• SUSAN (7/5): Good location and beautiful day and night views - Excellent location overlooking the river and easy to get to the restaurants shops and beach Lacks a coffee machine ! Also hit and miss what neighbours you get but we had very noisy ones that screamed a lot day and night ! This is out of the owners hand though and just luck of the draw ! Basic accommodation for the price per night . Went to use the washing machine but it was full of damp bed linen and towels which had not been removed .

• John (1/5): There are much better options in the area for the same cost. - Vivienne was a welcoming host and the view from the apartment is good The building is dated and the apartment had a musty smell. The crockery and cutlery was dirty on arrival and we needed to wash it all before use, which meant going out to buy washing materials. The washing machine filter was blocked with foul smelling sludge (see photo) and the towels and bedding although washed, had staining left which we found unpleasant. We had booked four nights but decided on the first evening to book an alternative for the last three nights (Q1 resort - 10/10!!). The wine and chocolates on the listing weren’t provided and the owner claimed they had been withdrawn six months earlier (even though they were still in the listing) The owner agreed a partial refund but a week later changed their mind and refused. There are much better options in the area.

Nice and quiet, clean, tidy and supplies of tea, coffee and essentials were fabulous. Great views of the Nerang river and carparking was secure and free which was fantastic. We were met by our host Vivienne which made it personal and we thank you for your flexibility with our arrival time. A most wonderful stay and would certainly recommend and return next time we come over from New Zealand. The pool toilet and shower needed a damn good clean. Was a bit scary and needed some TLC

It was right on the river where you could sit on your balcony and watch the boats. The street and supermarket etc was just a short walk. There is a pool for you to use. The view at night is fantastic. There is parking for your car. Highly recommend this place. There was nothing to dislike about this property. Everything is great.

Quite area considering how close it was to Surfers paradise resturants, bars and retail areas. Love the welcome bottle of wine that was a bonus. Lovely host. Easy to collect keys with a phone call and drop off via letter box. Nothing to complain about
