• Julijana Markovic (10/5): - Odlična lokacija par minuta od željezničkog kolodvora i stajališta autobusa za aerodrom. Uredno i čisto. U mirnoj ulici. Domaćica je bila susretljiva i na raspolaganju za pitanja.

Огромное спасибо з - Удобное месторасположение.Рядом вокзал,автобус в аэропорт,центр города,магазины. В апартаментах было все необходимое (чай,кофе,соль,сахар) В ванной комнате (шампунь,зубная паста и т.п.) Было прохладно. Нет одеял,только пледы. И конечно в апартаментах нет окон. Но это такая квартира. И нужно поменять треснутую посуду.

• Eva (1/5): My only Booking.com nightmare ever - 0 20 years we have been using Booking.com, never had the slightest issue until we met Minela. One of you guys broke this lady’s couch, or for all I know she may have broken it herself, in any case, now I’m never gonna hear the end of it, demanding money for damage she may have just made up and cursing me to hell. This pretentious "loft" by the way is nothing but a glorified garage that is damp and without natural light. All I can say is the place was not worth the hassle, you draw your own conclusions. To think she made us send her copies of our IDs before our stay, now it makes me feel sick to my stomach… Her lovely messages started coming as soon as we arrived back home. Stay safe, stay away.
• Kitnis (10/5): Apartament jest czysty, świetnie wyposażony i idealnie zlokalizowany z przemiła i pomocną właścicielką – zdecydowanie go - Nasz pobyt w apartamencie był na prawdę udany. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z całego wyjazdu – wszystko było dopracowane i zgodne z opisem. Apartament okazał się czysty, zadbany, świetnie wyposażony i doskonale zlokalizowany, co pozwoliło nam w pełni cieszyć się urokami miasta. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje właścicielka – niezwykle miła, pomocna i dostępna o każdej porze. Kontakt był szybki, bezproblemowy i bezpośredni, co dało nam duże poczucie komfortu i bezpieczeństwa. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce! -

• Alexia (10/5): - Je recommande sans hésitation cette location !😀 Il s'agit d'un loft neuf, bien équipé, idéalement situé 😀. Tout est faisable à pieds (mercado,el barrio,centre, la plage,le port, etc) .Sous un beau soleil tout se fait parfaitement à pieds le tout entre 700m et 1km3 ( et en passant de rues en rues remplies de boutiques et de jolies choses a voir pour nos yeux , ça passe tellement vite 😉) Il y a une boulangerie, 2 petits supermarchés ainsi que la gare situés dans les rues juste à côté. Sans oublier la gentillesse de l'hôte qui correspond avec nous avant notre arrivée pour les recommandations du loft, qui prend des nouvelles dès notre arrivée ainsi qu'au retour. Si nous retournons à Alicante, sans hésitation nous passerons de nouveau par cette location !😀
• Zdzisław (9/5): pobyt bardzo udany - Lokalizacja w centrum - trochę na uboczu, spokojna ulica, bliskość do miejskich środków transportu, miłe przyjęcie z niespodzianką, bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielem, przy dłuższym pobycie brakowało pralki, mało światła dziennego.
• Grazyna (9/5): Good value for money in a good location. - The bed was comfortable, the apartment had air conditioning with a heating function, and the kitchen was relatively well-equipped. Communication with the host was excellent—she was very nice and helpful. The location is good, close to the train station and an airport bus stop. There was no coffee machine—only a stovetop coffee maker (Moka pot), which wasn’t very convenient for us, so we ended up getting coffee at a café.

• william (10/5): Lovely apartment in the heart of Alicante - Lovely apartment which was central to the heart of Alicante. We were kept up to date with anything we needed to know by Minela, who was really lovely and the information was most welcomed and made our stay easy. The apartment itself was secure, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for our long weekend stay in Alicante. We would certainly stay at the Loft again when we next visit Alicante 🥳

• Maria Teresa (5/5): - La proximité du centre ville et l'amabilité de l'hôte sont à souligner, Quel dommage qu'il manque une certaine ventilation par manque de fenêtre, et cela ressent le renfermé. Il manque aussi quelques ustensiles de cuisine, (casserole, passoir, machine à café)

• anibal (9/5): it a great place if you dont go by car - location is great only if you go with out car, it was my mistake. in general it was a nice place and clean , a nice indian rest just 3 block from the place , also the corte ingles near by no window. just two small inside the the bathroom , parking was a little far and expensive

Pieszo - 5 minut od dworca kolejowego, 10 minut od centrum, 20 minut do głównej plaży lub dworca autobusowego. jeśli ktoś nie chce chodzić przy dworcu kolejowym przystanki autobusowe w kierunku plaży lub innych części miasta. Autobus na lotnisko przy dworcu kolejowym odjeżdża co 15 minut. Pokój wyposażony wystarczająco na pobyt tygodniowy, klimatyzacja bardzo dobrze funkcjonowała, łazienka obszerna i czysta, łóżka wygodne. W przypadku jakichkolwiek pytań szybki i dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który rozmawia w języku hiszpańskim oraz angielskim.

The apartment was lovely, well equipped, and very clean. The location was perfect , close to both the station and the city center. The host was also incredibly kind and helpful. There was honestly nothing I didn’t like. Everything was just as expected and worked perfectly.
