Würden auch wieder buchen Vielleicht ein bisschen mehr concierge fähigkeiten wie Buchungen für Restaurants finalisieren. Das online Bedienungs- System ist noch störanfällig.

Me and my husband liked everything-so stylish and comfortable, very clean, with lovely and peaceful garden and a courtyard. The location is good-just a few minutes from the Metro and close to the city center. The restaurant is lovely - delicious and high quality food and drinks. Cynthia (10/5): I will go back to Athens just so I can stay here again! - I just stayed at NOT Hotel Athens and I’m honestly still thinking about it—this place is such a hidden gem. THE HOTEL First off, the vibe is unreal. The hotel is set inside a beautifully restored 200-year-old industrial building, which has had the wildest history (everything from a barracks to a film studio), and now it’s been completely transformed into this modern, design-forward oasis. The gorgeous flower and olive tree garden area makes you feel tucked away in a special place. The even have the original well that runs water down a small stream. I sat outside my room enjoying my coffee every morning enjoying my view. THE LOCATION Next - The location. It's one of those “trust the process” situations. Don't let the prevalent Athens graffiti throw you off. When you first arrive, the area (Kerameikos) might feel a little quite —but that’s mostly because a lot of spots are closed during the day. At night, it totally flips. You’re just a few blocks from some of the best bars, restaurants, and nightlife in Athens, and the whole neighborhood comes alive with a cool, artsy energy. And convenience-wise? So easy. The hotel is literally a few minutes walk (about 700 feet) from Keramikos metro station. From there, you’re only 1–3 stops away from all the main Athens sites like Monastiraki, the Acropolis area, and the historic center—so getting around is effortless. Myself and my daughter felt totally safe on the metro and walking around day or night. THE ROOM Huge! We were in room 12. Very spacious with a large bathroom and huge walk in shower. You could fit 5 people in that shower lol. Great water pressure. Bed was comfy. Now the actual experience… obsessed. The staff? Incredible. Every single person was warm, helpful, and genuinely made you feel taken care of. Housekeeping even folded my daughter's clothes that she had thrown everywhere. Totally unnecessary but how kind of them. The food and drinks were also a highlight.

L’ambiance générale, le personnel attentionné, la chambre, la cour intérieure… font de cet établissement une véritable bulle d’oxygène dans cette ville assez contrastée. Prachtige ruime slaap- en zitkamer.enorm aardige staf die met een heel persoonlijke benadering alles deden om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Mēs viesojāmies pareizticīgo gavēņa laikā, tāpēc tikai loģiski būtu, ka piecu zvaigžņu viesnīca pareizticīgā valstī piedāvātu vismaz brokastīs vegāniem piemērotu ēdienkarti. Tā tas nebija. Nebija, un nebija, bet kāpēc viesmīlim bija jāsola, ka nākamajā rītā to sagādās? Nesagādāja. Arī trešajā rītā aizmirsa. Pēdējā rītā, kad braucām prom, tad gan beidzot sagādāja. Atēnās bija vēss laiks dienās, kad viesojāmies. Tik pat vēss un nemājīgs tas bija arī ēdamzālē un citur viesnīcā. Izņemot numuriņu, kur bija iespēja to uzsildīt ar kondicionieri. Numuriņš vispār bija vienīgā telpa, kura atbilda dizaina viesnīcas standartiem. Bet lielā duša tāpat nestrādāja. Vispār interesanti būtu zināt, kurš Jums ir akreditējis piecu zvaigžņu kategoriju šajā viesnīcā? Booking kontroles mehānismiem vajadzētu nopietnāk pievērsties saviem pienākumiem. Šī nav piecu zvaigžņu kategorijas viesnīca. Pirmajā naktī aizmigt nebija iespējams, jo blakus teritorijā aiz loga par skaļumu rūpējās repa festivāls. Paldies par sapratni!

Rauchverbot ist ein bisschen übertrieben. Das Gym könnte man mit ein paar Bändern, Bällen usw. ausstatten. Das Frühstück wäre als Buffet besser.

Bret (9/5): Great location on the fringe of all the ancient Athens sights. - This is truly a Botique hotel. The hotel is beautifully restored and if you like heritage refurbishments then this is a must stay. Great location on the edge of the historical sights. Easy walk into the centre or catch the metro which is very easy. Also the staff were really friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Nothing to not like.

