- Iris (8/5): Muy recomendable - La recepción con una persona que te indica pacientemente cómo acceder a la habitación es de gran ayuda. La habitación estaba impecable de limpieza y muy práctica. Las fotos corresponden con el alojamiento. No había jabón de ningún tipo (manos, gel, champú). Hubiera sido de gran ayuda saberlo por adelantado. Las almohadas eran demasiado finas aunque el colchón no estaba mal.

There is just a thin cover for the bedding in winter, no quilt at all. Although the room is warm, but don't feel comfortable.The metress is very soft. The decoration of the room are cheap, insolation is thin. The hygiene standard is so so. There are black moldy mark in the bathroom

- Jelena (10/5): Perfect.. - The hotel is new, clean, has comfortable beds, a reception desk (open until 8:00 p.m.), and friendly staff. It's 10-minute walk from Termini Station and also easily accessible by bus. There's a bus stop nearby, and there's a delicious breakfast cafe around the corner. -

The elevator works, which is important for those with heavy luggage.🩵 What I didn't like about this room was that the window opened into the building's interior, right where the ventilation exhausts from the hotel and restaurants were located. This meant there was practically no way for the air to clear out. Additionally, the room lacked any natural daylight or sunlight

Электронный ключ и онлайн регистрация для позднего заселения очень удобны. Если поедем еще раз в Рим, то остановимся только здесь. Все супер

Douche fuyante de partout, nous avons dû serrer tous les raccords des tuyaux avant de nous doucher et le lendemain la femme de ménage a changé le pommeaux de douche. Clé électronique uniquement et pas de réception 24/24. Comme on a eu un souci avec notre e-sim le soir de notre arrivée, impossible de sortir pour aller souper, car impossible de rentrer.

Pulizia discreta, puzza di fumo in tutta la struttura, muri praticamente inesistenti tanto che sentivi tutto ciò che accadeva nelle camere vicine e in strada. Bagno piccolissimo, senza bidet, pochi appoggi e sanitari molto datati che andrebbero sostituiti o revisionati (lavandino intasato, appendini vari rotti, doccia arrugginita, soffione malandato e wc traballante).

- Panagathos (6/5): Pleasant but only advisable for short stays. Check-in process & Key App need to change!! - Rooms are renovated and provide all the basic things one needs but for short stays. At least it is a modern room and not something that was left in its fate since the 70s. Also the girl at the reception is very kind and helpful and the price per night wasn't as ridiculous as almost everything else in the proximity. Check-in is super weird. You wait forever to receive a message on Booking or on WhatsApp where there is a link you have to visit in order to open the doors. Yes it is easy but what if someone has no roaming or their phone is dead? What if elderly wanna stay there and they have no smartphone or don't know how to use these apps? They won't be able to open their doors? Seriously? It is by far the most ridiculous check-in and "key" app I've ever encountered (and I'm a super frequent traveler). Also the check out is way too early and the check-in way too late but I figured that all "aparthotels", and not real hotels, in Rome are the same. Worst of all though is the mattress. It is also the first time I woke up and my right side was completely in pain. I couldn't move well and was in enormous pain for two days. They definitely need to invest in new mattresses!!!

Would definitely recommend to anyone, who are not planning to stay in hotels during their visits, but wants clean and nice place to come back after a day in town
