• Afimaye (6/5): no satisfactoria - El desayuno en una cafeteria aledaña no es muy confortable, ya que los que despachan son un poco mal educados, ademas no hay muchas mesas disponibles , siempre hay que esperar El anfitrion no me envio las coordenadas para entrar y eso me ocasiono una gran molestia, dijo que no encontro mis contactos en la web de booking lo cual es inconcebible. Ademas nunca aparecio nadie, ni en la recepcion, ni de limpieza un hotel fantasma " Para personas de nuestra generacion mas de 60 años no lo recomiendo. Ademas el ascensor es antiguo y en varias ocasiones si dejan algunas de sus puertas abiertas, tienes que subir todos estos pisos para cerrarla correctamente , en fin una tragedia. Afortunadamente el señor que hacia el conserje fue muy amable y me puso en contacto con el supuesto gerente del hotel.

• Anne-Marie (9/5): - No breakfast is served on the premises, but many plaisant cafés nearby. The location is perfect within Naples (access to subway, not far from port, places of interest). Nice views of sea and city from most of the rooms located on the 5th floor of this elegant old building. Elegant decoration of rooms and bathrooms. Communication was difficult as there is no staff on the premises and at times no response to the phone calls.

It was the best room we had whilst staying in Italy for 2 weeks We used this as a base for our last night before our flight the next day, it was simple to get a bus from near the port to the airport Nice that you get a voucher to get breakfast at a local cafe - croissant and coffee Check in was a little confusing for us as we arrived later on in the day. We were contacted with the codes we needed but couldn't find the key to our room - however, when we messaged the host, we got a call back within 10mins and he quickly resolved the issues. So this did not impact our stay
• Julia Anita (9/5): Ein tolles, modernes Hotel und auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen! - - wir haben vorab um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten was wir auch bekommen haben, hatten den Balkon zum Innenhof mit Blick auf den Vesuv - die Zimmer sind gut schallisoliert, Flugzeuge konnten wir trotzdem hören (fliegen aber auch direkt über das Hotel, diese nicht zu hören ist quasie nicht möglich), ansonsten war es wirklich leise - Check-In erfolgte über Whatsapp und hat super funktioniert! - Lage für einen Städtetrip top - sehr schöne, moderne, saubere Zimmer mit Balkon und Fenster mit Rollo - Bad sauber, modern mit großer Dusche und Fenster - genügend Ablagefläche für Kleidung - Hotel liegt im sechsten Stock eines wirklich schönen, alten Hauses - Aufzug ist vorhanden - Frühstück gibts in einem kleinen Cafe in der gleichen Straße, man kann sich einen Kaffee und ein Croissant aussuchen - die Halterung der Toilettenbrille war gebrochen, hat uns aber nicht direkt eingeschränkt - der Boden des Balkons war ziemlich dreckig, ich musste mir, nachdem ich barfuß draußen war, nochmal die Füße waschen

• MAS (9/5): Uitstekend verblijf op goede locatie - De kamers liggen mooi centraal in een groot en oud gebouw, achter een stevige poort. Wij hadden een zeer late aankomst, maar de host liet weten hoe we het gebouw binnen konden komen en waar we Boemi suites konden vinden. Deze liggen namelijk op de 6e verdieping. De kamer was keurig schoon en de badkamer comfortabel. Het ontbijt was bij de cafeteria die heel dichtbij lag. Goed ontbijt. Keuze uit zoete croissants, verse jus d'orange en koffie. Prima... Geen tegenvallers... Wij waren vanaf de luchthaven met een taxi... ik vermoed dat parkeren hier wel lastig is.

• Nicole (9/5): - Clean and quiet. Just a bit difficult to find first time. It they were quick to respond to phone call. Close to port for our ferry to ischia Coffee machine was dreadful. Needed a kettle for those who don’t drink coffee.
• Sophie (9/5): Great value, convenient, comfortable - This was a great place to stay, with bags it was about a 20 minute walk from the main train station. We were able to walk to all the main touristy areas and had a lovely time. The room was lovely, clean and of a good size, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the host was very very helpful via WhatsApp to answer any questions I had. We really enjoyed staying here. There didn’t seem to be any signage on the front of the building indicating that the suites are inside. We also arrived a few hours earlier than we received the check in information, so it was a little confusing at first and I couldn’t find a number to call and ask. We did eventually find it though as a neighbour helped us out, and everything from then on was fantastic!

