- John (9/5): Spacious, well appointed, freestanding house on pretty creek - Spacious, well appointed, freestanding house backing on to pretty creek
with off street undercover parking and large outdoor area. . Fantastic service from owner. Very good continental breakfast included with GF options Lacks street appeal, on major road. Minor repairs needed.
- Trisha (10/5): Loved it!!! - This house was so spacious - 3 generous sized bedrooms, 2 living areas and lots of other space. Super well equiped with lots of food provisions. We loved sitting out the back by the creek for the afternoons. Easy access, responsive hosts (we appreciated that they let us in early). Absolutely loved the place and would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. Wifi worked well. Only thing was that the house didn’t have air conditioning - we had unusually warm weather but they provided strong fans will helped a lot. Wouldn’t stop us from staying there again.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - This house and facilities and the backyard to the local creek is under stated - it looks modest, but the owner has made sure that your stay in Queenstown will be easy, comfortable and memorable.
Deserving of a higher rating. The 20 yr olds (x2) both really loved the creek down the back of the property - was a highlight. Would stay again.
- Wendy (9/5): Great little cottage close to town had everything we needed would thoroughly recommend - Very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay
- Amie (10/5): Great escape for a family. - Lovely and clean, lots of space for our family. Not too far from anything. Lots of staples for breakfast and snacks. Felt like a home away from home, they thought of everything.

- Timeout (9/5): Home away from home - Home away from home.❤️
Easy access to property via instructions for self check-in.
Breakfast supplies were available at the house.
Off street parking available.
Games, books, and outdoor activities to keep you entertained.
Catered for the seasons by having electric fans to cool down and woodheaters/electric heaters/electric blankets/blankets for the chilly nights.
Multiple sitting areas inside and out.
Toiletries such as shampoo and bodywash and laundry supplies such as detergent were available at the house for convenience.
The location was convenient - less than 5 minutes' drive or 12-minute walk to the town centre. Internet reception patchy, but this was a location issue, not the owner.
- Shawn (9/5): the boss must a great man - wifi can't be used
- Katrina (10/5): Home away from home - Great place to stay in Queenstown. Love to the 2 sitting areas.
The games on the back porch were awesome. We had a lot of laughs.
It was lovely hearing the creek out the back.
Can't wait to come back. Nothing it was all amazing
- Divyank (9/5): Superb - Great location, very big house, amazing hosts
- Yu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alan (10/5): Exceptional - Basic breakfast provided. Huge carport at rear of house. Fireplace was appreciated with plenty of wood.
- Matt (10/5): Cosy, clean and fabulous little place - It was a beautiful home, bigger than you think, very clean with just about everything you could need. The beds are so comfortable - the best night sleep I had in Tassie was here. And location is perfect, just out of town with a gorgeous creek running behind the house. The owner was super responsive and made sure we were welcome and comfortable. Nothing. It was a terrific place.
- Mike (9/5): Delightful base for mtb and to visit the area. - Very comfortable house with good facilities. Appreciated the chocolates and also the undercover car parking considering the rain in the morning when we were packing up. Lovely outlook into the ferns and creek behind the house. Location is ideal with close access to the MTB trails and an easy walk into the town centre for dinner.
- Helen (9/5): Hidden gem behind a plain facade - Stream at back of property - big toilet separate from bathroom - good breakfast supplies and other supplies in kitchen - close to town centre - spacious rooms - good communication from owner (responded quickly to question about washing machine) and gave good tips about local area. Tumble dryer cut out when microwave was on.
Washing machine only works on one setting (15 minute short cycle).
- Kaye (8/5): Very good - The property was in a good location. Beds were comfortable. Cottage was neat and clean. Fire places were cozy. Creek at the back was very lovely and tranquil. The extras for our use made a lovely touch.
- Andrea (9/5): Superb - The beds needed a thicker doona and a decent matress topper on them.
- Evelyn (8/5): Very good - Spacious house, comfortable enough for an overnight stop. Short drive to town.
- Nathan (9/5): Best value and comfy stay - So well presented and stocked, love the stream out past back yard. Nothing
- Annette (8/5): Very comfortable home and convenient location after our train ride, like returning home to rest - Very convenient location and everything provided Breakfast choices limited
- Svensek (8/5): Lovely location by the river. - The property was overall comfortable and suited our needs for an overnight stay. The code did not work when we arrived so the neighbours were able to give us a key to enter the property. It’s was very cold so having the combustion fire in the back room was great to warm part of the house. The back bedroom mattress requires attention. The code did not work due to the key safe being replaced that morning and the lounge room combustion fire was not safe to use.
- Yifei (9/5): Superb -
- Jan (7/5): The house is spacious, clean and conveniently located. -
- Xiaolin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jason (10/5): Like I was at home - Clean ,Tidy, included breakfast Nothing
- Pen (9/5): Superb -
- Julie (8/5): Very good -
- Jude (7/5): Good - Spacious for a group I would
Imagine , the river at the back , nice shower although needs the water hammer adjusted . The change to get out of the motel and have a wood fire and some
Space Spacious but very cold and bare - not cozy living spaces . Lounge room
Would have been better with a rug or something on the floor to stop the cold coming up underneath and although it wasn’t a terribly cold night needed some other heaters to support the wood fire
- Noni (8/5): We had a lovely little stay. Nice warm comfortable place to stop. - It is a cute house, two fireplaces and plenty of wood to keep us warm. The kitchen is clean. The water was hot and shower had good pressure! Things for the kids to play with was a bonus. We had an issue with the beds, we let the host know it needs attention. It would be great to see the additional bedroom set up 😊
- Kate (10/5): Perfect family stay when you need downtime and recharge - Cosy, family friendly, fire place, washing facilities and everything you need. We wish we had more time it was perfect
- Lorette (10/5): Lovely property, owners good communicators. Definitely stay there again - Lots of provisions. Lovely clean and comfortable property. Not a criticism but house was cold on arrival and had to wait for wood heater to warm it up. Wood heater was beautiful though.
- Brooke (10/5): Made our business trip feel more like a nice quiet little getaway - The location as we were working in town was quick and easy to get to and love the wood heating and bead was so comfortable Absolutely nothing can’t fault it
