- Alexander (2/5): Appartment das nicht zum Kochen gedacht ist. - Die Lage ist Gut und die Wohnung bzw das Appartment sieht schön aus. - Ausstattung war misserabel, Geschirr nur für 3 Personen, aber wir waren zu viert. - Geschirrspühler war defekt, und es wurde nach Kontaktaufnahme such nicht darum gekümmert, sondern mit der Nachricht vertrösted, das es dann bei denn nächsten wieder gehen wird. - Es hatte nichts um das Geschirr von Hand abzuwaschen - Bettlaken waren schmutzig - Badetücher waren teils schmutzig (Wurde sich ebenfalls nicht darum gekümert nach Kontaktaufnahme). - Preis viel zu hoch für so einen schlechten Service, da giebt es bei weitem bessere - Pool war wohl eine Fehlplanung beim Bau, da er immer im Schatten vom eigenen Gebäude liegt und somit nie Sonne hat. - Personal hat nach erster Kontaktaufnahme zurückgeschrieben, aber diese wollten uns mehr vertrössten als die Probleme zu lösen.

- Tracy (9/5): Wonderful new units! - We loved everything about this spacious new 1-bedroom unit. The view overlooking the pool was great; the location was just a few minutes drive from the center of town (and also close to local shops); and the amenities inside were awesome! Shampoo/conditioner/coffee maker and pods - everything we needed was there. This unit is so well equipped it would be ideal as a base for longer stays - we were super comfy here, and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who doesn't want the hassle of staying right in the busy town center.
- Karen (5/5): Overpriced and the management company were just not interested in sorting anything. - The patio. Kitchen poorly equipped for a penthouse apartment. No tea towel, oven gloves, only 3 wine glasses...could go on! Hired a cot and high chair months ago but no high chair.. Asked if one could be delivered along with more wine glasses, and coat hangers as only a couple each and we had clothes for a wedding, and was told it wasn't possible. We had the apartment for 11 days but no change of bed linen or towels so had to wash our own. The hot tub was also not checked while we were there and the air con in a bedroom wouldn't work correctly. Overall the management company just weren't interested.

- Głowacka - Pietryszyn (10/5): - Nowoczesny obiekt, ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi wygodami. W razie jakiś problemów, personel bardzo szybko reaguje i udziela pomocy. Apartamenty są wysprzątane. Kuchnia, łazienka są bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Obiekt jest w fajnej lokalizacji, blisko są sklepy, przystanki, lekarz i apteka, port i plaże. Polecam. I wrócę tutaj podczas następnej wizyty w Pafos.
- Christina (6/5): It’s one of those apartments where they don’t seem too interested in you as long as you pay. - The apartment was clean, well laid out and they also a lovely balcony. Host seemed uninterested in making us stay comfortable would not provide an extra blanket when asked even though there was three beds and two blankets. The pool area is very clinical and in the car park area not really inviting as the picture show. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge for welcome…

Boa localização e bom estacionamento A cama era demasiado mole para o nosso gosto pessoal e não tinha básicos para cozinhar, nem sal nem açúcar por exemplo. - Ann (8/5): We had a pleasant stay in Cyprus as the weather is always sunny and the people are very friendly. - The property was very clean and well designed. The balcony was particularly good as it was ideal to relax in during the day. The area is quiet and within walking distance of the old town and the harbour. As mentioned in previous reviews, more towels are required. We stayed for seven days and were given one hand and one bath towel each. The pool would benefit from more privacy from the road. We had issues with the WiFi which took a few days to resolve.

- Yam (1/5): חרא, לא להגיע ולא לפרנס - שמעו סיפור. את המלון (שהוא בית דירות) סגרנו בבוקינג אחרי הרבה המלצות ששמענו עליו, תמונות משכנעות וביקורות מעולות. אנחנו הגענו לבית דירות (שיש בו חנייה בחינם) וגילינו שהוא לא באיזור המרכזי ואפילו לא ברגל, למרות שהרבה ציינו שכן. הגענו לדירה כבר משהו הרגיש לנו לא שיא, ריח מחניק ולא מאוורר, מקלחת עם עובש ברצפה, כל אחד יכול לבוא ולהיכנס לבניין כי אין שומר והדלת לרוב פתוחה, קצת שיער על המיטה, אין מים חמים במקלחת (למרות שצריך להדליק אותו כמו דוד ולחכות למים חמים וזה לא עבד בכלל). אין ספק שהדירה גדולה, מרוהטת, מתאימה לחבורות ולישיבה כיפית. יש בריכה משותפת והדירה מזמינה מאוד. לנו משהו בא ברע לדירה הזאת מההתחלה שבלילה התחלנו לשמוע דפיקות בדלת, צלצולים כל רגע, רעשים מכל מקום וממש היה לנו חשש שפורצים לנו לדירה (שמעבר לדירה יש אתר בנייה שלא מצויין בהזמנה). כתבתי למנהל ביצירת קשר של הבוקינג והוא לא ענה לי עד הבוקר (מה שמחובתו להיות זמין לאורחים שלו 24/7 במקרה חירום). קיצר לקחנו את הרגליים שלנו באחת בלילה וברחנו מהדירה. משהו שם לא באלנו בטוב ולכן ברחנו משם. מעבר לזה בדיעבד עקב המצב של הישראלים עדיף שיהיה פקיד בקבלה ושומר על הנכס. התגובה שלהם הייתה פשוט מביכה, הם לא עזרו, לא סייעו ולא ניסו להבין לליבנו. הם ביקשו הוכחות על דברים שאין לנו איך להוכיח להם… אל תתקרבו ואל תפרנסו אותם