• Spencer (1/5): - The bed was fantastic and there was a cover on the window so the room was able to get fully black. It's also only steps away from the subway, which is fantastic as well. Had several problems during my stay that weren't resolved. The door wouldn't lock properly and the handle broke off completely during my stay. The shower wouldn't drain - just backed up water the entire time. WiFi was advertised but didn't work in the room. Staff gave me different login credentials than what was posted, which seemed to be for a neighboring property. Only way to get online was standing in the hallway. The hotel operates remotely with no on-site staff, which made getting help difficult. When I reported these issues, they said someone would come fix everything in the morning. No one showed up and nothing was repaired. Would recommend looking elsewhere until they address these basic maintenance and service issues.

Unreliable Admin. - The room was spacious, and Boemi Smart Suites is located in a very central location (just a few minutes walk from Universita train station). The room's interiors was recently renovated, which is a nice plus. Though the room was newly renovated, the room did not have high cleanliness standards. For example, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, and the bed had bed bugs! See attached images. The hotel's admin said they would refund me my stay for the inconvenience, but they never kept their word! I recommend finding another place that's cleaner & more reliable.

• Laura (9/5): Tutto super! - Location perfetta per visitare Napoli, si raggiunge il centro a piedi e sotto casa c'è comunque la fermata della Metro. La camera molto carina e lo staff super gentile. Se devo trovare un piccolo neo è sulla colazione presso il bar sotto casa: si poteva solo scegliere un caffè (o affini) e una brioches (con pochissima scelta rispetto alla media dei bar napoletani). Un giorno addirittura ne era rimasta una sola e alla fine ci siamo accordati per una pizzetta da asporto.

Giuseppe was on hand via phone/text to help with any queries. The stairs and lift are not great for someone who doesn’t like heights.

Everything would have been perfect if the wifi worked. That’s the only reason I’m saying 8/10. The wifi connection didn’t work.

• Connor (9/5): Brilliant- would recommend. - Location- couldn’t be better, close to port, shops, restaurants and the metro is literally below the hotel. Although people say it’s loud, we didn’t find it to be that bad. The room we stayed in had doors to the patio which blocked most of the noise outs Room- lovely, super clean and modern. TV was a smart TV and the air con was brilliant. Espresso machine was delicious. Staff- cleaner was super friendly, communicative through WhatsApp. Breakfast- just down the road. A coffee and croissant which were both lovely. We sat outside early in the morning which was nice. Not much we didn’t like. Just a couple of little improvements: -some cups in the room would be good. -people next door we could hear a little bit - check out could be a little clearer and communicated a bit more.

• Marialuisa (8/5): Breve soggiorno nel cuore di Napoli - Soggiorno di una notte molto piacevole. La camera è situata in una posizione perfetta, nel pieno centro di Napoli, con la fermata della metro Università immediatamente vicina e numerosi ristoranti, bar e luoghi di interesse raggiungibili a piedi. La vista dalla camera 103 è davvero suggestiva, affacciata sulla città. Nonostante il traffico della zona, la stanza è ben insonorizzata e garantisce un buon riposo. Camera pulita e ordinata. Self check-in rapido e senza complicazioni. Ottima soluzione per chi desidera esplorare Napoli partendo dal cuore della città. All’arrivo mancava la carta igienica. La macchinetta del caffè è piuttosto datata, poco pratica da usare. Sarebbe utile un piccolo aggiornamento e un po’ più di attenzione ai dettagli.
• Anika (7/5): - Sehr schönes, neues Zimmer. Der Gastgeber spricht gutes Englisch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war etwas zäh. Informationen zur Möglichkeit Gepäck zu lagern habe ich erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen (Booking-App, SMS und schließlich Anruf) erhalten. Vor Ort wurde mir das falsche Zimmer genannt. Als ich dies geöffnet habe war im Zimmer bereits Gepäck von anderen Gästen. Telefonisch habe ich ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen. Das Zimmer an sich war sehr schön, jedoch war der Balkon zu allen Seiten geschlossen. Darüber hinaus war abends kein warmes Wasser da, so dass ich kalt duschen musste.

• Tobias (7/5): Tolles Hotel für Neapel! - Lage super perfekt um alles in Neapel anzuschauen! Der Abfluss der Dusche funktionierte nicht. Die Tür konnte nicht abgesperrt werden, aber das Zimmer ist in einem sicheren Haus und gut überwachten Flurbereich.

