• Adrian (5/5): No reservar si mides mas de 1.50m - Localizacion en vecindario tranquilo con supermercados cerca. La habitación tenía techos abuhardillados extremadamente bajos. Mido 1,80 metros y no pude ponerme de pie en toda la estancia. Las vigas son tan bajas que te golpeas constantemente con ellas. Además, había un mal olor persistente tanto en el edificio como en la habitación, similar al de alcantarilla. La cama presentaba varios problemas graves: El colchón era, en realidad, dos colchones individuales colocados en horizontal. Esto hacía que durante la noche se separaran, dejándote literalmente apoyado en la madera del somier. Sin entrar en detalles desagradables, el colchón presentaba una mancha muy grande y anti-higiénica. Para colmo, la ducha estaba completamente obstruida. De los dos viajeros, solo uno pudo ducharse el primer día, ya que después el suelo del baño quedó totalmente inundado (cierto es que cuando avisamos, vinieron a arreglarlo el mismo dia).

• Alessandro (6/5): - Big room with bathroom just outside the city center; since was at top floor the roof was very close and not particulary nice to have; anyway cosy and confortable bed. The room roof was to low since was the top floor.
• mork54 (9/5): Lovely stay in Ghent - Very clean, nice location, but room. Room is not great if you are tall (like me) as lots of beams etc. But worth it for how lovely it is.

• Marleen (4/5): Teleurstellend - Zag er mooi uit, prettige douche. Bij binnenkomst hing er een onwijs vieze rioollucht in de gangen en gezamelijke ruimtes. De kamer was helemaal bovenin en bestond uit enkel schuine wanden waardoor je niet normaal door het verblijf kon bewegen zonder de hele tijd te moeten bukken. De bedden waren van pallets gemaakt, niet erg comfortabel. Daarbij had ik de indruk dat ze opgemaakt waren, maar leek het beddengoed hergebruikt. Er zaten vlekken en haren in. De badkamer had geen deur maar een gordijn, niet fijn. De schuif gordijnen hingen voor de helft los. Erg veel muggen, horren waren fijn geweest. We wilden s ochtends ontbijt maken in de gezamelijke keuken, maar de rioollucht was zo erg dat we maar weg zijn gegaan.

• Ayana (4/5): Déçue de la chambre - Les photos mensongères comparés au logement, on s'attend à une chambre presque royale et une literie confortable en voyant l'annonce. J'ai réservé la chambre avec la SDB privative. Le manque de confort de la chambre qui se trouve dans un grenier rénové ce qui fait qu'on doit constamment marcher penché, aucun ventilateur ou climatisation pour une chambre sous le toit en plein été et impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres sous peine d'être dévoré par les moustiques en l'absence de moustiquaire. Résultat : des nuits invivables.

• Rob (5/5): On the whole, it was ok and I’d happily stay again. But improvements need to be made to secure the room - Convenience and ease of entry Noisy people in the back garden, funny smell in the entrance, handle barely hanging on in the main entrance door, and the main door to the room almost came off its hinges when the wind blew the main entrance door open.
• Gita (7/5): Good - It was clean and spacious. There was a very strong sewer smell on the ground floor - entrance hall and kitchen.
• Rebecca (8/5): Very good - Large rooms, comfy beds. New, modern bathroom. Access to kitchen facilities but we didn't use them. One of the rooms had some stains on the floor but overall it was fine. A little bit far from the centre in comparison to other places but still walkable. Bathroom technically didn't have a door but we were able to close the doors to the bedrooms for privacy. A kettle was provided but no cups or tea/coffee. There was a large shampoo bottle but no conditioner or soap.

• Rowan (10/5): Clean and cozy - The room was very clean, easy to reach, and in a very nice spot. There is easy access to the supermarkets around and a walking distance from the city center. There is a shared kitchen available and provided with all needed appliances. Room was cozy, and exactly like the photos. The toilet was very clean and amenities were provided. Overall loved the experience and the host is also very friendly Nothing to mention

• Anna (6/5): Disappointing, should have been a worry free weekend away - Nice property newly renovated, access easy. Instructions clear. It didn’t correspond to the description or our confirmed booking. This was rectified for the second night after much time spent on line with booking.com The person representing the owner refused our comments when spoken to. Bathroom without door handle, a simple curtain separated it from bedroom and “door designed like that” (not difficult to add a button to the inside so that it can be pulled closed) The main room is beautiful but very noisy onto a busy street with 3 huge windows. If you want to rest choose another room on first or second floor. Kitchen available. This is not a bed and breakfast as described but a room and bathroom in a shared house. Verify pricing for your booking as varies as the property decides. (And no, we do not need to justify our salaries to the property so that they can decide how much is appropriate to charge, as their saleswoman mentioned)
