• ALBERTO (7/5): Fenomenal - Ubicación A las 8,00 de la mañana estaban haciendo obra en el apartamento de la planta baja, mucho ruido y golpes.

• naima (7/5): - Posizione perfetta: la zona è piena di ristoranti, tapas bar e vicina al mercato di Triana, ma l’appartamento si trova in una strada secondaria molto tranquilla. È comodo anche per chi arriva in autobus dall’aeroporto. Il centro si raggiunge in circa 10 minuti a piedi. Noi viaggiavamo con passeggini e il palazzo è provvisto di ascensore, il che è stato molto comodo. Inoltre, la cucina è ben attrezzata, con pentole, posate e tutto il necessario. Il divano letto si trova in soggiorno e purtroppo non è molto comodo. Inoltre deve essere preparato autonomamente; considerando che eravamo in quattro, sarebbe stato piacevole trovarlo già pronto al nostro arrivo. Tra l’altro non ho trovato le lenzuola, ma solo i cuscini e un piumone. Sarebbe stato inoltre gradito trovare qualche piccola attenzione in più, come delle cialde per il caffè, un po’ di olio nel caso qualcuno volesse cucinare e magari anche un rotolo di carta igienica in più.

• Bruno (8/5): bom apartamento e bem localizado para explorar a cidade de sevilha - ótima localização, a 15 minutos maximo apé da Catedral e da praça nova. A Zona de Triana próxima da calle Betis é uma boa opção para alojamento dada a sua proximidade com o centro histórico. bem fornecida a nivel de estacionamento ( recomendo o parque do mercado de Triana) . destaco a facilidade de comunicação com o anfitrião na gestão do check in, respondendo atempadamente sempre a todas as solicitações. o apartamento apesar de cuidado e muito limpo, denota algum desgaste sobretudo no wc, no entanto, não deixa de ser confortável acolhedor e tem boa relação preço qualidade. outro incoveniente poderá ser o facto de ter caldeira, para uma familia de 4 pessoas, a água tem de ser bem gerida na hora do banho para não termos o incoveniente da água fria.

• Marine (10/5): Appartement super - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. La localisation est idéale : à deux pas du centre et des monuments, dans un quartier vivant et agréable. Malgré cela, aucun bruit dans l’immeuble, le calme est total, parfait pour se reposer. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la cuisine ni le salon, mais tout le matériel nécessaire est présent. L’accueil a été superbe, la personne qui nous a reçus parle très bien français, ce qui nous a énormément aidés vu notre espagnol limité. L’appartement est propre (même si pas impeccable à la perfection, détail pour les plus maniaques). Pour ceux qui séjournent à plusieurs, un double des clés est prévu. La sécurité est optimale avec plusieurs portes et grilles renforcées. Seul petit bémol : une odeur d’humidité qui persiste parfois. Mais dans l’ensemble, nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et y reviendrions avec plaisir !

• Aleksandra (9/5): Very nice, super location - The location of this appartment is perfect. Triana is super nice neighbourhood, with the market, bars, restaurants and near the river. The walk to the city center 15minutes. The appartment was clean, the staff is super nice and helpful. No street view and to get fresh air in the appartment is a bit of a challenge. The bathroom is a little small to get around.

• Ejmar (9/5): Superb - The apartment was nice and clean with good facilities and at a nice location. We enjoyed our stay. For two people, the apartment was quite spacious and perfect. For 4 people, I think it might be a bit on the small side.
• Deborah (10/5): Seville is a wonderful city and this apartment was a fantastic place to stay whilst visiting. - The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Air conditioning was very effective, however we only used it for our first two days as the apartment is protected from the sun and actually nice and cool. Wi-fi was very good. Communication with the management team was excellent both before and during our stay. Location couldn’t have been better. The apartment is only a 15 minute walk to/from the bus station at Plaza de Armas for the airport bus and no more than a 20-25 minute walk to all of Seville’s main attractions. Triana itself is a lovely neighbourhood with plenty of bars and shops, and a nice walk along the river. I am struggling to think of anything we didn’t like about the apartment. The only thing was, as the windows looked out towards the central core of the apartment, you couldn’t look out onto the world to see what the weather was doing. Although this did mean, as mentioned before, the apartment was protected from the sun and was nice and cool, and you also did not hear any noise from the street so it was quiet. So not really a bad thing.