• Eri (7/5): - The accommodation in Naples was in a great location—convenient for exploring the city and close to everything we needed. The space was clean and functional, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short. The host was unwell during our stay, so there was no one available to assist us or let us in, which made arrival and settling in a bit stressful. While we understand that things happen, some communication or a backup plan would have made a big difference. In the end, it was a decent place in a good spot, but not the most welcoming or seamless experience. Internet wasn’t working
• Kelly (10/5): Immaculate facilities! - Stayed here recently and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was immaculate —everything from the lobby to the room was spotless. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport, which made getting around really easy. Also felt very safe and secure within the building as there are entry points that require codes and key cards. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

We also felt very safe here there was a lot of security put in place. Also breakfast had such a wide range of croissants , it’s served at a cute caffe down the road and the men working there are so nice as well.

• Maria (10/5): Perfect stay! - Perfect location, comfortable beds, Coffee and Tea facilities. Room was very nice with a balcony. Everything was clean and the towels were changed every day. Breakfast in the nearby cafe with freshly baked croissants , orange juice and great coffee .

Unfortunately, the bathroom was a bit smelly (we assumed due to old pipes) and we were terribly bitten by mosquitos during our entire stay. On departure day power outage. We had to carry our heavy luggage down - very painful. Only one hook for towels!!!
• Barbara (9/5): Top Selbst-Check-in Hotel in bester Lage. Kennzeichnung am Hauseingang fehlt allerdings. - Das Zimmer war toll, sehr gute Lage, sehr schöner Ausblick vom 6. Stock auf den Platz auf das Castell, perfekt. Das Zimmer war sehr gut schallisoliert. Denn draußen in der Stadt geht es richtig laut zu. Es ist eine Web-Check-in Unterkunft, dass konnte ich bei booking.com nicht entnehmen, oder ich habe es überlesen. Leider wussten wir unseren Ankunftszeitpunkt selber nicht genau, hatten 15:00 Uhr angegeben, waren aber schon um 13:20 Uhr vor der Unterkunft. Daher hatten wir noch keine Informationen, wie man in das Zimmer kommt. Glücklicherweise wurden wir jedoch rasch vom Vermieter per WhatsApp kontaktiert und wir haben die Eintrittsdaten prompt erhalten. Außerdem fanden wir es sehr toll, dass wir am nächsten Tag unser Gepäck im Zimmer lassen durften, da wir erst einen sehr späten Rückflug gebucht hatten. Das Frühstück wird in einem extern, benachbarten Lokal angeboten. Allerdings gab es nur 1 Kaffee und 1 Croissant. Das finde ich dann doch sehr wenig. Da das große Eingangstor bei der Ankunft verschlossen war, wäre es gut, wenn vor dem Eingang der Name des Hotels angebracht werden würde.

• Rotem (10/5): פשוט מלון מושלם! - מקום ממש יפה עם 2 מרפסות לכל הכיוונים! אזור נעים ונוח לכל מרכזי הבילוי ממש ממליץ על המלון ! שימו לב לא לקחת מלונות באזורים פחות נעימים לבילוי… המלון הזה היה במיקום מעולה ונוח ג׳וזפה היה מקסים וענה לכל שאלה ובקשה שלנו !! גם כשביקשנו לצאת בלילה מאוחר הוא לא חייב אותנו עוד כסף עבור זה! הכל מושלם

• Eric (8/5): Fijn voor een korte stedentrip. - Zeer prettig gelegen: dichtbij de metro, alles op loopafstand. Mooie verzorgde kamer, prettig interieur en een luxe gevoel. Heel fijn bed! Ondanks een prima locatie, zijn er (al ervaren reizigers) wat kleine zaken die voor deze locatie èn prijs te verwachten waren/zijn: Wij misten bv handdoekhaken in de douche, er was geen waterkoker, geen glazen, 4 hangers voor kleding, weinig stopcontacten, geen kluisje. Feit dat we ook twee keer het bed zelf op moesten maken is voor deze prijs wat discutabel. In eerdere comments ook al aangegeven: ontbijt buiten de deur: dat is prima, maar had eerder gecommuniceerd kunnen worden (wat ook geldt voor de deuren etc), plus was erg karig (koffie en een croissant). Ondanks dit was de communicatie met de host snel: dat geeft vertrouwen. Gewoon jammer van de kleine dingen hierboven.

• Victoria (6/5): Location perfect .The room was good too. The change of passwords wasn't - Breakfast was good and the location was perfect They changed the password 3 times and they didn't tell us anything. The first night we didn't have light and we had to call so that someone could do it.
• Bozhana (10/5): Love it! 🤍 - Excellent location, beautiful and modern interior, very clean. Giuseppe was more than responsive and assist us with all the question we had. The building lets you dive in Old Naples and feel the vibe at best. Right behind it there is a wonderful restaurant and wine bar where we ate an amazing pizza. A little bit noisy from the street if you get a room from that side of the building. But it is one of the biggest streets in Naples so it is normal.

