• Judith (8/5): Lovely place for a weekend away. - Nice house, lovely location near river. A BBQ would be good. Also to refurbish the outside swing.
• Petra (8/5): Loved it and would stay again. - The property was large enough for us. Lovely Location. The second kitchen, it worked as a drinks bar. More comfortable outdoor furniture. Needs a good spring clean, window ledges, pantry, some mold in showers. Towels from last person left in grey baskets in main ensuite.

• Wayne (9/5): Had a great time and the house comfortably for 5 adults and a baby - This was a great house with plenty of room for a large family and plenty of toys for the kids and babies Beautiful setting in Warburton next to the Yarra river Loved the birds coming to the porch waiting for food

• Kerri-Anne (10/5): Was a great place and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and come back again. - The layout having different areas to relax and was very clean. Nothing really if I wanted to be picky a BBQ for cooking and the fire pit area tidied up.

• Windebank (9/5): Amazing stay, perfect location, surrounded by nature and close to everything in Warburton - The property is incredible, great location, perfect for kids with the swing and outdoor area. Close to the mountain as well as redwood forest. This is our second stay and we will definitely come back.

• Gail (8/5): A great location and home for a family getaway. - Our group had a great stay in this spacious home. It had everything we needed and was a short drive to the local shops. The walking tracks are beautiful. If taking pets, the fences around the property are not fully fenced off, so supervision is needed.

• Alla (8/5): Family stay in Warburton East - Two combined units (or an extension of the existing house). It was perfect for our family with teenagers who could stay in a separate bedroom with an in suite bathroom. The kids enjoyed the big TV with all it's apps. Good communication with Dan. Two separate kitchens, but the one in the dining area isn't equipped enough so you still need to walk to the other kitchen to get the staff.

• Rhiannon (8/5): Absolutely amazing - Absolute beautiful home very clean, in good proximity to town Drive way very tricky to get out of due to overgrown trees/bushes. Was very hard to see if cars where passing

• Raymond (9/5): Fabulous stay in a Beautiful location with friends. - Property was very clean and bright. All rooms were a good size and beds comfortable. Driveway access to the property was not difficult. Refrigerators were both a good sizes. Three bathrooms made it easy for showering and getting ready in morning for early starts. Location was great for morning walks and central for drives in the Warburton & Yarra Valley region. We didn't see a lot of wildlife around the property but the Red King Parrots in the morning were beautiful. Nothing to say about dislikes. The property was getting painted inside at the time of our booking. Some walls were patchy but this did not worry our group.
• Frances (6/5): OK proerty - That it was available & claimed to accommodate the number of people we had in our group. The house had a very odd lay-out. So strange that there was 2 x kitchens, and not really a lounge room for everyone to comfortably relax. Even though there were 2 x kitchens, there was barely any glasses, plates, bowls or cutlery. So we had to keep washing the few dishes that were there, but there was only a couple of dishwasher tablets. And 2 x bin liners. And most tlof the plates & bowls had big cracks or chips in them There were lots of weird Indore spaces filled with big white pebbles- which really hindered people moving around easily. There was also no window in the central bathroom, and the fan didn't work. No showers had screens/ curtains, so the water went everywhere. And the upstairs bathroom was so tiny that my friend knocked her head many times just trying to go to the toilet. The house is just a very strange and awkward layout. The yard/ garden was also VERY overgrown and untidy. The location was much further from Warburton township than we expected- over 6kms.
• Hayley (10/5): the communication with owners was amazing very helpful the property itself was beautiful we had a lovely stay but upon a - loved where the property was located and the price the property was not clean there was mould in the bathrooms and kitchen the floors hadn't been swept the vacuum was broken
• Francesca (10/5): 10 out of 10 - Wonderful location with everything we needed. Quiet location with no loud noises as we are a quiet family. Small travel to town to get groceries and was able to catch the last bit of snow at donna without having to use chains for the car, which was only 20 minutes away. Tommy's trout farm just down the road with wonderful smoked trout. The wood fire was amazing and there was so much room in the house even though there were only 4 of us. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

• Carissa (9/5): Superb - What a lovely home, definitely spacious and comfortable and modern with lots of character. Close to everything, beautiful views. The 2 kitchens were a hit. Hosts was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to the next time !
• Dilara (1/5): Bad - Hardly anything worked in the property. We struggled using the house electric stove, the power kept going off and the wifi hardly ever worked. The washing machine and dryer was another total issue.

• James (10/5): Excellent - Great facilities and a clean house. We were a group of 3 families staying here and the 2 kitchens made meal time stress free. The beds were great and the kids room was a showstopper. Will be staying again. The property is brilliant, but The roads between Healesville and Warburton were quite windey and our little ones got carsick on the 30min journey each day.
• Therese (8/5): Overall a lovely place to stay and relax - not much traffic noise, good heating , comfortable beds . - Peaceful location - not too far from Warburton. We had our elderly mother with us , so the multiple levels downstairs were a bit tricky for her . Also the small lip in the master bedroom between the bedroom and the ensuite floor was a tripping hazard . A whisk in the kitchen would be handy along with sharper knives.

• Hanisah (8/5): Great value for $! Highly recommended for Muslim travellers. - Them having a bidet was the best thing ever! It is hard to find a accommodation with that in Melbourne. Clean and beautiful! I really felt like I was living in a luxurious campsite. Stayed with my toddler and family and all was good. They had all kitchen appliances to prepare food. Just head down to a local grocer and you can fix yourself a warm meal. Insects everywhere but gotta be mindful you are in the middle of a forest area and it is inevitable. It was tough finding the property we resorted to approaching the locals for help after 2 painfully long hrs we found it. Maybe a more prominent signage would help.

• Kay (8/5): Our family had a lovely weekend in this Warburton home. It is well equipped, well heated and very spacious. The “quirky - Perfect home for a big family or multiple families to share, having two living areas and two kitchens, 3 bathing areas & children well catered for. Had the property been closer to town it would have been perfect. It is located 5 kilometres from the main town area.
