• Ye Lian (10/5): I had a nice time at the property - This location is excellent, very convenient, three minutes walk to the supermarket and short walk to the beach, twenty minutes walk to the town, and many restaurants around the property The kettle is too old, looks very dirty, should be change it, apart from that, everything is perfect
• Alida (8/5): Comfortable apartment - The location was amazing. Seaview and close to shops and restaurants. We were a group of 6 and the apartment only had 4 dinner plates. We dined out most evenings, but I expect enough crockery to cater for the number of guests. There were pasta bowls and small plates. The 2 smaller bedrooms were very hot at night as it seemed the aircon did not reach it.

• Rosemary (10/5): Wonderful, relaxing stay in a beautiful apartment. - Fabulous apartment, with wonderful views over the swimming pool and sea. Sparkling clean and well appointment. Sara, who met us was so helpful showing us around the property and gave us excellent advice and recommendations about the local area. Thank you Sara. The location is superb and walkable into Estepona. Well appointed apartment, with everything you need.
• Nichola (9/5): Fantastic stay, loved the apartment and its location. - Location-right on the costal path, just a short walk into Estepona. Nice and quiet. Property-beautifully decorated and plenty of space for a group of 5/6 people. Grounds well maintained and lovely large pool. En-suite large and good sized shower, little extras provided like shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Full sized and powerful hairdryer. Shower in bathroom had to be held to be used, as facing the wall and couldn’t be adjusted. En-suite door didn’t shut properly (but not really an issue). Would’ve liked a mid-stay clean, change of bedding and towels, price for next year has increased considerably and I would expect this to be included.
• Michelle (10/5): Fantastic location and great views. Large unit with plenty of space. Small condo complex so it was quiet and we often ha - Can not beat the location!!! The views of the water from the unit are fantastic and the boardwalk is directly out the gate which offers a lovely ~5 minute walk into town. We specifically liked the large deck. The shower in the secondary bathroom was very small for our two teenage kids so we all used the primary shower. But that was truly our only complaint.
• Helen (10/5): Really enjoyed a 2 week stay in a stylish apartment with a fantastic sea view and outlook, convenient location for Estep - The property had been updated to a very good standard and had everything needed for a 2 week stay. The fittings & furnishings were comfortable and stylish. The location was perfect for very manageable walk into Estepona town. There was also a very convenient & large supermarket very close for all provisions required. The small part residential urbanisation was generally quiet and peaceful with a really good-sized pool and a fantastic sea view from the property. Being gated community the security was good and made you feel very safe. Our contact with our host was friendly & efficient and we felt if we had any issues they would be dealt with professionally and quickly. The proximity of a newly built restaurant was a downside as on a few occasions the thumping bass of music cld be heard late at night until midnight and on one occasion til 2am. It wasn’t every night just on a few occasions but we were surprised how late it continued.

The apartment was well equipped and location was quiet and peaceful. However it was only a short walk into Espteona centre. The grounds and pool area were well kept. Would recommend.
• Tracy (10/5): Relaxing, spacious comfort in a quiet, beautiful location. - Everything, the location is perfect for wandering in to Estepona, the balcony is a gorgeous place to enjoy the sun and the view and the apartment is spacious, spotless and very well equipped. We had such a comfortable 3 nights, cared for by the lovely Sara who was always available should we have needed her. We will definitely stay again next time we’re down that way, missing the view already! Nothing, it was perfect for our needs.

Great location within ten minute walk to bars and restaurants along coastal path. Supermarket was very nearby. It was as described when booking There was nothing we didn’t like. A small niggle was that we were only given a single set of keys which was annoying if wanting to go out separately. I did suggest to our host if the party staying were bigger it would be problematic.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped, in a very nice location with direct access to the coastal walkway, only 10 min from Estepona with its many restaurants and bars, and 5 min from a big supermarket. We had a great time thre and even enjoyed a few swims in the pool. I would highly recommend

• Francesco (10/5): you won’t find a better location - best location ever! walking distance from Estepona promenade and many services. unfortunately we were on a road trip and only stayed one night. just few steps from the beach. apartment is brand new and clean. the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Africa worth the value itself.
