently very noisy all night because of main road. Also although the pools were lovely, there were no shaded areas and no parasols available.
• Amy (8/5): great!! - apartment was in a great location, very close to everything you need. Wi-Fi wasn’t working first couple of days, however, they fixed it a few days later and even apologised by giving us a late check out and letting us keep our bags in the apartment even later as we had a flight at night. hairdryer and straighteners were provided also!! The host was quick at replying to queries via WhatsApp and was very friendly. very safe and secure with a security guard patrolling the complex all night. lovely pool bar- food was great and the cocktails were even better!! nothing to do with the property- however, the girl kiwi behind the bar had 10/10 service and made us smile and laugh the whole time. towels and stuff changed would have been nice half way through, however it was not a big deal. no air-conditioning but the windows open kept the place cool

• Vlatko (8/5): Relaxed vacation - the location, room size, avaliable parking avaliable only one key and you need it for the outside door and for the apartment door the cold water in the pool upper floor whitout elevator, not practical for baby stroller