- Haris (9/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the spaciousness, cleanliness, pool, and parking. With just a few improvements in - The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, which was one of the things I appreciated the most. There’s plenty of room to relax, and it never feels crowded. The pool is definitely a highlight - clean, well-maintained, and perfect for cooling off or spending a relaxing afternoon. Cleanliness overall was great; the whole place was spotless when we arrived. Another big plus is the private parking, which is really convenient if you’re traveling by car. The location is decent - it’s in a quiet area, which makes it nice for resting, but most attractions, shops, and restaurants are easier to reach by car. Walking to the center takes around 20 minutes, so it’s doable if you don’t mind a bit of a walk. There are, however, a few things that could be improved. Towels are only provided at the start of the stay and are not replaced afterward. We were told we could wash them ourselves, but there was no detergent provided, which was a bit inconvenient. The kitchen is functional but lacks some basic essentials like salt, sugar, and drinking water, which would make the stay more comfortable. Lastly, the water pressure throughout the property is quite low, although this seems to be more of a general area issue rather than the owner’s fault.
- Vincent (6/5): Awful customer service - I loved the apartment itself, new modern and an amazing rooftop with a spa with stunning views over Paphos with beautiful sunsets I'm not a huge reviewer but I felt so let down by this place. If you're looking for anything at all customer service wise, you are completely out of luck. Their customer service is truly atrocious and among the worst I've ever dealt with. We arrived (at check in time) to an open apartment(door wide open) with no one inside, and the washing machine running. No brochure welcoming us, not even a bottle of water, absolutely nothing. Cleaner arrives after 30mins and mops the floors as we're there and takes the laundry(laundry obviously wasn't for our apartment) An hour in and someone comes to clean the spa. We had pre paid for a cot and high chair to be in the villa when we arrived, double checking a few days before that this would be organised. They were nowhere to be seen. Eventually the cleaner gets an old cot from somewhere that definitely isn't sleep safe as it completely slopes in the middle and tells us the high chair is broken (had to source both from elsewhere as they didn't offer to help) We got 2 towels for a 3 bed villa and a 10 day stay.When asked for more was asked to pay €75, but maybe we could get one more free of charge (we didn't) There was no tv remote, when asked to get one was told to look for it and then one will be dropped up to us(never arrived) It was a villa for our wedding in Cyprus having travelled from Australia and was so disappointed with the service (we paid over €1800) Service in a hostel would be better. Avoid the company at all costs. When trying to call the number they provide you it goes to a British number and there's no answer. Only way to communicate was thought booking.com. Spoke to another couple in the building and their AC didn't work and couldn't get in touch with management. Awful service

- Katarzyna (1/5): Odradzam. Nieuczciwe i nieprofesjonalne podejście do problemu, który nas zastał w obiekcie. - Zdecydowanie odradzam pobyt. Po przyjeździe zastaliśmy połamane łóżko, którego obiekt nie chciał naprawić ani wymienić. Zamiast rozwiązania problemu anulowano nam rezerwację w trakcie pobytu (!), twierdząc nieprawdziwie, że się nie pojawiliśmy. Zostaliśmy bez zakwaterowania z rodziną, a apartament został ponownie wystawiony na Bookingu mimo nierozwiązanego problemu. Skrajnie nieprofesjonalne i nieuczciwe podejście.

