В пешей доступности достопримечательности Нет вида из обеих окон. Из них видно зону барбекю другой квартиры. И слышны голоса соседей. Запах канализации из ванной комнаты

• KLEINTA (4/5): - το διαμέρισμα δεν είχε ούτε τα βασικά όπως ένα αφρόλουτρο , οι μισές πρίζες δεν λειτουργούσαν καν, το σπίτι γενικά είχε μια κακή μυρωδιά η οποια πήγαζε από το μπάνιο . Σε καθαριότητα ειλικρινά μέτριο. Μια περιποίηση παραπάνω δεν θα έβλαπτε ειναι κρίμα να είναι έτσι σε μια τόσο καλή τοποθεσια Το μόνο που άξιζε ειναι αυτη εξάλλου και παίρνει 10 μονο γιαυτο , όλα τα αλλα απλά για έναν ύπνο και όχι πολλά πολλά

• cecilia (4/5): Camera con angolo cottura in centro. - La posizione è perfetta, si è in centro. Letto comodo, acqua calda quando vuoi, c'è a disposizione il boiler. Camera abbastanza calda. L'arrivo è stato scioccante, lo studio , si tratta di questo di fatto, camera con angolo cottura, non appartamento, è in una palazzina fatiscente, sporca; al nostro piano c'era una fabbrica di scarpe credo, la porta di questo ambiente restava aperta e c'era gente che urlava la prima sera, poi sabato e domenica per fortuna no. Nello studio il bagno era improponibile, però la doccia era comoda, ma il lavandino piccolo, il vater scomodissimo, lo scarico non funzionava, ogni volta dovevamo usare il secchio.

• CRISTÓBAL (4/5): Muy bien ubicada pero muy mal acondicionada - Está claro que la ubicación es muy buena, justo al lado de la plaza Monastiraki y puedes ir a pie a casi todos los lugares. Según entras el olor a humedad y bajante del baño es muy desagradable. Las ventanas dan a los patios de otras viviendas por lo que no puedes dejarlas abiertas para ventilar la habitación. El colchón ya pide un cambio y los enchufes no funcionan. En general necesita una renovación total.

• Adriaan (6/5): - De centrale ligging Het verblijf is zeer sterk verouderd, waardoor het minder hygiënisch is. Er zijn heel veel oppervlakkige herstellingen gebeurd doorheen de tijd en dat laat zeer sterke sporen na. Verluchten is zeer moeilijk en de ramen kijken uit op het balkon van andere kamers.

• Peter (2/5): Bring everything you might need and have low expectations if you decide to stay at this location. - Great location the bed was comfortable Poor response with issues and questions . Had to have booking.com intervene before we received any correspondence from the owner. Contacted owner that there was no shower curtain in case they were not aware . They stated yes they removed it prior to our reservation. Showers thus ended up with flooding water all over the floors creating a very dangerous slip and fall situation. Had to use the 3 towels they provided for our 3 day stay to mop up the water. There was no instructions on username or password provided. Waited half a day to get instructions on how to access this service. Half the lights fid not work in the apartment. There was no dish towels now hand soap. Paint pealing half of the electrical outlets don’t work. I have stayed in a number of 3rd world countries that had better management service and upkeep. The only thing going for this location is location.
• Turenko (10/5): Exceptional - Location in the heart of Athens
• Fabian (8/5): Very good - The apartment location is excellent, some steps away from Monastiraki Square (the heart of Athens with easy access to the Acropolis). Comfortable bed, linen, towels, dishes, cutlery, fridge and a small electric oven. The WiFi connection was very optimal. The hall may be noisy in the evenings from time to time. If you don't mind about it, I recommend it 100%. The shower curtain was missing too.
• Man (7/5): Small studio for short stay, in VERY good location but bad soundproof - The location is really good, 3mins walking to the central area, convenient for sightseeing and dining. Clear instruction for check in. Minimal supply & facilities provided eg towels, kettle, refrigerator, mugs and even iron, BUT no hair dryer, hand soap - not a problem given it’s low cost However, soundproof is really bad, you can hear people in corridors (not even talking but just people walking and opening doors, any sound is projected really well to this room and seems so near you). Annoyed when being woken up at 3am by a neighbour returning home (he/she wasn’t yelling but just the walking and door opening sound. There are also construction noise (or restaurant operation noise? not sure) starting from earl morning like before 8:30am, a bit later at 9am on Saturday. There is also frequent water sound from toilet bcz of neighbouring flat flushing so may not be suitable for people who are sensitive to sound. Lastly but not least, hot water come out quite quickly. However, I had a terrible shower the first time as the hot water ran out quickly (in 3-5mins). Then I realise that I need to turn on the hot water switch which is in the switch box on the wall, that usually people won’t touch. I wish the host had reminded me about the hot water switch, or put up some really obvious notice or just keep the switch on all the time… Barely any communication after check-in.