Heiki (10/5): Eén van de fijnste hotels waar ik ooit verbleven ben. - Het hotel is bewust eigenwijs, wel eens leuk om te ervaren. Er hangt een zeer aangename relaxed sfeer. Alles werkt digitaal met een app. Voor ons geen must, maar het werkt wel goed. Kamers zijn opgebouwd rond een zeer mooi aangelegd binnenplein in open lucht, dat onwaarschijnlijk goed onderhouden wordt. Onze taxichauffeur vertelde ons dat we in die buurt waarschijnlijk geen oog dicht gingen doen (uitgaansbuurt, restaurants, bars, ...). Niets is echter minder waar, het hotel is een oase van rust en in de kamer totaal geen lawaai ervaren. Aan de andere kant is Akropolis en Plaka op wandelafstand. Personeel supervriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Ontbijt is a la carte, bord per bord, zeer fijne gerechten en ruim aanbod. Lokale specialiteiten ook. Top ! ontbijtruimte ook fijne plek om te vertoeven. Onze kamer was een suite, ook met enkele eigenaardigheden (nog nooit een hotelkamer gehad met een screen met projector). Gigantisch ruime douche. Alles kraaknet. In feite niets negatiefs te melden, en dat gebeurt niet vaak. Niets

Kate (6/5): A few issues but overall a nice hotel in a good location - Perfect location in a cool part of town and easy to get to the centre; a beautifully designed hotel with a gorgeous courtyard garden; calm and quiet (didn’t hear noise from any other guests); friendly staff, great breakfast. We had a few issues during our stay, which probably don’t usually happen but they affected our enjoyment and we don’t think enough was done to recognise that. First, everything is automated (entry, blinds, lights) and there were electrical faults which meant that all the lights came on twice in the middle of the night, and on two of the others nights there was a loud beep sound several times in the night, so we had disturbed sleep on 3/4 nights. When we mentioned the issues to the staff they were pleasant and tried to fix them but didn’t do any more to check if we were happy or offer anything to apologise - not a 5* experience. Second, the pool was closed because of a technical issue. These things happen, but communication around it could have been better. Finally, the staff were very friendly and quick to respond to questions but the experience overall was quite impersonal - nobody showed us to our room when we arrived, everything is automated with communication over WhatsApp - some will prefer that approach and it has its perks but it wasn’t our preference.

Yaniv (10/5): - We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was simply perfect from the luxurious and pampering suite to the high-quality breakfast served every morning. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. The service was outstanding, especially at the front desk and in the restaurant. They really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Location-wise, the hotel is not in the city center, but that wasn't an issue for us at all. It’s only a 15-minute walk or a quick 5-euro taxi ride to get to the center. Highly recommended! All was great
Adam (10/5): - If you are looking for a "feel like home" hotel this is the right choice. It is situated in a small side street, in Gazi district where there are lots of vibrant bars and restaurants. It takes about 15 min walk from the hotel to Monastiraki. The staff is amazing, very kind and supportive. The room which I had was spacious and very clean with comfortable bed. For breakfast there is a board of variety of greek food but you can order some extras , e.g. cereals or eggs. And for the farewell a surprise gift. My stay at the hotel was marvellous. I definitely recommend it.
Lisa (10/5): Amazing hotel! - Wow this hotel is perfect for a city break - you would never believe that you were in a city once you're in this hotel. It's location is great for walking to the sights of Athens and eating some fabulous food. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the staff cant do enough for you. It was just what we needs after a busy week in Paros and I would definitely return to this hotel if staying in Athens.
Cosima (10/5): Magnifique! - Petit déjeuner excellent, avec des produits locaux de qualité et un choix interessant, ça change agréablement des buffets classiques. La literie était très confortable et nous avons même eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés. Le personnel est particulièrement sympathique et attentionné, et l’hôtel, par son charme et son esthétisme, contribue vraiment à un séjour réussi. Quartier en pleine transformation, ancienne zone industrielle cela lui donne un charme fou, contraste entre l'antique, l'industriel et le moderne à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre historique. Comme partout à Athènes mieux vaut rester attentif le soir, mais pas plus que dans les autres quartiers du centre.

NOT Hotel feels like art in motion — a place that stays with you long after you leave. The cuisine deserves special mention. The moussaka was the best I have ever had — truly outstanding. I also enjoyed the kayanas every morning: eggs prepared to perfection, simple yet exceptional, and something I genuinely looked forward to each day. If you are looking for a beautiful and unconventional place to stay, this hotel is definitely worth visiting. While the area outside the hotel walls is not particularly attractive, the atmosphere and character of the hotel itself make you feel truly special and fully immersed in its unique world. The only thing I would suggest for the future is a bit more variety in the breakfast and dinner menu — perhaps a daily chef’s special to add an extra element of surprise. As a future idea, I would love to see the offer expanded to include truly hands-on shared cooking workshops and communal meal preparation, rather than just observing. This would fit perfectly with the spirit of this place. I will definitely return to this hotel. Nothing
Alex Kapellos (10/5): Incredible stay at a very unique both in style but also in service hotel. - Amazing stuff, excellent hotel that is more than your typical choice. The style is very unique and very well styled with amazing decoration and options that you would not find in any mainstream hotel. Nothing at all that comes to mind. We were really amazed as I am in the hospitality sector myself and rarely do I find hotels that meet all of my expectations as this one did. Amazing job they have done!

What a hidden gem I didn’t get to use the pool as it wasn’t warm enough but would love to come back and use it. The staff was so friendly and could not do enough for us. Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean room, great room facilities and amazing breakfast. I loved the space around the pool which was so quiet and tranquil. I wouldnt hesitate to return to this hotel next time we are in Athens. There was nothing that I didnt like.