- Demetris (8/5): - Άνετο-ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα, με ωραία θέα και ωραία βεράντα. Σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση το κτήριο και σε καλή τοποθεσία. Κάποια από τα σεντόνια, τα σκεπάσματα και τις μαξιλαροθήκες μύριζαν πολύ άσχημα. Αυτό δυσκόλεψε την άνεση μας στον ύπνο το βράδυ. Στην πισίνα υπήρχε ένα σπασμένο φωτιστικό, και παρόλο που το επισημάναμε από την πρώτη στιγμή στον διαχειριστή του καταλύματος, δεν ήρθε κανείς να το διορθώσει. Είχαμε αναφέρει ότι ανησυχούσαμε για την ασφάλεια μας για να μπούμε στην πισίνα. Επίσης, στο διαμέρισμα δεν υπήρχε σκούπα για τυχόν μικρή καθαριότητα.

- Maya (5/5): Pretentious capitalist - Good AC, good internet The building has a different name on it — how was I supposed to find the place? The entrance to the building and the pool is open all night to outsiders. Late check-in, early check-out. The place wasn’t cleaned even once during the entire week — not the stairwell, not the pool. Cans and stains on the stairs and by the pool were there the whole time. They split us-parents and kids- into different floors, even though I booked several months in advance. Missing basic kitchen items like bowls… also laundry: broken drying rack and clothespins The spring mattress is terrible for the back, if one moves the whole bed feels like a boat Horrible noise from a major construction site right outside the bedroom window. The pool is dark at night. The pool is in the parking lot. Only A few towels, wjth holes and stains Only one key for an apartment with 4 people. They leave it in boxes outside, but the stairwell is so dark you need a flashlight to find the key. We came for a week and received 2 roles of toilet paper . There is a water filter (which they didn’t mention; we discovered it ourselves). When I asked, they said it is for drinking , but it’s better to drink from bottles. Why pollute the environment? Just to save on the water bill? Let me know if you'd like it shortened or polished for a specific use (e.g., a review).
- Donna (5/5): Not child friendly and not all facilities working. - Location was good and the property was clean. The property lacked some basic facilities. We had booked a block booking of three apartments and one of the apartments had no A/C for the duration of the stay. This resulted in the family being distributed within the other apartments that we had booked as the family could not live in the apartment as it was too hot, so not ideal. Further to this, I had to complain to Sanders Olive as the neighbour came out to ask our party to leave the pool for three hours a day as it is custom in Cyprus to have ‘Siesta’ , on more than one occasion the lady was threatening us with the police. We were not advised before we went of the ‘ban’ on using the pool and while I fully understand the custom of siesta I feel this was more complicated as we were in a residential area. We had only two young children who then had to be removed from the pool and taken indoors instead of being allowed the freedom to play. I do not think Sanders Olive is suitable for children as the balcony / glass balustrades have gaps that could be considered dangerous . The top floor was completely out of bounds and I had to move furniture in front of a section of the area that could have been easy for children to get through. Overall , we made the best of a bad situation as we were attending a family Wedding but they holiday was quite stressful to say the least and I would be fully expecting a refund of the apartment that we could not use.

How such a nice property with so many good things REFUSE to a simple request like a few more towels We ask 3 times just for a few towels to take to the swimming pool and the representative refuse completely We are on vacation and just want to have towels for the pool and the beach They can compromize us like the chairs table beds but to REFUSE At the end we brought towels We will not recommend to go to a nice appartment that dont give a positive answer to a simple question Same abput the parking took them 2 days to authorize to park inside (btw by the way ) parkign was completely empty. The representstive wrote us about a key and st the end we didnt receive any key The representative shoud CHANGE his attitude if you want guests to come back We travel a lot and this is the first time we confront. Such a rude treatment in such a Beautiful and so clean appartment
- Nia (3/5): Nightmare - booked this apartment for a wedding I had been planning and saving for over two years, and while the apartment itself is modern and nicely decorated, my experience unfortunately turned into a nightmare. On the morning of the wedding, I woke up to a total power outage. I was in a complete panic and attempted to contact the property via the 24/7 support line and during their stated office hours (8am–8pm), but received no response. When someone eventually got back to me, I was told it was a local issue outside of their control. However, a neighbour informed me this was a recurring issue limited to this building and had previously lasted up to 7 days. By then, I was in tears—unable to shower, cook, or get ready for the most important event of my trip. Booking.com also couldn’t reach the hosts and warned the outage could last all day. In desperation, I had to book another hotel just to get ready, costing me £100. I also lost around £70 worth of food I had purchased for the stay, as it spoiled in the powerless fridge. Despite all this, the hosts only offered a one-night refund—leaving me over £170 out of pocket and with a wedding day that was completely overshadowed by stress. There are also some smaller but notable issues that I would have overlooked had the overall experience been positive: • We were disturbed by unknown men knocking on our door late at night. The entrance door to the building was left open 24/7, which made us feel unsafe. • The pool was constantly full of leaves. Despite the presence of a cleaner, she spent her time lounging and on her phone. • There were broken items, stains, and the kitchen lacked basic essentials. • What was advertised (24-hour support and reliable facilities) was sadly not delivered. This was not a budget property—I expected much more based on the price and listing promises. I was also offered a discount on a future booking, but I have no intention of returning after such a disappointing experience.

