Советуем, 10/10! Апартаменты находятся в угловом доме на первом этаже. Ранее это наверное был какой то магазин. Стеклянные входные двери с улицы сразу ведут в комнату. Первые ощущения - как будто ты в витрине. Благо там были большие шторы. По началу мы не чувствовали себя безопасно. Но быстро привыкли и все было хорошо.

Un emplacement en plein carrefour, un lieu très voire trop bruyant (camions, voitures, piétons....), un lieu excentré du centre ville de Gand. Bref un peu déçu....

• Toontje (9/5): Heerlijk huisje, heerlijk bed. Binnen 20 minuten lopen in het centrum. - Het is een heel leuk ingericht huisje met grote badkamer en groot bed en een fijne zithoek. We hebben heerlijk geslapen. Er was 's morgens geluid van de verwarmingsketel die in de badkamer staat. Dat is alleen als er warm water gebruikt wordt elders. Maar als je de badkamerdeur sluit hoor je daar niets van. Fijne plek dus, echt een aanrader!
• Juan (10/5): Hermoso departamento e inmejorable ubicación - Todo excelente! El departamento hermoso y muy grande, súper cómodo todo, la cama excelente para dormir. Además nos dejaron refrigerios de regalo y el propietario siempre estuvo disponible a nuestras consultas. La ubicación muy buena, si llegas o te vas de Gante en bus tenes la terminal muy cerca del departamento. Además, para ir a Brujas podes tomarte el tren desde la estación Dampoort, por lo que no es necesario hacer grandes traslados en ningún momento, al centro de la ciudad podes llegar en una corta caminata o en bus. Todo excelente, encantados volveríamos!

• LUCIA ANABEL (10/5): - El alojamiento estaba super limpio, es muy bonito, y tiene más de lo que puedes necesitar. No esta ubicado en zona centrica, pero para nosotros eso fue mejor, ya que pudimos recorrer a pie la ciudad en barrios no turísticos. Y sobretodo es super tranquilo, fácil de llegar y lo mejor es que puedes acceder por tu cuenta al alojamiento en cualquier horario! La cama es grande y muy cómoda. Además, cuenta con calentador eléctrico, microondas, y todo lo necesario para prepararte un desayuno. Los dueños nos dejaron bebidas y snacks y fueron muy amables. El baño estaba en perfectas condiciones, con toallas limpias, jabon, shampoo y acondicionador! Realmente nos sentimos como en casa! Sin duda lo recomendamos!

• Reyes (10/5): Highly recommended. I would stat here again if I go back to Ghent. - Clean and spacious. The hosts have provided everything needed. There are snacks, water, plenty of towels and blankets and toiletries. The place is right by a bus stop so it is easy to go to the market square and other nearby attractions. It was also right in the corner of two streets where people pass by and you can hear them talking but the hosts provided ear plugs and the area was generally quiet. None, it was perfect.

• Rebekah (10/5): Truly a private, cozy suite! - Everything was great at the cozy suite. Hot shower (great water pressure), lots of towels, super comfy bed, several very fluffy throw blankets. The hosts left some snacks and drinks too which was unexpected but such a nice surprise! The wifi was fast as well. Besides daily normal outside noise during normal hours the room was super super quiet. The windows all had optional shades and a curtain for the front area (if you noticed it was glass). Overall I really really enjoyed it and when I came "home" at the end of my adventures I felt relaxed and happy. The location might be something I'd consider in the future now that I know the city a bit better, overall I'd have preferred to be in another part of Ghent.

• Anja (10/5): Zelo prijetno bivanje. - Nastanitev je bila urejena in čista, vse je delovalo brez težav. Gostiteljica je bila zelo vljudna in odzivna, vsa navodila za prihod in bivanje pa so bila posredovana pravočasno in jasno, kar je omogočilo brezskrbno bivanje brez zapletov. Prav tako je poskrbela za prijetno dobrodošlico z manjšimi prigrizki in pijačo v hladilniku, na voljo pa sta bila tudi čaj in kava, ki si ju je bilo mogoče pripraviti z vrelnikom. V apartmaju je bila tudi mikrovalovna pečica, prav tako pribor in krožniki. Ob vhodnih vratih so bili na voljo copati. V kopalnici so bile na voljo tudi brisače in sušilnik za lase. Radiatorji v osrednjem bivalnem prostoru so delovali brezhibno in je bilo tam prijetno toplo, medtem ko radiator v kopalnici ni deloval, zato je bilo tam zaradi ploščic nekoliko hladneje. Soseska je delovala mirno in varno, prav tako sva se varno počutili tudi v apartmaju, kljub temu da se nahaja v pritličju s steklenimi, prozornimi vrati, ki so bila prekrita z veliko zaveso. Zjutraj se je slišal hrup gradbenih strojev, vendar je gostiteljica na to mislila vnaprej in v apartmaju pripravila čepke za ušesa, kar je bilo zelo pozorno. Do centra je bila zagotovljena redna avtobusna povezava, postaja pa je bila oddaljena le približno minuto hoje od apartmaja. Samo to, da v kopalnici radiator ni deloval, zato je bilo nekoliko hladneje. Občasno so se slišali zvoki, za katere predvidevam, da so prihajali iz vodovodnih cevi. Zjutraj pa se je slišal tudi hrup gradbenih strojev iz ulice.

