• Guest (10/5): I recommend this place!!! - Geri and his family were so friendly and welcomed us with great hospitality and warmth!! We were amazed from the excellent breakfast which came in big portions. Also the rooms were big and very clean! There was a private parking and the rooms were close to everything - the center was at 2-3 mins by walk and the beaches were at 10 mins by walk. We thank you for everything and we will choose to come to you again for sure if we came back to Ksamil :) Everything was perfect!!
• Joanna (10/5): Fantastyczny pobyt w rodzinnej atmosferze - Serdecznie polecamy Vilę Geri - panuje tam rodzinna atmosfera - w prowadzenie noclegów zaangażowana jest cała rodzina. Mama i babcia przyrządzają przepyszne albańskie śniadania i dbają o porządek, dziadek zawsze uśmiechnięty bramę otworzy, a Gery - młody człowiek, który dwoi się i troi, żeby urlop trwał w dobrej atmosferze :). Na miejscu jest bardzo czysto, byliśmy 5 dni - każdego dnia było urozmaicenie w śniadaniu, wszystko pyszne i świeże, coś na słodko i owoce, także kawa, czy płatki dla dziecka. Można także zamówić coś na obiad - próbowaliśmy makaronu z owocami morza - pyszne 😍 i bardzo dobrej cenie. Po 2 noclegach zaproponowano nam sprzątanie. Pokój wysprzątany na błysk. W pokoju jest dostępna lodówka, jest TV z youtubem, klimatyzacja, łóżka duże i wygodne, dostępny jest taras. Łazienka jest malutka i dłużej schnie po kąpieli, ale to nie problem :). Do plaży bezpłatnej ok 800m. Do płatnej wystarczy przejść przez drogę. Blisko główna ulica ze sklepami oraz restauracjami. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Serdecznie polecamy to miejsce. Dziękuję za troskę 🥰. Falamiderit Łazienka w naszym apartamencie mogłaby mieć zasłonkę - ale to nie był duży problem ;)

• Arben (10/5): - Das Hotel liegt nah am Meer, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das kostenlose Frühstück war super lecker und ausgewogen. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen und empfehle es weiter.

Il y a un parking où il y a un vigile pour les voitures qui est le grand père 😀 De plus les appartements sont très bien situés à Ksamil, environ 5min du centre ville. • Stefan (8/5): Trevlig personal, mysigt ställe - Jättetrevligt att vi fick hjälp med att tvätta våra kläder en kväll. 👍 När vi av misstag råkade lämna tillbaka fel vita handduk, och blev uppringda för att vända tillbaka (10mil) och lämna deras (likadana) handduk. Detta skulle vi "bara lösa och lämna", var första beskedet. Vilket gjorde oss stressade och besvikna. Dock löste sig detta smidigt och vi slapp allt extra strul. Tack för förståelsen.. ☀️ Åter igen, beklagar att det blev så.

• Husherna (10/5): A loving family owned vila - Vila Geri is located very strategically in Ksamil. It is near some really good restaurants and a supermarket. You can also easily walk to a few different beaches from there (5-10 min walk), yet it is in a peaceful, family-friendly area. The room was spacious, with an attached bathroom, and has the basic amenities. The family that runs it is really sweet, too. They are very attentive to any needs or questions you have. There was a big breakfast that kept us very full each day. The vila is surrounded by lots of plants - grapes, pomegranate, flowers, etc. All in all, 100% recommended. Thank you for giving us a memorable stay! Nothing!

Odată la 2 zile se face curățenie generală! Apropo și comod înafara de mic dejun inclus poți face comandă și din meniul lor căci prețurile nu diferă de cele din oraș!...

La posizione è ottima, si raggiungono le spiagge in soli 5 minuti a piedi ed il centro in 2 minuti, restando fuori dal caos della cittadina. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo è eccellente, molto abbondante, servita con un mix di prodotti freschi sia salati che dolci. Il servizio è delizioso, Gery è un ragazzo giovanissimo che parla molto bene inglese e sua madre, una cuoca fantastica, una donna sensibile ed amorevole. Le stanze sono curate e soprattutto pulite, a giorni alterni viene effettuato il cambio degli asciugamani e delle lenzuola. Il terrazzo, giusto nelle dimensioni, sempre ventilato, consente di rilassarsi dal frastuono serale. Abbiamo soggiornato con un bimbo di tre anni e ci siamo trovati benissimo, non potevamo scegliere un posto migliore, lo consigliamo vivamente.

Luogo a due passi dal centro, ed è tutto veramente bello e pulito, soggiorno perfetto, anche grazie alla cura e alla dedizione della gestione, che è a conduzione familiare (la proprietaria e il figlio sono veramente delle brave persone, di cuore e adorabili!) Anche se non parlava bene l'inglese, suo figlio lo parlava benissimo e non abbiamo avuto alcuna difficoltà nel comunicare. Siamo andati con un bambino di 9 mesi e non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà grazie alla disponibilità dello staff. Colazione Ottima! Molto abbondante, varia e preparata fresca ogni mattina dalla signora. Posizionata a pochi minuti di distanza dal mare, la strada è percorribile a piedi (noi avevamo sempre il passeggino). Consiglio davvero questa struttura!

Obiekt spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Pokój był czysty i sprzątany na życzenie gości. Śniadania pyszne, robione przez właścicieli. Świeże i lokalne. Geri super chłopak bardzo pomocny, mówiący po angielsku więc można się bez problemu dogadać. Bezpieczne miejsce. Starszy Pan zawsze uśmiechnięty tak samo jak jego żona. Pobyt był za krótki.

Çok sıcakkanlı ve güleryüzlü bir aile işletmesi. 2 yaşındaki oğlumuz için yumurtayı haşlamalarını rica etmiştik, diğer günler biz sormadan yumurtamız hazırdı. Kahvaltı her gün farklı ve oldukça yeterliydi. Oda yeterince temizdi ve 2 gün sonra temizlik isteyip istemediğimiz sorularak odamız tekrar temizlendi. Ksamile tekrar gelirsek tek adresimiz burası olur. Tüm aile çok güleryüzlü özelliklede Geri!

La struttura è curatissima e pulitissima, si respira un’atmosfera familiare e rilassata. Colazione davvero ottima, abbondante e con prodotti freschi. • Chantal (10/5): - Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist mit ganz viel Liebe gemacht und es ist sehr familiär. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber.

• Guest (8/5): Siamo stati molto bene e ci tornerò sicuramente. - Geri e Ida, i gestori, sono persone davvero squisite, ben oltre ogni aspettativa. Ogni volta che abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualcosa, si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili e attenti. Un esempio della loro straordinaria umanità: la colazione è prevista dalle 8:00, ma l’ultimo giorno avevamo necessità di anticiparla. Ida, con grande gentilezza, ci ha fatto trovare tutto pronto già alle 6:30. Una persona fantastica, come tutto il soggiorno. Un piccolo “difetto” riguarda la doccia, che risulta poco pratica e non molto spaziosa. Inoltre, mancava il bagnoschiuma.