The property itself felt very safe and secure, modern and very clean. For 5 nights stay we only had one set of towels each and no washing tablets so we had to buy towels instead out there.

We had to have showers in cold water and it was extremely uncomfortable. The other thing is that everything is styled in stone and marble so the feeling was really bad after the showers… also the lighting in bathrooms is very dimmed and it was almost impossible to put the make up on in there…

But the noise level from neighbors and from the construction next door was dissapointment. The drilling On the construction site (which is 5m way from bedroom window) started before 7 am! Also you could hear the upstairs neighbours, even 2 am. If you wish to stay and need your sleep, best to bring the earplugs.

- Fionna (10/5): Great stay - Perfect location for our requirements. Close to AlfaMega supermarket and the centre of Paphos. Apartment really nice inside with good quality white goods in the kitchen. The property was lacking in several ways. Gates always open should you wish to park a car. No requirement for remote. Also easy to park car on road. Outside door always open and never closed. Towels were old and very small. Definitely need to be renewed more frequently. No tea towels in kitchen.
- George (8/5): appart from those 2 everything else was good - it was a nice facility but it need some touches the matress was really bad they had those really old bonet springs matresses not good for staying more than 2 nights and the shower was clogged we couldnt shower more than 5 minutes each before the whole bath was full of water overflowing in the hallway

- Anna (9/5): Great stay look forward to staying again - The apartment was beautiful with a fantastic balcony. Good wifi access to netflix etc. Lovely new kicthen. The location was a fifteen minute walk to the harbour. Excellent air conditioning and quiet residential area. Also two well stocked shops close by and a good take away if you want a night in. Unfortunately the water was tepid in the shower. This was bearable as the weather was very hot when we stayed. Extra pillows on the bed would be welcomed along with a couple of tea towels, oven gloves and a few more cooking utensils. We were also told the day before that there was building work next door. Out of the control of the owner but more notice should have been given.

When asked for a laundry soap the answer was “we don’t provide it” and no suggestions where to find one. No pillow covers for the extra pillow (they left them after we asked for it). No bus station, supermarket or restaurants nearby. One way Uber to the museum of anthropology or the city harbor: €12.

- Hannafranjieh (10/5): Stay in Paphos - The stay was perfect, and the location is prime and easy. The access for the garage made things much easier. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. The pool was a great ! Check in and Check out went smooth. Will be back :)
- Penny (7/5): Modern property with a very late check-in and early checkout with no options available - Really good price, location and facilities. Modern apartment with swimming pool and private Jacuzzi. Really Late Check In and no availability for a late checkout which was extremely early to check out. The kitchen was not fully equipped in terms of kitchenware, not even water, salt, pepper etc Also, it is very important that there is not a barbecue available. The property needs many more details to make it fully equipped for a pleasant holiday.

- Jamie (9/5): Very well located, comfortable and high standard of accommodation. - Excellent location, very clean and smart. Very comfortable: Parking and pool were great extras. The balcony was a highlight and the AC was an essential. We felt that the kitchen lacked some utensils and equipment particularly a microwave. We also had a bit of a challenge with working the hot water but nothing major.

- Alexandra (9/5): Beautiful and relaxing. - The property was a great size, and the outside space in the penthouse apartment is impressive. The quality of the flat is very good. The apartment is located in a good location with it being around a 20 min walk to all the key locations (harbour, old town etc). The flat itself was very impressive, however some details were missing: - No bath mats. - No basics e.g., oil, salt, pepper. - Only one wine glass. - No bbq. - A lack of mirrors (only one in each bath room). - No draining board.
- Lye (10/5): It was a perfect stay and would come back again - The apartment was spacious and it has everything we needed for a few nights stay. The apartment is close to the centre, the pool was a great addition.

- Laura (5/5): Passable - Nice building in a quiet location and not too far from amenities. Room didn't feel or smell clean. Main bed cover had dirty marks, oven not cleaned and balcony glass filthy. I had requested an earlier check in which could not be accommodated as the room needed to be cleaned after the previous guests leaving at 11am. 5 hours to clean what exactly? 5 hours is not needed to change a bed sheet and mop a floor. Towels provided were very worn/well used. The tv was unusable as there was no suitable plug connection. For the price I expected better standards. Such ashame.

