- Lis (10/5): El mejor sitio donde hospedarse en Granada. - El apartamento es perfecto, mejor que las fotos y la ubicación excepcional, pero aún así, lo mejor de todo es la predisposición de Fran, el anfitrión. Es 100% recomendable y si volvemos a Granada sin duda lo haremos a este apartamento. Alrededor del apartamento hay varios restaurantes estupendos a un precio muy razonable.

- Nuñez (10/5): - Casa reformada con muy buen gusto, limpio y con todo lo necesario , como estar en casa . Ubicación excelente a 10 minutos del centro andando, y a 10 minutos de la Alhambra en coche. Cerca de todo y sin ruidos del centro.
- Guillermo (10/5): Hermosa estadía en un departamento increíble!!! - El departamento está ubicado en un tercer piso con ascensor. Todos sus ambientes dan al frente. A pesar de ello está bien isonorizado y no se escuchan los ruidos de la calle. Fran se comunica previamente por whatsapp para saber tu horario de llegada. Te espera en el domicilio y te entrega las llaves. Si vienes en bus tienes una conexión perfecta con el metro que lo tomas al salir de la estación y te deja en la parada Recogidas a una cuadra del dpto. Tendrás escalera mecánica y ascensor que te dejan en la vereda. Durante la estadia Fran se comunica por si tienes alguna inquietud y proporcionarte datos para recorrer la ciudad. Siempre muy atento y amable. El departamento es muy amplio, estaba impecable y decorado con muy buen gusto. Las fotos son fiel reflejo. Tanto los electrodomésticos como vajilla y elementos de cocina estaban nuevos. Provisto de todo lo necesario para una estadía de 4 días. Obsequio de aguas y cervezas. Doble juego de toallas, cápsulas de café, infusiones, detergente para la lavadora y lavavajilla y mas cosas de las que necesitarás. El baño es cómodo y la ducha genial. Muy bien ubicado. Supermercados, bar, cafeterías ni bien sales. A pocas cuadras de la catedral. Podrás conocer la ciudad sin necesidad del bus. Todo estuvo perfecto

Hay panadería, supermercado y restaurantes en la misma calle, y a muy pocos minutos de la zona más céntrica. Volvería a alojarme cuando vuelva a Granada. ¡Muchas gracias por todo! Por decir algo, demasiados ambientadores en todas las estancias. Pero en general, todo muy bien.
- DAVID (9/5): - La recogida de llaves muy fácil. Fran el anfitrión muy atento y explicando cada de talle de la casa y alrededores. Las habitaciones están totalmente rehabilitadas y muy limpias. En el barrio hay múltiples comercios para compras, comidas, ropa, etc... La ubicación excelente para moverte por Granada andando.

The bathroom was spotless, with clean, almost-new towels. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were both comfortable and clean. We feel very fortunate to have found this apartment. Mr. Fran is an exceptional host—kind, polite, and attentive. He checked in with us daily to ensure we had everything we needed. He even prepared a welcoming drink for us and thoughtfully provided coffee and tea for our use, which made us feel even more at home. The apartment’s central location made it easy to access everything nearby. It couldn’t have been better—we genuinely felt at home during our stay. We’re truly happy with our choice and will definitely return and reach out to Mr. Fran again. Thank you, Mr. Fran!
