Goran (5/5): Make sure that hot water in the bathroom shower is 100% available at any time of day or night. Apart - The location in the historic center of Naples is excellent. In the bathroom, the shower did not have hot water. The host kindly explained the issue and tried to help, but even after their intervention, we couldn't get hot water from the shower for more than about ten seconds. After two days of our stay, we had to move to a hotel and request a refund, which went smoothly. Overall, everything is fine with this offer, except that the issue with hot water in the shower simply must be resolved. We would consider staying here again only if guarantees were provided that hot water in the shower would always be available, 100% of the time, regardless of any circumstances.