- Solic (10/5): Exceptional - The apartmant was amasing. Beautiful new accomodation with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room and terace. Highly reccomended.
- Emily (10/5): lovely stay! - The apartment was a lovely place to get ready for my wedding, the clean spacious. The only only thing we didn't like was the lack of mirrors in the property, could only be found in the bathrooms.

- Victoria (9/5): Comfortable place to stay - Apartment is very clean and perfectly equipped with all I needed including kitchen. Location is okay if you don't mind walking to the beach around 15-20 min or just rent a car to get anywhere fast.up To get hot water you need to wait for about 30 min for it to heat up, it was a bit challenging with the baby otherwise it's not a big deal.

- Piret (9/5): We would choose the same place next time as well. - The location was good (quiet neighbourhood, easy to walk both to the beach and to the city centre). The size of the apartment met our needs. It was well decorated and felt homy. Somehow we couldn`t open the document with instructions on any device on arrival but the client service answered fast and solved our problem by the phone. What did we miss: washing machine, kitchen towels and main spices (salt, pepper and also cooking oil). But these were minor flaws.

- Beth (10/5): Lovely apartment, wish we'd stayed longer! - Absolutely loved the apartment, wish we'd stayed here longer! Great size for two, decent shower and kitchen. Washer dryer on the balcony which was super helpful at the end of the holiday. Really easy check in and out, all info sent the day before check in and plenty of parking available. We had a great little balcony that got the sun into the evening, and we loved the pool - felt very private and plenty of sunbeds although we were usually the only ones there! Location was great for us, a bit out of the centre and on a really quiet street with a shop at the end of the road, but an easy walk to restaurants, the mall and all the historical sites! Can't fault it, we'd definitely stay here again!
- Lukas (9/5): Superb - Location was nice, clean, the interior design was modern and quite well done, good amount of space, having a pool is quite nice as well. Nothing major, just some minor quality of life things: - The apartment has a washing machine, but no washing liquid/capsules, so if you want to use it you have to buy a full package. - No coffee machines - even a simple mocha pot would be nice to have. - Could have more toilet paper for people staying longer periods of time. - Nice kitchen equipment, but no spatulas for some reason. - Would be nice to have electrical plug adapters as well.
- Shelly (7/5): Good clean apartment in quiet part of town. Help available online - quick response. - Location was easy to find. Car parking available and probably necessary in the summer months as 15 minute walk to centre. Kitchen new and crockery and glassware good. Bread shop and mini mart on corner. Beds comfortable. Swimming pool available with clean loungers. Shampoo and shower gel provided. All info provided was online. This didn’t include how to find or use the washing machine! (It was in a cupboard on the balcony. ) There were no bedside lamps or other ambient lighting so super bright or no light. I did ask for bedside lamps and got a quick,albeit negative response. Only 2 chairs on the balcony. The only kitchen teatowel was size of a flannel and just one dishwasher tablet provided for a 3 night stay. No salt, pepper or other helpful kitchen starters.

- Lizzie (9/5): Great place to stay! The staff were so helpful with our queries, we’ll definitely be back. - Beautiful apartment, plenty of space and the roof was perfect for our trip. Lots of kitchen items for cooking etc. There could be some basics, like oil and salt and pepper, and a few more wine glasses- there were only 2! It’s fine for one night but we’d have loved a few more kitchen items to help it be more liveable.
- Elisabeth (9/5): Lovely modern apartment with spacious balcony and sea view. - Spacious apartment with beautiful decor. Large balcony with a sea view. Free parking and nice quiet residential street. Easy check in instructions. Two bathrooms inclusive of toiletries. Only one wine glass remaining for a two bed property, toaster didn’t work and some of the drawers in the bedroom already broken despite the property being new. The slight negatives did not really affect our stay though as there was a grill in the oven and plenty of other storage space in the bedrooms.

- Lut (6/5): Great potential, would get 8/10 minimum with small adjustments and better mattresses - It was spotless clean and looked brand new. We very much appreciated the large terrace on the south side so we could have breakfast outside during winter time. The appartment is a good size for 4 people. Having 2 bathrooms and toilets is also a plus The hard matresses ware not comfortable. This may be personal, but for all of us this is a very important point, for which I remove 2 points to the total score. The appartment is further away from the port and town centre than it looked on the pictures so it was good to have a car. The equipment in the kitchen could be improved. One would expext at minimum a coffee machine. Small things like spatula to serve eggs from the frying pan, a strainer to rinse fruit. We were out most of the day and evenings, but we like to have breakfast on site. One thing we found really odd is the picture frame in one of the bedrooms with no picture in it. What is the point?
