You can hear it clearly through closed windows Tiny soap provided- could only use once The faucet needs to be repaired over sink Need toilet paper holder No light in room due to blown out light bulb Need to take several stairs with large suitcase to enter the place
• Antonella (8/5): Fantastic terrace with a beautiful view. - Excellent location close to the National Garden and 10 mins walk to Syntagma Square. Modern apartment. Extremely clean. Kitchen well equipped. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor, lounge kitchen and cloakroom on second floor and fantastic terrace on the third floor. Staff only reachable during office hours. No microwave. No mugs only cups and saucers. No bedside table lamps or lamps in the sitting room. Only ceiling lights which are bit harsh in the bedrooms. Check-in instructions could have been better. No clear instructions about the key fob which works the electrics by inserting it in the slot by the front door. Also the instructions about the hot water switch were not clear as there was no label in the fuse box in English saying "hot water" the Greek translation of "Thermosifona" should have been provided. Bring earplugs as cars and motorbikes in Athens are very noisy wherever you stay.

• Minelli Maria (5/5): Disappointed - The property is spacious enough for a family It has the essentials required in bathroom and kitchen with a washing machine The place is a bit dated We had huge cockroaches on the first night in the living room and another one the next evening in the kitchen staircase which scared the hell out of us. The A/C in one bedroom had a bad / foul smell which later got better after using it for a day The remote of AC not working in one bedroom so needed to use the the other room AC to operate both room ACs One of the rooms had a light which never worked so we had complete darkness for our entire stay. During the day it was alright since we had the blinds up and we could still see but at night we needed to keep the toilet light on to get a bit of light in the room. All these defects were communicated with the agent but highly dissatisfied as it was only messages back and forth with no solution until we checked out. We lived with these inconveniences for 3 nights and demanded a compensation still to hear back! Regarding the location, we wouldn’t suggest it’s ideal as it’s good 30 mins walk to the main streets and sights and in summer it’s not the best choice. I would suggest if you could choose a location closer would be better
• Leonid (7/5): Хорошее место для большой компании - Рядом с парком. Близко остановка экскурсионного автобуса. Шикарная кухня, но кружек было 4 из них 1 битая. Крыша великолепна, вид потрясающий. Балкон в каждой комнате. 3 туалета. Везде кондиционеры. Ключ в кейбоксе, поэтому нет проблем с поздним заездом. Хороший интернет. Напротив дом с ночным клубом и громкая музыка до 1-2 ночи. Мало посуды. Туалетная бумага по 1 рулону в каждом туалете. На неделю 1 шампунька на человека. Вынужденно продлили проживание и попросили чистые полотенца и принести ванные принадлежности без уборки. Ничего не принесли и в оправдание сказали, что это мы отказались от клининга.

Ideal for two couples, the space was both spacious and inviting, providing the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an exceptionally clean environment that showcased the attention to detail in its upkeep. Every corner sparkled, making us feel right at home. The apartment was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area, and stylish bathrooms. It truly had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the expansive terrace, which became our favorite gathering spot. With ample seating and beautiful views, it was the perfect place to sip our morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. The outdoor space allowed us to enjoy the fresh air and soak up the sun, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also a significant advantage, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants, yet it felt like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, providing us with helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, our experience was nothing short of perfect. The combination of cleanliness, thoughtful amenities, and a beautiful terrace made this apartment the ideal choice for two couples looking for a memorable getaway. We can't wait to return! -
• Dudukovic (10/5): Exceptional - I love the rooftop of this house! The view of Athens is absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t be more perfect.
• מיכל (8/5): The parking problems were a real pain in the a__. If not for that we would have rated it10/10 - Clean and good location The property is advertised as “with parking”. However this is not accurate. It takes about 15 minutes to find a parking spot, and if you don’t know the restrictions, you are liable to be fined. Parking tickets can only be payed in the post office and not on weekends so if you get one Friday night or Saturday and you’re leaving on Sunday there is. I way to pay. We asked the owner if we could leave him the money but he declined to pay.