• Stephane (8/5): Confortable mais besoin de s'améliorer du point de vue gestion! - Assez surprenant parce que l'hôtel est un ensemble de 6 chambres situées au 6ème étage d'un batiment. Il n'y a pas de réception et nous n'avons pas eu de contact autre que par message avec le propriétaire des lieux. La chambre était propre, la literie était très confortable. La petite terrasse extérieure était sympa. Nous n'avions pas compris lors de la réservationque le petit-déjeuner aurait lieu dans le café situé à 15 mètres de l'immeuble. Ceci dit, c'était bien. Voyageant pour mon travail, j'ai eu besoin d'une facture que je n'ai pas pu avoir à mon départ faute de réceptionniste. J'ai fini par en recevoir une qui ne mentionnait pas le nombre de nuité, ni l'adresse de l'hôtel, et le montant indiqué ne correspondait pas à ce que j'ai payé. Inutilisable donc.
• Marijke (8/5): Nette kamer met centrale ligging - Centrale ligging, gratis koffie, werd elke keer aangevuld! Slechte wifi,er werd niet schoongemaakt tijdens verblijf. Het hotel ligt op 6 e verdieping van oud gebouw en de ingang gaat via kleine patio en dan met lift, fijn als we dat geweten hadden!
• Ilaria (10/5): Short trip in Naples - The room was very nice and central. Loved the view and the balcony. The cleaner Francesca was very nice! The host forgot to notify us how to access the property and the number to contact on the honking.com is not correct. Luckily there was the doorman at the entrance of the building that contacted them to help us.

• Cristina Maria (8/5): - Posizione strategica in un palazzo signorile su Corso Umberto I. Camera silenziosa e ben curata. Staff Francesca molto disponibile e accogliente. La colazione si fa in un bar a pochi metri.
• adwe (9/5): - Pokój bardzo ładnie urządzony, czysto, duże łóżko, atrakcyjny widok z okna. Lodówka, woda, kawa. mimo braku recepcji dobry kontakt z wlascicielem. Sniadanie skromne, włoskie ale croasant pyszny, sok świeżo wyciskany, dobra kawa. 1 min od metra. Blisko sklepy i dobre pizzerie. Super 100 letnia winda. Atrakcja. To nie są wielkie minusy. Dobrze oceniamy obiekt, ale zostawiamy kilka wskazowek takze dla wlasciciela. Ekspres do kawy był dziwny, miał z 40 lat. ciekła z niego woda za każdym użyciem. Brak haczyków na ręczniki w łazience. Brak kubków, kieliszków w pokoju. Okno słabo wygłuszone. Neapol nigdy nie zasypia. Samochody, klaksony są słyszalne.

• Sepe (6/5): - Todella hyvällä paikalla oli hotelli ja Giuseppe oli todella avulias ja nopea vastaamaan kaikkiin tarpeisiimme. Ainoa miinus paikassa oli se että vessan viemäri haisi melko voimakkaalle.

• Andrea Ilona (6/5): Csak azoknak ajánljuk, akinek bejön a mediterrán életérzés és nem probléma a zűrzavar. - A szállás közel van a kikötőhöz, valamint a történelmi városrészt és a Spanyol negyedet is könnyen és gyorsan el lehet érni. A szállásnak helyt adó társasház mellett közvetlenül van egy étterem (Pomodorino Cafe), amelyet jó szívvel ajánlunk. A közelben vannak kisboltok, éttermek, cukrászdák, 15 perc sétával elérhető a Garibaldi tér, ahonnan indulnak a vonatok Pompei, a Vezúv és Herculaneum felé. Egy kicsit akadozott a kapcsolattartás, nem kaptuk meg előre a szükséges belépési kódokat a bejárati ajtókhoz. Az első szobában nem működött a légkondi, ezért nem volt fűtés, de adtak egy másik szobát, ahol ez már rendben ment. Nem közölték velünk, hogy a portás bácsi este már nincs lent a földszinten és a kettős kapun is külön kóddal lehet bejutni. A fürdőszobában némi csatornaszag terjengett, de ez az egész városra jellemző. A reggelit ne vegyék igénybe, egy croissant és egy kávé - kihagyható mennyiség, minőség, vendéglátás.

• Simon Booking (8/5): - stanza bella e pulita, macchinetta del caffè e frigo minibar in stanza con acqua a disposizione, bello il contrasto in bagno del marmo nero e rosso, comunicazione veloce con il proprietario, posizione fantastica. difficoltà ad oscurare completamente la stanza e dall'alba entrava troppa luce; colazione buona ma scarsa; l'ascensore non trasmette serenità.
