Marcos (7/5): Custo benefício vale a pena - Perto do UPA perto da praia perto de mercados sorveterias Dês do dia que cheguei a piscina estava suja foi baixar a sujeira domingo a tarde não aproveitei a piscina mas por outro lado o quarto tinha ar condicionado isso salvou o calor O estacionamento é um pouco pequeno dois dias tiveram que nos chamar para retirar o carro para poderem sair com outro carro ( outro hóspedes)

Miqueias (10/5): O ligar certo para se hospedar em Maranduba - Gostamos muito do apartamento. O lugar é bem organizado, limpo, tem tudo, ar condicionado, frigobar, fogão elétrico, microondas, talheres, xícaras, panelas, chuveiro elétrico, Smart TV, Wi-fi, conta com uma área externa privativa com rede, churrasqueira. Fica bem próximo a praia e supermercado. Quero deixar um agradecimento especial a Aline e a Giovanna, pela recepção e pela disponibilidade em nos atender. Quando voltarmos a praia de Maranduba, a Área Vip será o lugar que voltaremos a nos hospedar.

Grazielle (7/5): É otimo custo benefício, vale a pena. - É bem localizado, o espaço do local é ideal para 4 pessoas. Nao é a primeira vez que fico no local. Nao tinha copo e xícaras para 4 pessoas, apenas copo de plástico (esses itens foram repostos quando informei que estava faltando). Havia coador de cafe, porem nao tinha garrafa e nada para ferver a agua, tivemos que usar uma panela. Podem cuidar mais da detetizacao do local, pois encontramos 2 baratas.
Giovanna (10/5): melhor apartamento que já ficamos em ubatuba - é a 5 min da praia, tudo novo e completo.. tem tudo que precisamos na cozinha.. o terraço é a melhor parte porque tem churrasqueira e é tudo individual! tudo ótimo
