• Ariana (8/5): - Very spacious. It was an entire apartment for ourselves which was really nice. Had a little kitchen area and actual dining area which was nice too. Overall a good spacious place. A bit far from a train station but there are lots of bus stops and other little walks you can go through which make it very scenic

• Fabio (8/5): Un ottimo punto d'appoggio per visitare Firenze - L'appartamento si trova in un contesto residenziale popolare ma tranquillo e dista circa un quarto d'ora da Santa Maria Novella utilizzando i mezzi pubblici. Questo aspetto della vicinanza al centro, la possibilità del parcheggio interno e l'ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità rispetto alla media (elevata) dei prezzi delle strutture alberghiere e degli appartamenti siti nel centro di Firenze sono sicuramente i punti di forza di questa struttura. Ottimo il bagno recentemente ristrutturato. La prima notte ho avuto un problema con lo pseudomaterasso del letto presente nel salotto cucina e il giovane host si è immediatamente attivato per farmene trovare un altro decisamente più comodo la sera stessa dell'indomani, così come un set ulteriore di biancheria da bagno e da letto. La sua gentilezza, la sua solerzia e la sua disponibilità (abbiamo anche potuto anticipare il check-in all'arrivo) valgono per me un punto in più nella valutazione finale. L'appartamento, assolutamente spazioso e confortevole per 4 persone, merita di essere rinfrescato e organizzato meglio negli spazi, sostituendo i mobili presenti, decisamente vecchi e antiquati, con mobili nuovi piu funzionali ed il piccolo tavolino con un tavolo piu grande al centro del salotto. La sostituzione del letto con un divano letto permetterebbe di aumentare i posti letto da 4 a 5 e di richiedere anche un prezzo più alto. II frigorifero va sostituito con un frigorifero nuovo meno rumoroso di quello presente, onestamente molto disturbante per chi vi dorme.

• Giovanni (9/5): - Просторные апартаменты на 4 этаже, есть 2 сплит- системы , которые очень спасают от жары. Есть посуда, столовые приборы, ванные принадлежности, постельное белье,,интернет, парковка во дворе. Не понравились подушки для сна, очень жёсткие и высокие и не было утюга.
• Davide (6/5): Se proprio devi, altrimenti c'è di meglio - Parcheggio gratuito e relativa vicinanza con il centro L'alloggio è decisamente datato e tranne il bagno ristrutturato e qualche arredo il resto è tutto da rifare, pertanto ci vuole spirito di adattamento. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è vantaggioso per il cliente. La pittura che si stacca dal soffitto proprio in corrispondenza del quarto letto fa un po' capire dove ci si trova. Fossi il proprietario lo avrei ristrutturato prima di affittarlo.... Non è stata una piacevole esperienza

• Giovanni Maria (9/5): - Estremamente accogliente con tutti i servizi efficienti 1)L’acqua della doccia non si riscaldava e rimaneva sempre fredda 2) un po’ difettosa la chiave per avere accesso all’ appartamento. Ho dovuto chiamare l’intervento del guardiano per aiutarmi ad entrare.
• Zivorad (8/5): Good and safe location, fair price - Free and safe parking inside the yard, only 2,5 km from the main attractions, public transport is easily accessible, fair rent The lift is too small, only 2 persons
• Marcin (10/5): Close to the city center and walking distance to cathedral - Location is fantastic however it is on the 4th floor and the elevator is quite narrow.

• Chris (3/5): Not recommended. - Permitted early drop off of baggage which I was very thankful for. Access to metro was convenient. On demand hot water. C’est ça Check in was delayed for “cleaning” which is acceptable but it was filthy with dirt and hair everywhere. There were no dish cloths so had to use bath towels to dry dishes. No instructions for wifi access, had to remove router to access router ID and password. Toilet is not seated on floor at risk to flood. It would not have taken much to increase rating of stay.
• Agnieszka (10/5): Exceptional - Very big rooms, plenty of space, private parking place, dogs allowed :) Very nice and helpful Felix :) Pretty close to shops and center if someone like to walk.

• Bjorn (9/5): Convenient - Convenient. A bit distance from the City centre, but with easy access using bus or tramway. One bedroom with to beds and a large kitchen/living room with one bed.
• Denise (7/5): We had a nice stay and enjoyed the roomie unit - Franco’s penthouse apartment was nice, roomy & comfortable . We had a nice day. We’re glad that no one was above us to make noise walking over us and the elevator worked. After traveling five weeks through Europe and the UK, the wife and I were really looking forward to doing a few loads of laundry, but the washer did not work. if Franco can get a working washing machine in that unit, he would have a spectacular rental. My wife would really appreciate some thinner pillows.
