• Linda (7/5): Good location and reasonably comfortable for a short stay in the area. - Location. Clean. Good coffee machine. Good kitchen and shower. Parking spot a bit tricky for bigger car. Beds ok, but not great.
• Rob (1/5): The standard of accommodation for the price we paid was outrageous. We booked and paid for 8 nights but moved out after - Location This property was a complete dump. The building was poorly maintained and the apartment was the same. The fridge and cupboards were full of partly used foodstuffs and condiments. The carpets were stained and the AC didn’t work. In addition a lot of storage space was taken up with the property owners items. It appeared he may just live in the place and only moves out when he rents the property out.

• Jodie (8/5): Quiet and cosy apartment with an amazing view! - The apartment is gorgeous and nestled into the hillside in a quiet part of Cottesloe. You could see the ocean from the terrace and the main bedroom windows, as well as the wonderful iconic pine trees. The kitchen and bathroom were well-appointed. It was a short walk down to the beach. There is only one air conditioner in the living room which might make it challenging if there were consecutive days of very hot weather, but it was relatively mild when we stayed and we could open up all the windows to take advantage of the afternoon sea breeze. The double mattress in the second bedroom is all springs and very uncomfortable. I had to use folded up spare blankets to make a thick mattress cover so that my daughter could sleep. I would recommend replacing it with a comfortable mattress but at the very least, a really thick doona like mattress protector. Similarly, the pillows need protectors under the pillowcases as they all smelled dusty, as did the doona cover in the main bedroom. The bed linen did not smell freshly laundered. I would definitely return as a couple but not as a family due to the second bedroom/bed quality.

I had a problem with the WiFi and they did thier best to fix it on a Sunday evening and when it couldn’t sorted a portable WiFi for first thing on Monday. Nothing
• Tania (9/5): Beautiful beach stay in a high end suburb. - We loved the location, being so close to the beach and in a lovely suburb. It was easy to walk for coffee or to the shops also. There was a parking bay for our rental car too. The mattresses were ok but could be more comfortable.

• Boulet (9/5): Great accommodation with view on the Ocean. - The apartment was lovely and clean, well located near the beach and all amenities. Kitchen was well equipped. The balcony had a view on the ocean which was Fantastic. The bed in main bedroom was a bit firm, maybe a bed topper would be a great addition. A handle on the wall on the right of the toilet would help people get out of the toilet (like my Mum that was aged). The neighbor underneath with kids were noisy till 11pm. A password for Wi-Fi would also be easier to use on laptops.

• Christine (7/5): The house a bit small, picture a bit different with real. Overall is good. - The location very beautiful, the view is amazing face to the beach. And the house very clean. Host very friendly, but reply a bit slow. When we reach to the location a bit late, there are not light spots, the building very dark. I think this to improve, it’s a bit scary.
• Jürg (10/5): Relaxing, peaceful and comfortable. - The beach is so close by and inviting. The shops are also not far. The flat is a comfortable size and had everything that we needed. It is also a plus that there was a washing machine for our clothes. There were no issues here.

So often properties for 4 people don’t take into account that it isn’t necessarily 2 couples. My (teen) children appreciated having an extra bed that wasn’t just a sofa bed in the main area, which is often the case. Nothing really comes to mind.

• Sally (9/5): Well kitted out and located apartment, clean, modern and a great balcony with water views. - The apartment was terrific with all you needed in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and the balcony with a view of the water was great too. It was indeed 2. minutes walk downhill to the water - and about 5-7 mins walk back up quite a steep hill - we didn't mind but our elderly parents struggled a bit. It was about 1 km walk around to the swimming beach of Cottesloe - a lovely walk but tough in the 40c heat!! There was no air con or fans in the bedrooms so they were very hot. The Ac in the lounge couldn't keep up or pump any cool air in to bedrooms. We tried to sleep with windows and doors open but lots of noise from other apartments late into the night.

You can enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the water. The kitchen is well equipped, we didn’t “need” for anything, the beds we comfortable. We hired bikes through the property, it was a really lovely way to get around and see things you may miss driving around. The whole process was easy, checking in and out was a breeze.