• Yeghiazaryan (10/5): - The property is really cozy, so the name is really matching to the reality. We liked it very much, it's perfect for both short and long stay. The location was good, 20 minutes with bus to the center. You can be cam for safety as the owners live in upper floor. The host leaved baverages and snacks for us which was very sweet and useful cause we had a good evening with tea and belgian waffles. Long story short everything was perfect.

• Vaso (7/5): - Very beautiful room, nicely decorated, spacious, clean. The bed was super comfortable, there were slippers provided which we loved, some drinks in the fridge as well as snacks, coffee and tea and also a whole bottle of shampoo, body wash and conditioner which was much appreciated. The WiFi is also very good and there is a smart tv which you can log in to your streaming platforms and watch whatever you like. A little far away from the city centre (about 30-35 minutes on foot) but there are buses nearby. The neighbourhood looked absolutely deserted. There were few shops nearby and they all close down pretty early. Also the bathroom was very cold despite turning on the heating and when you took a shower you came out to a freezing room. Lastly our least favorite thing was the fact that the room was ground floor. There is literally a door on the street and you just open it and enter the room. Every morning at 7 o clock there were construction workers outside our window and people passing by, ambulances, cars. It’s a quite noisy room. Prepare to be woken up everyday.

The space is clean and cosy, and everything you need is there. Even a yoga mat. The bed is so big and comfy. We slept really well. It was quiet at night. We enjoyed the walk into town. Mijn vriend bleef in het hotel terwijl ik een 3 uur weg was voor mijn avondschool. Toen ik terugkwam heb ik ongeveer een 15 a 20 minuten moeten rondrijden op parking te zoeken..

The place is exactly like its shown in the photos. - The location is very convenient - 1 min walk from the bus stop. - The property is very spacious and neat. All the instructions were shared much in advance of our arrival which made our stay hassle-free. - Attention to detail was immaculate - from slippers near the entry door to side-stool to get on to the bed (even leaving tiny chocolates for us). Prima inrichting. Het is gemiereneuk, maar: - Badmat zou handig zijn - Ik ontbijt met müesli (meegenomen) en yoghurt (Colruyt). Een bakje naast de borden en kopjes zou handig zijn. - Afwassen was niet mogelijk:geen kwast oud, geen afwasmiddel, geen theedoek. Heb de boel maar gebruikt laten staan. Of is dat de bedoeling? Er is alleen heet water in de wastafel in de badkamer

Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο και άνετο, που σου έβγαζε μια ζεστασιά σπιτιού. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν από τα πιο φιλικά άτομα που γνωρίσαμε και απίστευτα εξυπηρετική και χαμογελαστή. Θα το πρότεινα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη και σίγουρα θα ξανά έκλεινα στο ίδιο.

La ubicación no es la mejor si esperas estar en pleno centro. Si no tenes inconveniente en caminar 15 o 20 cuadras o tomar un bus, no es nada grave. De hecho lo positivo de que no sea tan céntrico es lo silencioso y tranquilo que es el barrio para descansar.

The design was thoughtful, and the cleanliness of the materials and furniture was outstanding. The room also included thoughtful extras such as real slippers, a yoga mat, and dumbbells, which added a nice touch. The hosts had kindly provided us with complimentary Belgian waffles, chocolates, cola, and beer—all for free. There was also a bottle of water available. While there wasn’t a full kitchen, there was a microwave along with an elegant set of plates, cutlery, and glasses. The bathroom was spotless and stylishly designed. The suite is on the ground floor, and from the outside, the entrance looks like a shop. Although we were unsure about it at first, we never felt unsafe inside. On the contrary, it provided a unique and pleasant accommodation experience. The host was extremely helpful and responded quickly to all our messages. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The only downside was that the windows couldn’t be opened. Since the weather was hot during our stay, we had to keep the door open for ventilation. Thankfully, there was a fan in the room, which helped a lot the rest of the time.

They picked up our suitcases early and kept them for us so we didn't have to carry them all day. They left us drinks in the fridge and chocolate and waffles to eat. They had a problem with the boiler and were very attentive to us, the owner rewarded us by returning in person a part of the money we paid. The bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent, with the bus stop literally in front of it that connects to the centre of Ghent. I would definitely recommend it. I was traveling for work so I had to work a bit late at night and early in the morning before attending the events and I really enjoyed the fact that the host had left some waffles and coffee for me which allowed me to optmise my time and dive into work. Wi-Fi was fast and stable. Easy check in and check out. The host was very responsive.
