Anita (6/5): Lage top, Haus eher Flop - Die Lage mitten in Pollenca in einer sehr ruhigen Seitengasse. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es ein altes Stadthaus ist. Es ist dunkel und im kleinen Innenhof ist man umgeben von sehr hohen Mauern, also null Aussicht. Die drei Stockwerke sind verbunden über steile Treppen und relativ hohe Stufen. Das alles entspricht einem Stadthaus und war so zu erwarten. Was uns aber am meisten enttäuschte war der Zustand von Kücheneinrichtung und Bad. Überall hätte es etwas zum reparieren. Generell kann man sagen es war alles da was man bräuchte aber halt alles in die Jahre gekommen. Schade!
Denise (5/5): Disappointing with the exception of location. - The location was quiet yet a minute walk to restaurants and shops. The host was responsive. Very dark, burned out lights and insufficient lighting. Beds were very uncomfortable. Overall maintenance and cleanliness needs improvement.
Joanne (8/5): Very good - Authentic Majorcan property in the heart of Pollensa. Would have been useful to have had spare bin bags and more than half a toilet roll, shops nearby so easily rectified.
