Le paon 🦚 qui n’arrête pas de crier toute la nuit ! Il est pire qu’une alarme de voiture mais très sympathique à voir en journée.

• Martha (10/5): We had a great stay and really liked the cozy cottage in such an idyllic location. - The cottage is located beautifully, with a lovely garden view to the front and mountain views to the other side. Is has a lovely decoration, comfortable bed and a cosy terrace including an outdoor kitchen. The host is very friendly and helped us also with individual requests! Just be aware that the bedroom and bathroom are not separated by a door.

• Jose Ignacio (8/5): Un lugar para volver , rodeado de naturaleza - Un lugar para volver , muy acogedor y rodeado de naturaleza. La ubicación es muy buena para ir a Santa Cruz y al oeste de la isla ( Llanos y Tazacorte) . Cocina muy completa El agua caliente es insuficiente para dos personas , no somos derrochadores pero enseguida sale templada ya que el calentador es pequeño. Algunos utensilios de la cocina necesitamos una renovación.

• Michael (8/5): - Die Anlage an sich, besonders die Anlage der angrenzenden Finca, war sehr schön. Freitag am Abend fand ein Fest mit kleinen Marktständen und Live-Musik statt. Kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Küchenausstattung spärlich, nicht einmal ein Geschirrhandtuch. Für eine Einzelperson in Ordnung, zu Zweit beengt.

• Jens (9/5): - Super süße Lage auf der Finca mitten unter Avocadobäumen wo man auch pflücken durfte am Rande von San Pedro beim alten Flughafengelände. Es ist ein tiny House mit ca 8 Quadratmeter auf der einen Seite das Bett auf der anderen eine Mini küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle und unter einer Bank eine Toilette und eine Dusche draußen auf der Terrasse der Herd und ein Waschbecken innen drin gibt's aber auch ein Waschbecken. Die Ausstattung ist etwas spartanisch. Ein Auto macht Sinn, man kann aber auch nach San Pedro reinlaufen und von dort mit dem Bus überall hinkommen

La intimidad entre las habitaciones, se oye todo porque la del fondo está abierta a todo el espacio. El menaje de cocina podía ser más completo y para cocinar no hay extractor. El desagüe de la ducha no tragaba bien el agua y hacía que se encharcase. Es una finac con varias casas, pero el jardín es compartido, no hay un espacio de jardín privado.

• Carsten (8/5): Ein wunderschönes Ferienhäuschen für Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit - Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Bequemes Bett, schöne Terrasse, nahe Parkplatz. Top Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe - gut für Inselerkundung, gute Bussankündigung. Bad-Waschtisch und Küchenarbeitsplatte sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. - Aber noch ok.

• Maria (10/5): Un 10/10 - La finca es de ensueño, los exteriores son maravillosos con todas las plantas y los pavos reales y gatitos que hay alrededor! Hugo fue super amable en todo momento y nos explico muchas cositas sobre la isla que nos ayudo muchísimo para saber que visitar si o si y a que restaurantes ir. Recomendamos 100% el lugar ya que queda cerca de todo y del aeropuerto. No había gel de ducha, seguro que fue algo puntual.

Unser Gastgeber Hugo hat uns sehr lieb empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Sehr bequemes Bett. Eine Pfauen Familie und mehrere Katzen haben uns regelmässig besucht. Nichts

• Irene (10/5): Acogedora - Los jardines de las zonas comunes de la finca son una maravilla. La zona es tranquila y agradable. La casita decorada con encanto. No hay separación real entre baño y dormitorio. Siempre es de agradecer una puerta entre medias.
• Ewa (4/5): Smelly place - The property in itself is very beautiful and designed with taste. There are several different options for rent. The studio flat that I rented, was probably the cheapest option. It was very pretty but stank awfully. You cannot see the smell on the photos. It smelled of mould and I had to sleep with the door open and moved the bed closer to the door. There is no door to the toilet, it's all one open space, and the toilet itself also smelled, I felt like using g ToiToi toilet. There was a wooden hatch to close it, which helped, but eventide you open it to use it, the smell would linger around the studio for a bit. I don't think this type of place should be let out to people.
• Sara Isabel (10/5): Refugio rural idílico con muy buena ubicación - Precioso refugio rural a unos 12 minutos de Santa Cruz, supermercados a 5 minutos (en La Palma el coche es muy necesario). El entorno que han creado es muy idílico sin alejarte de la capital, muelle, aeropuerto...Elegí la casa sur por su enorme salón. Muy buen trato y comunicación con Hugo. Nada que objetar. A las personas altas: ojo con los marcos de las puertas de baño y cocina (al menos en la Casa Sur, que fue donde me alojé).

Charmante maisonnette. - Le calme, la végétation luxuriante, la surprise de rencontrer la famille paons, la présence du chat, chien et poules rendant le lieu très nature. De magnifiques hortensias, les avocatiers. Jolie piscine. Le manque de lumière dans la maisonnette que nous avions, au demeurant charmante de l’extérieur et bien aménagée, elle était un peu humide. La nature faisant, il faut savoir que vous ne dormirez pas seuls, en effet gecko et mille pattes s’invitent le soir venu ;)

• Rachel (10/5): - The grounds were beautiful. Fountain, swimming pool, peacocks, hydrangeas and lavender, all set in an avocado grove. We were woke up each day by a beautiful little kitty that would jump through our window.

• Luighiano (8/5): Una casa rústica muy bonita y acogedora - La casa ha sido perfecta para nuestra estancia en La Palma. Acogedora, limpia y equipada. Está muy bien situada para recorrer la isla desde una zona tranquila, ideal para descansar. El anfitrión fue muy atento y amable, siempre disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier duda o recomendación. La iluminación algo pobre.

• Beverly (7/5): Could be so much better. - Sometimes you just want to write all the good things about a property but I feel it is important that future guests make decisions with more detailed information and the understanding that not everyone will feel the same way. It was an interesting location, remote and filled with beautiful flowers, trees and plants indigenous to La Palma. It was raining when we arrived so everything was exceptionally green and wet. There was a dehumidifier running to help with the humidity in the unit. We also appreciated the small heaters provided to take the chill off the cooler evening. The pictures are true on the site with nice furniture and furnishings. Unfortunately they are very dirty as is the rug. The kitchen, attractive but lacking in any extras including towels and only a very well used and dirty sponge to clean with. The same with the bathroom, given only 1 bath towel each with no hand towels or shower gel and a shower that drains very slowly. This is a very old and rustic home that has been nicely appointed but in need of a deep clean. Hugo was kind enough to prepare the house to accommodate our early arrival. The tile was spotless but cleaned with a very strong agent that left a toxic odor. There is no mat at the door so we tracked in dirt from the damp ground each time we entered. The front door had significant gaps at the bottom and door frame large enough for insects, mice and lizards to enter. Fortunately we didn't encounter anything but a lot of flies. It's such a lovely setting and charming house but it really needs more attention to details. I think I about covered most of our disappointments above.
