• Diana (1/5): - Actually i not stay there because don't have any vacant rooms. I already pay with booking.com. the receptionist at the hotel keeps saying that there is no booking under my name. So i did an email about this but don't have a response. I called the person in charge and they gave the hotel number. But still don't give any solution to settle the problem.

Ask the man politely that I need to rest. But he got angry and said he already lower down the volume why I still can hear it? The room is not sound proof and he refused to turn off the music.

• Leonard (5/5): Not expecting too much - Smooth check in. Restaurant is conveniently situated downstairs. The blanket provided is very thin and small holes on it. Toilet drain is clogged, bathroom got flooded whenever taking a shower.

• Hanis (1/5): worst experience, not worth at all, feel like this hotel cheating on us - nothing at all dirty level 100000. please do not believe photos advertised. booked diff room and already tell them we will arrived late in the morning and in total 5 adult with 2 rooms but he said okay. unfortunately when we are there he said already gave the room to someone else and need to pay extra for another room. long story short we just accept as we arrived 2am with infant somemore. they give us room that looks like abandoned for long time. most of us feel itchy right away cz the bed is in poor condition, i think they didnt change the bedsheet. the curtain like in horror movie. bathroom dirty. lamp is not working. also they are so hard to reply to your message. if only they replied earlier i will cancel and look for another option. I got so many thing to explain so not worth it. just for few hours stay. my worst hotel experience ever. will never ever repeat this place. so frustrated as i just notice they did this to so many customers already

Ask for sejadah for prayer they dont hv.. but i think all hotel must provide atleast 1 sejadah for Muslim prayer. Hotel dont have any cabinet or table at room..

• Brian (1/5): Avoid the hotel at all cost! Left me without a room even after you have a confirmed reservati - It was a nightmare, they refused me check-in in the middle of the night! Refusal of checking in. Confirmed reservation, but they said it's full. A horrible attitude, left me stranded in the middle of the night after midnight in an unsafe dark and scary area!
