• Katie (10/5): Lovely place and fantastic host. - Amadeus’s place is absolutely lovely. It’s small but has everything you need - a little jewel. The neighbourhood is fantastic. There’s a great pub with delicious food next door and another one 5 minutes away. Great access to central London from two different tube stations. Just a perfect base for exploring. Nothing! It’s great.

• Carmen (10/5): Best place to stay in all of London - I could not fault this property, Amadeus, the host was terrific . The pre arrival videos showing how to use equipment and even allowing me to leave bags a little earlier and then later on check-out was very kind. The apartment has all you need, the space is really well thought out, and if I could give 20 out of 10 I would. Having a washer /dryer allows you to travel light Location is perfect, between Cromwell Rd and Kensington High Street. Please do not hesitate to book, it is a true gem, you wont be disappointed. Nothing.

• Mark (8/5): Good - The location is good. Between to metro stations Earls court and high street Kensington. It’s a nice area with nice houses on the street. The studio is spacious for London. We liked that we were able to go in 1 hour earlier than 3 because of an early flight. Amadeus comes across as a good guy. This is more feedback on what could be better: - The fan in the bathroom is only making a sound but doesn’t actually have any airflow. If this is fixed, I’m sure it will improve the damped air in the room. - We assumed there were the basics such as shampoo, showergel and what not. They were there, unfortunately as left overs in a drawer from previous guests with the hairs still on the bottle. Just hang 2 simple dispensers in the shower. We had to buy showergel, something I don’t like to spend time on during a city trip. - If the little terrace outside would be cleaned and you put 2 bistro chairs, you could actually have some coffee there in the morning.

• Lisa-ann (10/5): Fabulous location in a perfect appointed studio. - Fantastic location in a lovely tree lined road. There was privacy on the terrace to enjoy a drink and the bed was very comfortable. It was only a short stay but we are planning to return to this property for future London visits. Amadeus was incredibly accommodating and flexible. He takes immense pride in ensuring his guests have a great stay.

The pub is located next door and a nice Italian-style breakfast place is around the next corner. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Amadeus was such a great and proactive host. He contacted us days before we arrived and explained everything with helpful videos. He was always available for any quick questions. The check-in was very easy.

• Anirudh (10/5): Beautiful location - The location was fantastic; beautiful streets and very close (10 min walk) to the High St Kensington Underground Station and Earl's Court Underground Station. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Everything needed for the laundry was present. Amadeus was such a fabulous host. He had contacted us a week before we reached and explained everything. The check-in was a breeze. He was always available for any quick questions.

Prior to arrival, the host contacted us and provided information about the indoor facilities, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The space is just right, and cooking is very convenient with a well-equipped kitchen including utensils and seasonings. It's close to the subway and supermarket, in a tranquil neighborhood. Will definitely stay again.

• Maree (10/5): Fantastic and I would recommend 100% - We stayed for just under 3 weeks. The studio was right between Earls Court and Kensington underground stations, making it very accessible to reach pretty much anywhere. The Murphy bed was extremely comfortable and easy to use. Block out curtain’s did just that. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed,and had enough cupboard space when we shopped. The laundry had washing liquid and fabric softener and the appliances washing machine and dryer worked very well. The bathroom was very spacious and had a great bath/shower. Plenty of storage area for clothes. As we had an extended stay we had cleaning done every 5 days, which was done very well. Amadeus made sure we were comfortable and nothing was a problem. The steps down to the studio were a bit tricky in the rain, or with large luggage. Really minor issue and we definitely coped.

Also, the host went out of his way to make sure all was well and was very helpful regarding transportation. The few stairs going down to the apartment were quite steep for a middle aged woman. Not an issue if careful.

Positioned in a beautiful street, and a short walk from two tube stations - this made it super convenient to get to various lines to get around the city. Host was great and super accomodating - met us to ensure we checked in smoothly. Bed was super comfy! Nothing.
• Liza (7/5): Good - The apartment is very modern , the bed was very comfortable - the best we’ve had compared to other 3 apartments during my 3-week holiday ( 1 in London, 1 in Vienna and the other in Prague) and well equipped. However my normal travel luggage will not really fit this small apartment and we did not manage to cool as we had planned as there is no cooker hood , to avoid the whole apartment becomes smelly with our cooking. It is an underground unit, accessibility via side gate a few steps down - if you carry big luggages - can become a hassle. Apartment is small or rather, was not as expected when i did my booking via Booking.com . The host was very nice to us though and i shall choose to stay again IF we carry light luggage and we choose a really central location

Lovely host who lives in the apartment above super handy for any issues (there wasn’t any issues) he came down and welcomed me and gave me the keys even though there is a lockbox for when he isn’t available. nothing
• Jessica (10/5): Unparalleled Comfort and Convenience: A Remarkable Stay in London - The flat is incredibly comfortable, having undergone recent remodeling and boasting state-of-the-art furniture. I wholeheartedly recommend it for both short and extended stays in London. For the first time, I felt completely at ease and secure in the city. Everything is conveniently close by: the tube, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, and parks. Without a doubt, I would choose this place again for my next stay. To top it all off, Amadeus provided excellent service and support. Thank you very much for everything.

• Victoria (10/5): Great little place in good location - The location is great , short walk to High street Kensington underground. There is a good pub just a few meters away and a lovely Deli and Italian restaurant around the corner. Although the space is compact you have everything you need and the bed is very comfortable for a good nights rest. Nothing really, it suited us perfectly for a 2 night stay.

• Ballymore (9/5): Well placed weekender flat with all the mod cons - Very well situated basmenent flat in Kensignton. The host (Amadeus) was easy to contact and explained how to access the apartment. The small flat is very good for a single or couple. Any more than two people would not work. Halfway between Kensington High Street and Earls Court means that you can access shopping and transport around London very easily. The pub two doors down the road is excellent. The only drawback may have been the lack of tea towels for drying up dishes and glassware.
• Michael (8/5): A good apartment in Kensington - This apartment is very good. It now has a fold down bed which gave a lounge area during the day. The kitchen was basic but adequate. The clothes washing machines were exceptionally good. It is about 10 minutes walk to the tube which is OK for London. There are basic shops and a pub within 50 metres. The kitchen lacks a few bits and pieces- toaster, knives etc.
• Onder (8/5): Very good - Location is perfect. There are two underground stations, Earl’s Court and High Street Kensington. The location is in a central place. The facility is a bit stuffy. It needs to be ventilated constantly.
• Warragulmike (9/5): Superb - Has to be the best bathroom of any of our London rentals, the rest of the apartment is well provided and our host was quick to respond to any issues.
• Keith (10/5): Best accommodation to stay in Kensington for couples and singles. You will not find a better place to stay in this area. - Recently installed Murphy Fold up bed make good use of the sleeping space and the WiFi excellent and fast. We love the small kitchen and also being able to wash clothes and dryer during our stay. nothing

• Booth (9/5): well placed and well thought out studio, ideal for a short break - This is a studio flat but the space is well designed with a good size bathroom and a kitchen that you could cook in, although we didn’t as we were so close to cafes. A bonus to have a washer and drier cleverly fitted in. Short walk to Kensington High Street tube. Good cafe for breakfast nearby, the Muffin Man. Two doors down from a pub which we didn’t visit but it looked inviting; but also nice and quiet in the flat at night time. In a very pleasant neighbourhood. no negatives.
