• ERIKO (5/5): 綺麗だけど…物足りない… - とても綺麗でした！ 調味料が何もなくて困った。ティッシュもスカスカの状態だったので、コンビニに買いに行きました。 電気ケルトがカビ生えていたので使うのをやめました。 キッチンペーパー・ティッシュBOX・歯ブラシなどのアメニティ・使い切りの塩や醤油くらいは置いておいて欲しかったです。 今まであちこちの民泊を利用してきましたが、最低限のアメニティは置いてありました。

• Kwailin (6/5): Lots of stairs - The unit inside was ok even though it was long and narrow. However the building has no elevator. Our unit was on the 3F - it was a challenge to walk up 3 narrow stairs with our luggages. Also you needed to walk the long stairs from subway station to get to the main road to go to the building. Overall a lot of stairs. Watch out if walking up stairs matters to you. .

• Steve (8/5): - The suite was very spacious. Two separate bedrooms for that price was amazing. The unit was nice and clean and including nice amenities like full kitchen and laundry facilities. Air conditioners worked well and it was very close to multiple train lines to get you where you needed to go quickly.

• Saki (8/5): - こちらがギリギリの予約だったせいか、指定された場所に鍵がなくてすぐに入れず困り焦りましたが、電話対応して下さった方が女性の方でとても丁寧に対応して下さり、無事に入室できました！ アパート内は今まで宿泊してきたアパートの中でも1番綺麗で騒音も気にならず快適でした。また機会があればこちらを使いたいです。
• Steve (10/5): - Very spacious by Tokyo standards. I liked that it had three full beds for the whole fam. Fully set kitchen and fridge for any cooking you want to do. AC works exceptionally well which was nice at the end of a hot and humid day. A bit off the beaten track but easy to get everywhere with different subway stations within a 10 minutes walk. It felt very safe here.

• Sokunthea (10/5): 2 floors and spaced - Highly recommended. Perfect for Family of 4. Be prepared to load up your information 1-2 days before arrival or sooner. The house is very clean and has everything you need, such as kitchen necessity, washing machine but no dryer. It took a day to dry my clothes on the back of the chair. My kids like to go back there after we stayed in the hotels for several days. We would prefer Airbnb like this in the future. Far from a train station, especially on the high ground. We had suitcases/ luggage 🧳 we had to claim the stairs. If you have only a backpack, the distance is ok.

• Ahmad (7/5): Not so bad overall. - Fairly new apartment with new facilities. 1. No bath mat provided, would be better if this can be provided, 2. Steep staircase not suitable for elder person, 3. Utensil instructions shd be translated in English - like heater etc 4. Not so near to the train station
• Deolinda (7/5): Overall, it’s not bad - It was nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing to keep in mine was its two floors, all bedrooms is downstairs and for people living with elderly, the stairs is pretty steep and narrow. And the address to the location is a little off, and one street parallel next to it, it’s actually at the ally right down from Lawson.
• Martin (8/5): - Unit was not very clean, dusty areas. Garbage bin in the laundry room was packed full upon check-in. Otherwise, new property was good.
• Ngô (9/5): Great staying with reasonable price - The room is suitable for a family or a group of 5-6 people. All pictures and information regarding supplies and facilities given by host are correct. Kitchen, bathroom on first floor and 2 bedrooms on the basement floor. 2 bedrooms including 1 bedroom with 2 beds for 3-4 and 1 bedroom with double bed for 2. The kitchen is really convenient for easy homemade breakfast. The washing machine and the drying system are nice when you need to wash clothes for the next day. The location is not bad since it has lawson 300m away and only takes 7 mins to the nearest subway station. The toilet room was not ventilated well so it leaves smell every time. You will have to unlock the mail box there to find the hidden key to the apartment through the guidance received by email. However, the instruction is not quite clear and mistranslated between Japanese n English so we had a hard time figuring the locker. Hope they can fix that.

• Wang (8/5): If location is important for you, then you won't be disappointed. - Location! Location! Location !excellent. a couple mins walk to convenience store and Akebonabashi station. Only One station away to Shinjuku Modern /new style apartment All beds are downstairs, one room has NO window. Stairs are very steep. Very hard to carry luggage down if you need to. It would be great if a better-quality Sofa used in the living room, existing one are too soft and feels sitting on the floor
• Claudine (9/5): Spacious for Tokyo, safe, clean, convenient to trains/restaurants/combini - Instructions and pictures sent to locate the property and open the unit were quite easy to follow. The unit we stayed in was on the first floor which was helpful as there is no elevator. The unit was large by Tokyo standards and easily accommodated 4 guests and would've been tighter but able to fit 5-6 guests. Unit was very clean, furnishings weren't fancy but met our needs. The beds were hard, but it was similar at an APA hotel and another hotel in Hakone that we stayed at on this trip, so that seems to be common in Japan. There were fairly good instructions on how to use the washer, microwave and heater, but we couldn't get the toaster to work. We didn't use the stove, but it's nice to have the option. The washing machine was key for our winter stay of 7 nights - we were able to pack less clothing as a result. As is common in Japan there was no dryer, but the furo (shower room) had a clothes drying function that dried our clothes in 4 hours or so. There was 1 toilet, but it's helpful that it is separate from the furo/shower, and it had a unique hand washing function that is quite ingenious and a water saver (you have to see it to understand). The unit was quiet and safe - in general Japan is very safe w/ little crime. We didn't search very hard for a grocery store in this residential area, but there were 4 or 5 combini (convenience stores) within 1 to 4 blocks, which was enough for us. There were quite a number of restaurants on the main street on the way to the Marunouchi station, and even more restaurants when you explore the side streets. We encountered an excellent Izakaya, a very special tempura restaurant, and on New Years Eve when most other restaurants were closed, a quaint Apple Blossom restaurant. You will not go hungry staying at this apartment! The Marunouchi and Shinjuku metro lines were 3-4 blocks away and very convenient. Hard beds. Would be tight for 5-6 ppl esp w/ only 1 toilet/shower.

• Stephen (8/5): Great location, clean and modern apartment - The location, while being a bit further out, was very convenient to access for trains and we were able to get around really easily. The apartment itself was well appointed and modern. Very pleasant stay. The sink needs a dish draining rack. An additional clothes hanger or two would be great for doing more laundry at a time.
• Yue (6/5): Pleasant - 1. close to subway, 5mins walking 2. 2 seperated sleeping rooms 1. one sleep room is very sealing, no window, and only one door. Not so comfortable. 2. unpleasant smell from the toilet, which makes the whole floor not so good.
• Maru (9/5): Superb - Well maintained. It was cleaned and really looks like a new establishment. Accessible since it is close to station. There is also Lawson nearby if you need something I just wanna suggest a bath mat in ofuro area. Thanks
