• Sam (10/5): A+ Customer Service. - The staff are amazing, ever so helpful and friendly, always with smiles and willing to help. The accommodation I stayed in was great. Huge garden and pretty quiet. A fridge would be handy, but really, everything is great.

They will provide all the essentials and more (water, coffee, snacks, toiletries, towels) and even a lot of tips for your stay. The neighborhood is quite which is perfect if you wanna stay out of the caos of bangkok but still well connected with public transports. Highly recommended

• Vera (9/5): Überraschend angenehmer Aufenthalt - Bungalow sehr überlegt eingerichtet mit vielen praktischen Details (Mückennetze vor allen Öffnungen, Geschirr, zusätzlicher Standventilator etc.). Bequemes Bett. Schöner Garten vorm Bungalow mit Sitzplätzen. Ruhige Gegend. Insgesamt alles sehr gemütlich. Ein bisschen Schimmel in der Nasszelle.

• Fronteau (10/5): - Warmly welcomed by our helpful host, quick easy, comfortable, 10-15mn away from the Sai Tai Mai bus station **by car**. We found a great hotpot place outside in front of the Big C supermarket when we were there, among other good local restaurants.
• Sonya (10/5): Perfect place to stay. - We have stayed here before and we will stay here again. Fantastic value for money, this place is clean and tidy with everything you could need. The staff are ever so friendly. It is an easy bus ride from the Southern Bus Terminal, there are shops and eating places all around. There are funny little back roads that you sometimes get led down with google maps - it will lead you here. Toiletries, coffee and water all provided, there is a little shop on site as well.

• Sajan Sanjaa (7/5): Suburban Vibes - I liked the proximity of Wat Talin Chan and the floating market which are in walking distance.The apartment is at the end of a soi and the whole area has a village vibe.The room was clean and the owner provided coffee, thee,milo,snacks and drinking water. It's a bit far out so taxi rides are definitely needed to get to the city.I knew this beforehand though and didn't mind the somewhat remote lovation.The Southern bus terminal is within a stonethrow, which came in handy.

• Demara (10/5): A wonderful stay with exceptional hospitality that truly stands out! - The lovely owners were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make my stay more comfortable. They were warm, accommodating, and truly exceeded my expectations. The overall atmosphere felt welcoming, and the property was clean, well-kept, and convenient for my needs. Honestly, there’s nothing to really fault—it was a great experience all around. Will be returning in a few weeks!!

The gardens surrounding structures were very nice as was the people that run it very helpful. Our a/c seemed to struggle a bit to keep the place cool during the day once the sun went down it was okay.

Very clean, lots of little touches to make it superb for its price point (slippers, plates/cutlery, kettle, coffee, small desk, extension cord, nice new fan+AC). The staff gave us extra water for free and were very nice. The pillow was overstuffed and difficult to sleep on. Hurt my neck.
• Killian (10/5): Exceptional - It was by far one of my most peaceful stays in Bangkok. The owners are incredibly generous, helpful and most importantly, kind. It has plenty of food and market options around the area to indulge. I stayed for an extra day, and they went out of their way to provide me a room. Yes, it's a little far out from the central areas, but a simple Grab is easily available! It was no problem for me, and meant I could enjoy the chaos of the centre, and then return to a paradise of peace, little eateries and a comfortable bed. See you next time I'm in Bangkok! Nothing, it was great.
• Colleen (9/5): Superb - It was a very convenient and inexpensive place to stay for two nights to recover from jet lag after flying from London before travelling by bus to Ranong from the southern bus station. The manager/owner went out of her way to arrange a taxi for me to the bus station, came with me in the taxi and then made sure I went to the right window to get my ticket and then took me to the waiting area for the correct bus. This really was exceptional and a heart warming way to start my holiday in Thailand. I would definitely stay there again.
• Viola (10/5): we stayed just for 1 night but everything was fine! - The girl the welcomed us was really nice and could speak English really well, the room had enough space for the two of us and it was well equipped with a small table, a tv and basics to eat (cups, bowls, boiler, cutlery). Also, they have a drinking water dispenser.

• Lph (10/5): It was GREAT!!! - Very clean and comfortable, the owners live in the building. They are super friendly and helpful, it’s a great location close to the floating market. The people who live in the neighbourhood are so friendly and helpful. When our phone battery died on us we lost our directions. So we asked a man working in his yard for directions and he walked with us to our apartment building. There are great restaurants close by and again the people are so friendly and welcoming to visitors.

It is a little out of the main city for the main tourist attractions. The floating market however is on your doorstep...at weekends! Complimentary coffee & water included. The kettle was very welcome! AC good & a fan in case ac too cold

It's really easy to catch a bus from Sai Tai Mai bus terminal to here, so a great option for an overnight stop before catching the bus to Ranong. The room was big and spacious, crockery, cutlery, a kettle - all provided. Nice bathroom with toiletries. TV. Staff are really friendly.

• Anna (10/5): Peninsula Bangkok 5* Service - Honestly, the customer care at PA House Apartments was better than the Peninsula Bangkok. I was greeted by name on arrival, they arranged a driver to take us to the bus terminal in the morning and even had a tuck room full of snacks a fridge files with cold beers and soft drinks. When they drove us to the bus terminal, they even walked us right to our platform. The most authentic, kindest deserving hosts I've ever been fortunate to meet. You would be blessed to stay here. We loved absolutely everything.

There is also a big C store less than 5 minutes walk away. the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, and the lack of a refrigerator was a minor inconvenience

The bed is hard but it works. The room offers a kettle with cups and coffee, small but clean bathroom with hot shower. Good air con. Very well placed for the bus stop - we walked about 3 minutes and caught a bus to the southern bus terminal - very easy to do. The apartment is in a small pleasant enclosure with a locked gate. Table and chairs outside on the terrace. Uncomfortable pillows.

• Efrat (9/5): Superb - Smooth Check in , the staff is absolutely amazing, very attentive and quick to reply before the trip, and during, best service really. Super clean, and smell of laundry from the sheets and towels <3 BEAUTIFUL garden view from the balcony. I will come again next trip in bangkok I got different room that what I booked (in my booking it said washing machine in the room and 21sqm, it was less) but I was there only for 12 hours and too late to notice, so I didnt say anything Im sure if I had they would switch for me. that's the only reason I gave 9 from 10. otherwise 10 from 10.
