• Manuel Angel (5/5): Lugar céntrico - Lugar céntrico y bien comunicado Tuvimos que ducharnos en otra habitación por avería, entendemos que no es culpa del alojamiento que no se pudiera arreglar de inmediato, por lo menos nos facilitaron otro apartamento para ducharnos.

Köszönöjük a kávét, kekszeket és a lekvárokat :) Csak a zuhanyzóban volt melegvíz, a WC tartály feltöltésekor olyan hangot adott, hogy aki aludt is felébredt. Az előszobában jól jött volna a egy ruhafogas

• Steve (7/5): - We personally found the beds comfortable. The outside electric shutters gave a very dark night sleep which was ideal. Elisabetta such a helpful women. A very basic property that could really do with some maintenence. We couldn't get hot water when we arrived which delayed us getting out. They got it going but it was barely usable. No hot water to the kitchen sink. Unfortunately the nice balconies face inward so not appealing to sit out on. Its a good location but as I say very basic. The staff Elisabetta was so helpful to us and without her things would have been very different. One more thing if the operators to read this. A sofa/couch would be lovely in the main living room.

• Lleshi [C] (10/5): - Our stay at Casa Teri was perfect. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and everything honestly was exceptional. It was really near all the attractions we wanted to visit. If I ever visit Rome again, Casa Teri will be again the place I will book to stay.

Bei solchen Zuständen und zu dem Preis. - Die Klimaanlage Dass direkt neben den Haus eine Baustelle ist, die morgens um 7 anfangen bis in die frühen Abendstunden und man nicht schlafen kann. Die Baustelle ist direkt neben an. Auch wenn die Fenster zu sind, bringt es nichts. Und im Badezimmer sind Schimmel. Die Stühle in der Küche wackeln. Die Küche ist nicht vollausgestattet. Und ständig ist es laut im Haus.

• Jayne (8/5): Very good - Locality. Staff were very informative and prompt to answer questions. A sofa or comfy chairs. Noise from workers very early in the morning was a disturbance.
• Korman (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect. The apartment was big. The staff were very nice and helpful. All windows and balconies are facing the back of another building full of air conditioners and construction sites. The bathroom is very old, the ceiling is broken, the shower is very small and only attached to the wall.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Highly recommend - Staying at Casa Teri was a great experience. The location is excellent, close to many important attractions, yet not overly touristy. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby, especially gelateria la Romana. The property itself is well-maintained and very comfortable, but what we appreciated most was the service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Receptionist Elisabetta even personally changed the shower head in our room to make sure we could fully enjoy the shower. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended! Nothing

• Mirshod (9/5): Great location. Beautiful flat. Great host. - The apartment is spacious, nice kitchen facilities, the location is great too. The view from the balcony ) at the was renovation work going on but this was temporary, anyway the property is great.
• Sijijing (9/5): Superb - good location, bus stop and enough restaurant nearby, can walk to the old city and Vatican within 30min. nice cleanness and the apartment is actually a beautiful old architecture. The key has a embarrassed problem but the staff is so friendly and helpful, which is solved within 2 hours. all in all, this hotel provide us a nice memory of city of Rome

• Natalia (1/5): Attention: Demolition Work Near the Apartment - It seems that Booking.com and its business partner scammed us out of over 1500 euros and ruined our vacations, and now you say, ‘Sorry, we cannot help.’ This is not the customer experience we expected. We have been using Booking.com to rent apartments and order taxis for several years, spending thousands of Euros on these services. We now clearly see that renting apartments with Booking.com is highly risky and can lead to financial and psychological damage if anything goes wrong. I recently stayed at Casa Teri and I must express my disappointment with the overall experience. Upon arrival at the apartment on the 27th of March, we were immediately greeted by the constant and deafening noise originating from nearby construction work. The sound of hammers, drills, and other demolition tasks permeated the entire vicinity, making it an extremely unpleasant environment. The construction workers continued demolishing tasks throughout our whole stay. We contacted the company and our contact assured us that “the constriction work would continue only between 10 am-1 pm, which was not true, as the work started again before 8 am. Also, there was no information in the offer description that there would be any noisy work close to the apartment - knowing that, we would never make that reservation. Regrettably, the situation did not improve, and we were left with no choice but to leave the apartment on the 28th of March and find alternative accommodation at short notice. Despite the disruptive demolition work taking place near the apartment, Casa Teri failed to provide a refund for our stay.

• Sherry (10/5): Amazing! - So clean and the 2 rooms were so spacious The only small thing is that a sofa would be nice so you can relax in the kitchen/ living space
• Paul (10/5): Perfect for a Rome sites visit. - Perfect location to see Rome. Air conditioning was excellent. Courtyard balcony was lovely to relax on. Lots of shops/ restaurants/ bars all close by. Bus stops just outside. Taxi rank 5 minute stroll. Nothing.

• Kirsty (9/5): Great place for a good price near Castel St Angelo. Short walk to Vatican and Piazza Navona. - good location although not close to metro. cab was only 12 euros from Termini. 20 min walk to Lepanto station. We didn’t have hot water on the first morning.
• Martin (10/5): Excellent location, friendly service, clean hotel - outstanding value for money. - Excellent and safe location meaning that we were able to do many things in Rome without wasting much time on transport. The host at the reception desk was very kind and helpful by giving us a paper map with many notations on it stating where the main sites of interests where such as the Spanish steps and the Colosseum; she also gave us another paper stating where her favourite tourist places were and which restaurants were best to go to. The place itself was excellent, with 3 towels provided for each person along with some pots, pans and cutleries in the kitchen which also included a large smart TV on the wall; all the necessary sanitaries in the bathroom were provided such as shampoo and body wash. Beds were comfortable and big enough for 2 people to sleep on. Overall a great experience and oustanding value for money. Sometimes a loud machinery noise can be heard during the middle of the night in the bedroom by the entrance of the hotel. Nothing too major but something to watch out for that can affect light sleepers.
• Катя (7/5): Good - Great location, clean apartments Building next door has some conditioners or smth like that, even at night we closed all windows, but still had some noise. To add, one evening it wasn`t electricity only in our apartment and we weren`t able to reach to host. No phone call, no whatsapp reply. In 2 hour I got the message in whatsapp "thank you for contacting us", but it was all I got. Was really upset, because it was evening before we were leaving next day Also we noticed host that there are going to be 4 people. But there were only 2 spoons, 2 plates etc in the apartment.

We initially booked other apartment in city, it was so bad, we couldn't stay there, so we started looking for apartments and found this, and we were so glad we choosed this. We lose money of first apartment but still it was worth spending this extra on casa teri. Its more better than the images.
• Panagiotis (8/5): Very good - We liked the central location of the appartment, the superb kitchen with new fridge and oven and rooms were also comfortable. We also felt quite secure. On our last night, a terrible noise from a broken external air-condition device, did not let me sleep until 03:00 AM.
• Andrea (9/5): it was a cool and comfy haven in the 40 degrees Rome - gorgeous building, super location. the apartment is very well equipped and everything works. clean and comfortable. the staff is very friendly and beyond helpful we could have used a small sofa or an armchair at the sitting area. but the dining table and chairs provided are great.
