• Vanessa (7/5): My stay was very comfortable overall, and I appreciated the convenient location and responsive management. • I had a goo - I really loved how much natural light the apartment got—it made the space feel warm and welcoming. The location was the best part; everything I needed was within walking distance. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, which made living there stress-free. I appreciated how quiet and safe the building was. The only drawback was that parking could be difficult at times, especially during peak hours.

• De la Rosa González (3/5): - La piscina y la playa Para empezar el asceso al apartamento desde la zona común, con escalera y no se informaba en las fotos, íbamos con una persona con movilidad reducida. Y también sin Internet por instalación defectuosa. Experiencia malisima.
• Sanchez Martin (7/5): Bonita pero sucia y mal trato - El sitio y la decoración era muy bonita. 1 la agencia que lleva el piso (Málaga suite) nos obligó a subir nuestros datos personales junto con la tarjeta de crédito a una página web externa, cosa que no nos gustó, además, cuando llamamos al personal fueron muy desagradables incluso llegó hablar con tono irónico, por otro lado respondía como le daban la gana y además nos colgaban el teléfono cuando no querían contestar a las preguntas, añadir que booking ofreció muy buen servicio por qué hicieron lo posible para comunicarse con ellos para poder darnos respuestas. Respecto a la estancia era un piso muy bonito y muy bien ubicado, sin embargo la limpieza y las instalaciones dejaban que desear. Principalmente la puerta de la calle se abría sin las llaves, luego tanto sábanas y toallas estaban sucias, había pelos en la almohada y en la casa, la vajilla sucísima, el internet no iba, cosa que también llamamos y no había respuesta, también recalca la falta de información ya que había una garrafa que recogía el agua que soltaba el aire dentro de la casa de lo cual nadie nos avisó y no se desbordó por que nos dimos cuenta a tiempo. Creo que no se me olvida nada más y pero ya es suficiente.

• Franco (6/5): Me quedo con la ubicación - La ubicación muy buena. Es incómodo tener que subir a la plata de arriba al baño y a la cocina.Lo peor de todo es la claridad que entra por el balcón y las ventanas desde que amanece.

• María (4/5): - Cuando llegas tienes que subir para coger las llaves y luego volver a bajar cosa que no entiendo. Llegamos y nos habían dejado en la caja de seguridad 2 llaves (una de nuestro apartamento y otra de otro apartamento) cuando salimos para ir a buscar el equipaje no pudimos entrar porque la llave no era nuestra, y nos tocó esperar más de una hora a todo el calor a qué vinieran abrirnos, para colmo cuando nos abren entran hasta dentro del apartamento... Las sillas del salón estaban inutilizables, en la terraza solo había una silla, el agua del aire acondicionado cae sobre tu cabeza si te sientas en la terraza, hay una tabla podrida en la terraza, el perchero estaba roto...vamos en general un desastre. Lo único bueno son las vistas y la ubicación frente a la playa.

• Kenza (7/5): - L´emplacement est excellent. La vue est a couper le souffle. L´appartement est spacieux pour deux personnes, il y avait les équipements nécessaires pour aller a la plage comme des serviettes de plage, ainsi que plusieurs serviettes de douche neuves, shampoing et gel de douche neuf aussi. Le matelas était confortable et il y avait suffisamment d´ustensiles de cuisine. L´hôte était a notre disposition lorsque nous avions besoin d´indication pour le wifi ou pour allumer la plaque chauffante. Nous n´avons pas apprécié la propreté et les équipements. Les draps étaient anciens, les housses d´oreillers étaient très sales, heureusement que nous avions ramener nos propres housses puisqu´on avait vu cette remarque dans le commentaire des clients du 28 Juin. Le sol était sale dans la chambre, le sac poubelle des anciens locataire était toujours la en cuisine et il y avait beaucoup de poussière dans les différents meubles qui en plus étaient usés.

• YOLANDA (2/5): No volveré a reservar este apartamento. - La ubicación Muy sucio, sabanas sin cambiar, faltaba una silla en la terraza y las de dentro una de ellas no tenía asiento, también había una madera en la terraza podrida, todo el mobiliario destartalado y como a parches, la cortina del baño asquerosa junto con la alfombrilla del suelo y también tuvimos cucarachas. Lo notifiqué a la agencia y a día de hoy no he obtenido ninguna respuesta.

• Rasmus (9/5): Good choice for an accomodation here. Value for money is good. - The apartment in itself is quite spacious and goes through the whole Building with Windows to both sides. The beach road is quite noisy even in the evenings and mornings. Sound travels from other apartments aswell.

We found a mouse in the bathroom, the toaster didn’t work and after reporting it twice it wasn’t replaced, there were hardly anything to cook with, but we did have a slow cooker but have never wanted to cook a stew in 32 degree heat. The best bit was the plastic cutlery and just 2 cups, all the china was old, chipped and odd. The fridge was smaller than one you would find in a caravan
