• ILYAS EMRE (8/5): Konforlu ve Sakin Konaklama - Otel temiz ve rahattı. Sakin huzurlu bir gece geçirdik. Ayrıca herhangi bir sorunda otel personeline kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Biz 4 arkadaş memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederiz. Duş başlıklarından su tam akmıyordu. Duş başlıklarının değişmesi ve temizlenmesi iyi olacaktır.
• José Antonio (4/5): Eine Erfahrung, die ich kein zweites Mal brauche. - Kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus Die Ausstattung ist teilweise defekt. Der Fernseher lässt sich nicht per Fernbedienung ausschalten, die Kanäle kann man nicht umschalten. Wir mussten den Stecker ziehen. Die Schalter und Steckdosen sind teilweise kaputt. Die Zimmertür fiel nicht mehr ins Schloss und musste immer mit dem Schlüssel abgeschlossen werden. Im Badeingang war eine sehr niedrige Stufe, die man beim Eintreten nicht bemerkt und man daher gefährlich ins Bad hineinstolpert. Sehr gefährlich. Wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt und sich nach vorne beugt, springt der Toilettendeckel aus der Halterung. Das Gestell in der Dusche war verdreckt und rostig. Als wir uns mit den Handtüchern abtrocknen wollten, fiel ein großer Büschel schwarzer Haare zwischen den Handtüchern heraus. So etwas habe ich noch nicht gesehen, einfach nur ekelhaft. Das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich und hat uns im stockfinsteren Schankraum empfangen. Frühstück haben wir dort nicht gegessen und können daher darüber nichts berichten.
• Ingrid (8/5): Ich war froh mal wieder auf dem Land zu wohnen. - Gefallen hat mir, dass ich fast alleine war in diesem Hotel und die Geräuschkulisse von anderen Gästen nicht vorhanden war. Gefallen hat mir, dass es eine Kühlschrank auf dem Flur gab und man mitgebrachtes Essen darin frisch halten konnte. Gefallen hat mir dass es einen Wasserkocher im Flur gab zur Mitbenutzung(Wärmflasche auffüllen). Gefallen hat mir, dass die Frühstückszeiten variabel ausgemacht werden konnten. Dass man Gauangelloxh nit Bus nicht erreichen kann. Es liegt zu abgelegen, Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass gleich zu Beginn ein Schaden auf dem Stuhlkissen passiert ist. Als ich eine Tragetasche auf dem Stuhl ablegte. Es kann ja nicht sein, dass ich im "Urlaub" auf alles achten und mitdenken soll. Also dass der Gast alles bezahlen muss am Ende. Das finde ich zu heftig.

• Capar (9/5): - Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und waren mit der Grosse des Zimmers Nr.11 zufrieden. Es was sauber und bequem. Würden es auch weiterempfehlen. Es gibt die Möglichkeit die Schlüssel auch nach Rezeptionsschluss ab 19:00 Uhr an der Tür in der Schlüsselbox mit dem gesendet Pin zu erhalten.

• Marita (3/5): This is a mediocre hotel which should charge patrons only 35€. It’s better suited as a hostel. - We didn’t like much. The “no refund” policy is pathetic and in place, we think, because the hotel is under equipped for today’s modern travelers. The hotel’s location was misrepresented as being in Leimen, but it was quite a distance from Leimen in Gauangelloch. Loch in German means hole, and it was assuredly that- a hole. Fifteen steps up a flight of stairs were required to enter the hotel, so not a good stay for anyone with mobility issues. The rooms were small, dated, but the mattresses were comfortable. The bedsheet they used felt like sandpaper, though- it was like a stretchy, Spandex-like, cheap towel texture. The worst part was the noisy location and the bathroom had mold in the grout. No full length mirror, one small trash can in bathroom, no mini-fridge in room (although one was made available upon request), no staff available on site except by phone, internet was ridiculously unstable and we were booted off repeatedly. When emailed an internet question, staff never responded, but they were readily available ten minutes before check-out time to make certain we were out on time. No coffee cups or utensils were available and got locked up after I found a coffee cup in an open cupboard. The hotel is on a very busy street with heavy road traffic beginning at 5:30 am and ending after midnight. Being summertime, the windows had to stay open and so the noise was constant and loud. Perhaps it’s better in wintertime when windows stay closed. Overall, our stay was quite disappointing. Everything could have been better- please read above statements. Thank you for having window screens on the windows which helps to keep mosquitoes, flies, and wall-climbing lizards out. The no refund policy does not inspire any confidence in your product. No staff on site. Moldy grout is disgusting. Horrible sheets.

• Allard (9/5): Family hotel in a quiet village. - Family hotel in a quiet village. Friendly staff. Large rooms, comfortable bed. Electric car can be charged nearby. The bathroom fixtures are dated. Reception closes at 19h ( but later check-in can often be arranged)
