The hotel is very close to the monastery, tower, castle, and cathedral, which made exploring the area very convenient. The hotel itself is very beautiful inside, especially the library and the lobby area. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was good overall, and a special thanks to the gentleman working at the lobby bar who was very friendly and professional. No major complaints, but if I had to mention something, it would be the breakfast. It was a bit too repetitive every day and did not really match the overall standard and atmosphere of the hotel. Also, the balcony in the room felt a little basic and not very well maintained. Also, the coffee machine in the room was not working

Location was just what we wanted. Away from Old Town but still close to everything by tram. The front desk was friendly enough but not what we would consider the best customer service experience. We had to call down for more towels. 2 isn't enough. The bar area was too dark and uninviting.

Line (9/5): Toll. - Ausgezeichnete Lage. Direkt gegenüber war die Straßenbahn. Man konnte vom Hotel aus morgens in die Stadt runterlaufen und den Blick genießen und auf dem Rückweg hoch fahren und war direkt da. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Dsa Zimmer war sehr schön und groß. wir hatten einen kleinen Tisch und Sessel, die wir zum Spielen nuttzen konnten. Das BAdezimme war auch schön groß. Obwohl das Zimmer zur Straße hin lag war es sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Perry M. (9/5): Heerlijk hotel in een prachtige wijk - De ligging is top in een mooie rustige wijk vlakbij de burcht. Het centrum en andere delen van de stad is met de tram heel goed/snel bereikbaar. Het ontbijt is goed in een prettige ruimte. De kamer (801) was prachtig en heel rustig aan de achterkant. Het personeel is vriendelijk. De bedden zijn voor ons te hard maar de topper bracht enige verlichting. Dit is het enige minpunt.

Barbara (4/5): 3 star hotel, old and in need of a update - It was clean and the room was spacious and it was overall quietz This is not a 4 star hotel. Its a 3 stars hotel and the price reflect that. Room and furniture is very old, exactly like the 90s, the bed is an old style spring mattress on a regular bed frame if not old, hard and not very comfortable The bed cover is rough. The bathroom is clean and spacious but no amenities other hand soap and 2-1 shampoo. Not only no robes, no slippers but only one shower towel and they are all not the best quality rough and thin. I had to request more towels They only have very old hair dryers from the 90s, I requested a plug in one to dry my hair, they told me they didn’t have it so it took me so long to dry my hair and its still quite cold this time of the year If the rating is a fault of the Tourism criteria. Then 5 stars hotel may be more like a 4 stars

Johanna (10/5): Mahtava yllärireissu keväiseen Prahaan - Hotelli pieni, siisti ja hiljainen. Majoituimme lomahuoneistosviitissä, joka oli oikein hieno. Aamiainen myös oikein hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hotellin vieressä raitiovaunupysäkki ja vaunuja kulkee muutaman minuutin välein. Useita upeita nähtävyyksiä lähistöllä. Suuri suositus!
Natalia (10/5): Атмосферный Пражский отель - Чистый и уютный, большой по площади номер, вкусные завтраки, очень удобное расположение- рядом остановка 22-го трамвая, Пражский град в шаговой доступности, Страговский монастырь с классной обзорной площадкой прям рядом - советую обязательно посетить. Вежливый персонал готовый прийти на помощь. Очень понравился холл и библиотека, да и вообще стиль отеля!

Steven (10/5): I loved this hotel, its staff, the breakfast. - Location: Easy walk to Petřín Hill and Castle. Grocery, eateries, ATMs around the corner. Tram 22 right outside the door. Quiet.
