• sheila (7/5): - el apartamento era pequeño pero bonito y bien decorado. Lo mejor fue la ubicación, muy céntrica. El colchón era incómodo, la ducha de abajo no tragaba bien y tenía el soporte roto. En la habitación de 2 camas no hay mucho espacio para dejar la ropa.
• Marius de Strava (7/5): Céntrico en Granada - Ruido y humedades - La ubicación del alojamiento. Apartamento en 2 alturas, con dos baños. Cocina bien equipada, aunque no la usamos. Toda la información detallada es correcta El gerente muy agradable La vivienda está en una zona de paso peatonal de gran afluencia, por lo tanto muy ruidoso( al menos el salón y la habitación de matrimonio, que da a esa calle). También sufrimos de mucho ruido en la planta superior. El duplex está bien equipado, pero debido a la orientación, que le da poco sol, tenía muchos problemas de humedad.

• Nieves (9/5): Apartamento cómodo y con encanto - Muy céntrico, bastante cómodo para cuatro personas, dos baños, la cocina con todo lo que puedes necesitar, incluido lavaplatos, las camas también muy cómodas, el agua de las duchas con mucha presión y muy caliente😍 y por encima de todo, la amabilidad de Joaquín, una persona encantadora, buen profesional,que nos dió todo tipo de información, desde el minuto uno, y que estaba disponible, para cualquier duda que tuviésemos!!!!! Por decir algo,al estar tan céntrico, y ser un bajo, estos días de semana santa, había muchísima gente, y a diferentes horas de la madrugada, se oía a las personas, hablar, reír, gritar…. También, entraba poca luz natural.
• Pilar (9/5): - Joaquín es excepcional! Muy amable y compresivo. Nos ayudo en todo momento. El alojamiento está en un lugar privilegiado para poder visitar Granada. El apartamento es muy cómodo en todos los aspectos. No tengo ningún comentario negativo.

• Maria Amparo (9/5): - Muy buen anfitrión. Nos dió buenas recomendaciones y nos facilitó un garaje cercano para no preocuparnos en buscar parking. El apartamento está limpio. La ubicación es excepcional. A 1 minuto de Plaza Nueva. Para estar todo el día fuera haciendo turismo, el sitio es perfecto. No está tan bien iluminado como sale en las imágenes. En el baño de arriba hace mucho ruido el motor de extracción. Añadiría algún cojín en el sofá, por mayor comodidad. Pero en general todo bien.
• Valentina (6/5): Si pero para 1 o 2 días máximo. - Está bien ubicado, cerca a las calles principales y a la plaza donde se toma el bus para ir a la alhambra. Tiene utensilios de cocina y dos baños (uno en cada planta). El extractor del baño de arriba hace mucho ruido, podrían revisarlo. Tener que subir y bajar las escaleras hace un poco incómoda la experiencia si te vas a quedar por un periodo largo. En la habitación que da a la calle se escucha todo el ruido de noche lo que dificulta descansar. El televisor no funcionó, el último día fueron a "arreglarlo" pero se veía entrecortado. Por último, cuando aún faltaban algunos minutos para las 11 (hora límite para hacer el check out) alguien entró al apto y no timbró primero. Sería bueno avisar antes de abrir la puerta.

• Pilar (9/5): - La ubicación del dúplex, en el centro de Granada y cerca de todo y la atención de Joaquín que estuvo pendiente de todo y nos dió consejos para movernos, comer y visitar en Granada El edificio es antiguo y alguna mejora en las ventanas y la insonorización le vendría bien, se escuchaba mucho a la gente que pasaba por la calle, menos mal que no está en una calle demasiado turística y transitada
• Marta (5/5): No volveremos - La ubicación es fantástica, aunque el acceso a ella para un carro no es nada cómodo. La calle está en cuesta y con escalones, al acceder al edificio hay un escalón y otro escalón enorme para entrar en el apartamento. En general estaba sucio, olía mucho a tabaco y muy oscuro, prácticamente no entra luz porque al ser un bajo, tienes que tener la ventana cerrada. El salón, cocina, aseo abajo y los dormitorios arriba con un baño. Solo hay aire acondicionado en un dormitorio. Las camas no muy cómodas.

• Allan (10/5): Great apartment - Excellent Location ! - Joaquin's lovely apartment is in an excellent location, right in the centre of the city, 30 second walk into Plaza Nueva. Joaquin kept in touch at all times and made sure we were happy with the apartment. He even attached an interactive tourist guide for the city. 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 shower rooms made life so easy for our week ! Thoroughly recommend this great place. Thank you, Joaquin, for making our stay so great ! No negative points at all !
• Agathe (10/5): Exceptional - The location is PERFECT, right next to Plaza Nueva. Joaquín, our host, was very helpful and available, and gave us great recommendations of places to go to. The 2 bathrooms make the apartment very practical for a group of people. Last but not least, the beds and pillows are a dream!
• Donne (7/5): Good location - The beds were comfortable. The location was very good. We struggled to find the apartment and later found a much easier access route for suitcases. It's a very reasonably priced apartment that gives value for money
• Dagmara (5/5): Passable - The beds are super comfortable, it's relatively quiet. The location is excellent. Contact with the owner was impeccable The photos are very misleading about this apartment. It seems to be a super sunny apartment, nothing could be further from the truth. It is very dark in there, even in the middle of a very sunny day, you have to turn on the light to see anything. The window in the second bedroom overlooks the staircase, which prevents access to daylight. The window downstairs is missing glass, so it was quite cold there in March. There is hot water in a small thermal bath, so the third person in turn takes a shower in lukewarm water. Granada is phenomenal, so we will definitely come back, but to a different apartment. I think you can find something more cozy at this price.

• Alexey (10/5): Excellent place to stay in the very center of Granada. - There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with two showers - so that two couples can stay in this apartment and don't be on each other way. Good kitchen. The location is next to the Plaza Nueva - a lot of good places to eat. Less than 10 minutes walk from Alhambra and Cathedral, about 15 minutes walk to Albaicin miradores. The host meets us in person to handle the keys. Later he was responsive and helpful when we used the washing machine and were not sure about some of its functionalities. Nothing.
