Guest Reviews
- saule (10/5): - The apartment is in a very good location.
They have a big air conditioner in the apartment that will cool the room down in minutes.
The owner is very friendly and helpful texted me back in minutes and checked up on us halfway through our trip
- Petya (10/5): Excellent location - Excellent location, literally two steps from Campo de' Fiori. Excellent communication with the host who was helpful and friendly. The property has everything you need for a normal stay. Yes, there are some shabby things that I assume will be replaced over time, but it was clean and practical. Noise is normal in a place like this, so we tried not to pay attention.
- Julie (8/5): We had a few hiccups with the hot water & aircon properly which Ramon sorted. Position of unit is very good. Ramon w - Location was very good
Facilities good
Ramon was very helpful We experienced difficulties getting into the property, we had been travelling all day and we were very tired. Ramon was very patient in directing us over the phone.
When we got in at 5pm there was no hot water, Ramon came over and fixed the problem.
A new air conditioner had been installed but was having issues which again Ramon felt with.
I think the property would benefit from block-out curtains, we both wore our eye shades to bed as the room is affected by outside lights.
Also ceiling fans in bedroom would be good
- Sandra (8/5): Very good - The host was very responsive. The location was great, walking distanceto everything.. It was quite loud at times as there was a restaurant directly below and we could hear people out in the street/nearby streets, all hours of the morning and early morning as well. Not a big issues for us. Closed windows added some noise protection. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The kitchen had a few supplies including paper towels, plastic wrap, six coffee pods, washing machine (which we didn't use). There was no dish towel, however to dry the dishes. The bed was sunk towards the middle and the pillows were quite flat. The bedroom, as well as the bathroom were very small. Definitely some room for improvement as the tablecloth, chair pads, ottoman, etc were stained.
- Marius (9/5): Nice suite, clean, very good position, all good😊 -
- Anna (10/5): Charming spot to soak in the magic of Rome. Highly recommend! - I had a fantastic stay at this cozy apartment in Rome! The location, Campo de' Fiori, truly couldn't be better—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of iconic landmarks, hip cafés, great restaurants, and even a local market just around the corner. It was the perfect base for exploring the city.
The apartment itself is full of character and history, with lovely architectural details that give it an authentic Roman charm. At the same time, it's well-maintained, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, the kitchen well-equipped, and the atmosphere warm and inviting.
The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. I’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and cozy Roman getaway! While the apartment is charming and well laid out, the bedroom is on the smaller side, which is typical for apartments in the historical center of Rome. That said, it’s still perfectly comfortable and offers all the essentials.
Additionally, the area around Campo de' Fiori can be quite bustling, especially during peak hours. However, once the windows were closed, the apartment was remarkably quiet—ideal for a peaceful night’s sleep after a day of exploring.
- Andrea (10/5): We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect and so is the apartment. Ramin was a great host. - Location Nothing
- Christopher (8/5): Enjoyable. - Location is exceptional. 30 seconds to Campo dei Fiori and its restaurants shops several supermarkets etc and 4 minutes walk to Navona. Close to several bus routes and 10 minutes walk to Forum.
Apartment was warm-February weather was cold. A washing machine would have been a real bonus.
- Albie (5/5): Passable -
- Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the location!
- Trivo (10/5): Perfect location and exeptitonal experience of Roman culture. - Perfect location with walking distance to most popular restaurants, Pantheon, Colosseum and Vatican. Love the market and genuine Roman architecture in this city part. Host is very polite and helpful and will provide you with awesome places you can eat. 10/10 Nothing to add here. Everything was perfect.
- Michael (9/5): Superb - Great location beside Campo dei Fiori with market, restaurants and bars in abundance. Easy walking distance to Rome’s major attractions. Excellent communication with helpful host, easy remote entry to apartment. A well appointed apartment, very clean and well maintained. Nothing. Just to note the bedroom is small as shown in photos, not uncommon in inner city apartments.
