• Guest (1/5): I refused to stay in such conditions. - absolutely nothing The property is not as shown in the advert. The light was not working, the door was left wide open and is not safe so could easily be opened from the outside during the night. The apartment was disgusting with dead insects everywhere, whole rolls of wet & dirty toilet paper left on the floor. Bed clearly hadn’t been changed from the previous person, stairs that lead to locked doors so who knows who can access via these. There are other rooms in the apartment which are equally as dirty and not shown in the advert, presumably so other guests can stay in the apartment despite it being advertise ‘for one.’

• Pedro (1/5): Dirty - Nothing... with all due respect to homeless people I believe they live in better conditions than this property offers. Impossible to like something... with so much bad smell dumpster and as I said miserable this until a shame for the municipality of the Chelse area.

I ask for a refund, please. - I looked for a room near the hospital, since I had an important, very early exam the next day; and what a surprise and disappointment this place was! I have the photos of this scam, it seems that it has been around for a long time, only the doors are open, full of garbage and as if the people who live on the street occupied it.I paid 52.99 pounds. I ask for a refund, please.I couldn't stay in this place, I had to look for another place.
• Ian (1/5): Did not stay as property was so bad - NOthing Unfortunately I failed to read the reviews!I arrived at the property which was accessed via a cafe. The cafe staff informed me that the apartment was in the basment - which was dirty, had no facilities other than nbed with dirtuy linen and full of rubbish with no door lock, The toilet (no shower) was in the yard. I was told i would need to contact the host to get a code to get out of the yard after the cafe closed. The host did not answer their phone, In the end I abandoned any attempt to stay there and found alternative acommodation. I have repoirted the property to Booking.com and am attmpting to get a refund..DO NOT CONSIDER BOOKING THIS PROPERY.

• Mark (1/5): Crap & i mean seriously Crap - Absolutely nothing It waz the most disgusting & smelling accommodation i hav ever xperienced in my life health & safety officials would hava field day with this property iv already asked for a refund i respect everyone & everything in life but who ever owns this property should be ashamed of themselves not just as property owners but as human beings i was nearly sick with the smell of the property location awesome but don’t be fooled by the location i had to shower at a hostel to get the dirt of me from staying there … booking.com take note SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!
• Anonymous (1/5): The basement room that I was embarrassed to have booked and paid for! - The location Where to begin? The property was NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS Clearly, it was the same place but it looked like it had been trashed many times over. The mattress is broken, lumpy, in need of replacing. The carpet is worn beyond repair. The grubby mats in the bathroom are shocking! There is no light in the kitchen, the fluorescent lighting in the main room is headache inducing. The double socket by the bedside is dangerous, it would not pass a safety test. The hallway has no light, the garden furniture that appears to have replaced the sofa pictured on the website has been taken from the outside area of the cafe above. Very disappointing experience was had.

• Jules (1/5): Booking from hell - Location The place was like a dungeon, dark and dirty !! The mattress springs creaked and stuck into me all night. The bathroom and 'kitchen' were health hazards.The only reason I stayed the night was because it was too late to find anything else. I had booked 2 nights but only stayed 1. I couldn't wait to get out!! Do not take any notice of the pictures!!
• Vella (1/5): Bad - The property owner is not responding neither by text or calling him. The state of this place is not acceptable and it should not be a place on booking.com in the first place. We would like a refund since booking.com should only have adequate verified properties. We are living in a hole. Below find attached some of the images which puts into picture the sorry state this place js in. Not to mention it is located in a basement without any windows and a constant smell of drainage given the pipes are passing through the place. I hope action is taken! 
• Kerly (4/5): It had its positive sides, but overall unfortunately a disappointment for me and my companion. - The overall location is quite good. I liked that there were some little touches, like the tooth floss in the bathroom. When I let the host know that I am checking out earlier, he expressed real worry if something happened. The bed was soft and the room had also a little table and armchairs, it was also a bit more spacious than a lot of hotel rooms. The host also sent me instructions about how to get there from Victoria beforehand, which was very helpful, and as we arrived in the dark, it helped that the light had been left on. The overall experience was sadly a disappointment. As we got delayed on our way, the café upstairs was already closed when we got there, so I was given instructions on how to find the back entrance – through a garden gate that was closed with a padlocked chain. I was told that we can use both rooms, but when we finally got to the cellar apartement, we were quite shocked – the toilet was outside, the front door glass panes were literally taped together and could not be locked as far as we could ascertain, and the electric wires of the switch in the front room were sticking out of the wall at one place. The second room, which was the apartement meant for us, fortunately had a decent lockable door and an indoor bathroom, it also looked a bit better. I could recognize the places presented on the photos, but everything looked considerably more worn-down, which makes me think the photos are not recent. The room had no windows, was heated by a convector (the small, round kind) and half the electric sockets did not seem to work. There was also an unpleasant smell. The listing mentions breakfast, which I had to ask and was then referred to the upstairs café. Turned out that even though we had a booking for two persons for four nights, the breakfast was a single croissant and single hot drink (so we shared) once per stay.

• Цветелина (5/5): Passable - The area The studio was underground- in Booking.com there was a picture of the Chelsea stadium taken from top and it makes you feel the studio is 2 or 3 floor; there was breakfast included but only in the app-actually not breakfast given

• Steve (5/5): Cheap and cheerful. - Great location, 4 mins walk from Fulham Broadway tube.l and opposite Chelsea football club. Very friendly host. Several nice touches (iron, kettle & coffee/tea, soaps and shampoo, fresh towels, cool fan, great shower). Very quiet and dark overnight which made for a good night’s sleep. The price is extremely reasonable for the area and proximity to transport and shops. The accommodation is a basement of a cafe. No windows. Quite a basic flat in need of refurbishment to be honest (but such as good price, so no complaints) Breakfast was a croissant in the cafe above.
• Zuzana (1/5): Not recommended - There are only two positive things about thia apartment, water and fruit in the studio upon arrival and location. The studio is in the basement without any windows. It was dirty upon arrival with food remains in the fridge. There was no breakfast provided on Saturday and you could hear the noise form the Cafe upstairs. I would not recommend this place for stay, maybe only if you are on very low budget and tight on time so you need a good location
• Robert (4/5): Good for the price - Location and the staff were really helpful - with just a few hundred Pounds spent on it - it could score much higher It had lots of ants and flies as it is downstairs - we had to go out and buy insect killer which seemed to work. I can appreciate what they are trying to do here as it’s a little self contained unit. Was a bit awkward at first as the only way we could get in and out after 5pm was phoning the chap who also lived there to let us in and out. It has a back gate and they quickly realised that giving us a key so we could come and go as we needed to was the best option and saved them the hassle ! They had brand new sheets and towels which was nice . Bathroom needed a good clean and bleach to clean the toilet and the shower outlet . The TV Didn’t work but we brought our own so buying a tv would be handy for other long term guests . A microwave also would be handy as it’s advertised as a studio but can’t cook or heat anything up . The hosts were very pleasant and even when we turned up a bit early nothing was too much trouble .
• Hilario (6/5): I hope the place would be improved and renovated because the location is really close. The price too is reasonable. - The location is super close to the city centre. The owner, Ryan and the staff, Ala are wonderful and accomodating. It’s easy to check-in. The place is secured. Basic necessities are provided. 1. Needs more of cleanliness especially the fridge. 2. A disposable kitchen utensils should be provided. 3. There’s no available bin inside. 4. They should change the table and chair available inside the room. 5. Beddings should be new and preferrably darker than the white one. 6. Rugs should be placed in the toilet.
