La anfitriona muy amable, siempre accesible por whatsapp, no me esperaba no conocerca en persona, pero no nos faltó de nada. La cama no es muy cómoda, y la habitación tiene poca luz. Es un entresuelo por lo tanto las ventanas solo puedes abrirlas cuando estás dentro, y si te vas pronto tienes pocas posibilidades de ventilar. Por la noche se oía mucho ruido del baño y de la habitación de al lado. El baño bastante justo en cuanto al tamaño y las toallas no secan con facilidad por estar todo muy cerrado. Creo que es un poco caro calidad-precio.

• Elisah (8/5): geweldig! - Lisa Vatican Room is de perfecte uitvalbasis als je de stad wilt gaan verkennen, maar wel een rustige omgeving wilt verblijven. Je zit midden in het centrum, maar dit gevoel heb je absoluut niet. Natuurlijk hoor je wel wat stadsgeruis, maar dat is logisch in zo'n drukke stad. We hadden een superfijne kamer. Schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De communicatie met Sylvia was uitstekend. We hebben elkaar helemaal niet gezien, maar middels what's app waren we helemaal up to date. Echt perfect als je een weekend weg wilt en niet veel gebruikmaakt van je verblijf. Er was niet echt ruimte om even lekker te zitten of te hangen op een bank bijvoorbeeld. Het is echt een kamer, met echt alle gemakken en super goed verzorgd. Maar als je toch langer op je kamer even wilt hangen bijvoorbeeld ben je wel aangewezen op het bed en is er ook geen gezamenlijke ruimte of iets van een binnentuin waar je even kan ontspannen.

S - The location of the property is fantastic, walking distance to Vatican. Location to the metro is very close and easy to get around the city as a whole. So many restaurants, delis and shops so close to Lisa Vatican rooms. The rooms are fantastic and very clean with a cleaning service available every morning. At the moment they are replaced once in 4 days. It would be great to have a working a/c but it was not too warm outside and didn't affect us too much.

We were disappointed that there was very little hot water for 2 days, our showers were Luke warm. We would also have liked to have a coffee perk in our room or in the guest house.

Excellent hostess, Silvia, and good communication via WhatsApp. We also had the opportunity to leave our bags for some hours in the lobby area and pick them up later, since our flight was late in the afternoon. Rather small bathroom but for a room for two people it was fine.
• Toby (10/5): Perfect location for rugby at Stadio Olimpico and a visit to the Vatican and city centre - The location is excellent close to the Ottaviano Metro station and a main shopping street close to the Vatican. The Metro line South passes through Termini where you can change for Fiumicino or continue to Ciampino via Cinecitta and the 520 bus. Thats great value at €3,50. It is 50 minutes walk to Stadio Olimpico with plenty of bus routes as well. The Rooms are on the first floor of a fine well maintained traditional City apartments with good security. The staff were avaialble and friendly by phone and messaging. Everything was fine.

• David (8/5): We were very pleased in the property and the comfortable arrangements. The owner was very pleasant and efficient. - Great location - cafes, mini market, restaurants, stalls nearby. It felt safe and the access was easy. It could be a bit noisy from passing vehicles, particularly some motorcycles.

Additionally, it is very convenient to take the subway and buses. The room is located by the street, so there might be noise even at night. Make sure to bring earplugs to ensure a good night's sleep.

• Maria (9/5): Great location and lovely host! - First and foremost the location is excellent if you are interested in being close to the Vatican and the historical centre.. I love walking so for my standards everything is at walking distance and staying here made it so easy! I barely used the metro.. and the metro is just a few metres away! Plus, streets are busy, walking at night feels safe. Cafeterias a few metres away and open at 7am making it possible to plan an early morning to visit the Vatican and skip the lines. Second of all, Silvia is amazing. So warm and friendly and helpful. I had a little problem during my stay and she rushed to help and fix things. I couldn’t ask for a better host. I loved everything!
• Maria (8/5): Very good - In general it was all good and we will choose it again. all was good expect a small misunderstanding about the difference of price because we were two people and we didnt see in the site that you should check a box that sais that we sould. Maybe it was our mistake so that ok. And a small also extra money for the taxes that again we didnt know that it was extra. Again i must check if it was our mistake.

She suggested some nice places (restaurants, pizzerias, places to visit) and she was always available to answer to any of my questions/ messages. The location is great, close to a metro station and almost all places you need to visit in Roma are walking distance. It's also close to restaurants and other shops (clothing, shoes etc.). The room was clean and there was cleaning service everyday. There's a small kitchen in the common space where you can prepare your morning coffee. Overall, it's a very nice place to stay! Thank you Silvia, hope to see you again! I liked everything, it's just what I needed for this trip. The only thing I'd suggest is an espresso machine in the kitchen and some ice. Maybe shampoo would be great for those travelling "light".

• Andriana (9/5): Great location for good price - Sylvia was very helpful, welconing and carrying. She even sent me instructions how to commute from the airport in Rome to her guest rooms. The place is very clean, spacious and has room cleaning service every day. Location is great - 7min walk from Vatican museums, 5 min walk to Ottaviano metro station and 2 min walk from high street with all the shops, restaurants, coffee places, etc. Since the place is new, it doesn't have plates, forks, microwave or anything of that sort. That would be handy to have in the room especially if one travels with a child.

• Cheryl (10/5): The place was perfect and I will be back. - Sylvia met me. She’s a wonderful person very sweet. A month of traveling and I finally got a comfortable bed there and pillows that were soft and comfy!! You could walk to the Vatican. There’s restaurants all around a few blocks from the subway. Buses is a block away. A shower that you could actually move around in. I will definitely come back. I would have stayed longer, but she was booked up.
• Sofia (10/5): Exceptional - Silvia and Alessandro are amazing hosts! I got a very warm welcome here, like I was visiting old friends. The place is new and renovated, rooms are small, but clear and cozy. Inside you have everything you need for the comfortable stay — TV, fridge, AC, enough storage space, a personal bathroom (very clean!). In a shared area you have a kettle, tea and coffee for free. Vatican City is like 7 mins walk, so you can be the first in a line for the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica. A lot of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores around. Definitely would recommend to stay here.
