• Mireia (4/5): apartament acollidor però al ser un soterrani té problemes amb la instal·lació d'aigua i llum - L'apartament es bonic però llàstima de les instal·lacions. el primer dia que volíem fer un té, va saltar la llum. Ens vam quedar 5h sense llum, els wc i la banyera es van embussar i es va inundar la habitació! va haver d'anar un tècnic a arreglar-ho. Al vespre estava tot arreglat, però vam haver d'insistir molt perquè vinguessin!! has de baixar unes escales per accedir a l'apartament perquè es un soterrani.
• Guest (1/5): Schifoso - Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata molto negativa. L’appartamento, diversamente da quanto mostrato nelle foto, si trova in un sotterraneo, con poca o nessuna luce naturale e un forte odore di umidità e muffa, camuffato con profumatori e un purificatore d’aria acceso al nostro arrivo. Le pareti presentano segni evidenti di muffa, rendendo l’ambiente insalubre, soprattutto per chi ha problemi respiratori o bambini piccoli. Dopo aver segnalato immediatamente la situazione, abbiamo chiesto di essere spostati in un altro alloggio. Ci era stato detto che ci avrebbero aiutato, ma non è stato fatto nulla. Siamo stati lasciati senza sistemazione per un’intera giornata, con una bambina piccola e problemi di salute importanti, solo perché era sabato e domenica e “non si poteva disturbare la proprietaria”. Nonostante tutto, non abbiamo ricevuto alcun rimborso e nessun supporto concreto. È inaccettabile che una famiglia venga trattata in questo modo, specialmente in una situazione che tocca la salute. Consiglio vivamente di evitare questa struttura: la mancanza di trasparenza, l’assenza di assistenza reale e le condizioni igieniche non adeguate non rendono questo posto adatto a nessun tipo di soggiorno. Non fatevi ingannare dall’apparenza e dalle foto.
